This property and our 120 year old farm house have been in the family for generations. My husband and I took it over from his grandfather a few years ago and absolutely love living here and can’t wait to share it with our guests! 300 Acres nestled in southeast Ohio, providing a range of camping styles and opportunities. Our spots have spectacular views both day and night, with next to no light pollution. Located 15 minutes from historic Roscoe Village, and Honey Run Park Waterfall, plus so much more! Our cozy cabin built in the early 80’s is the perfect place to unwind and take in nature. The surrounding woods provide a lot of privacy, and spots to explore. You'll have access to 300 acres as well as a pond and natural spring stream to cool off in. *Please Note, hunting is not permitted with this booking. If you would like to hunt, please reach out for details.

Home away from home
Amazing place to unwind. I love that there is no phone service it really gave me a chance to be alone and spend time with my family. We enjoyed playin in the creek and the nearby waterfall. We even went rafting down a nearby river. They have literally everything you can think of if you forget anything. It truly felt like home. Even my three year old didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Comfortable, cozy, and quiet
Beautifully situated, comfortable, cozy, quiet cabin with all the amenities and thoughtful touches like tons of games for all ages and interests, movies, books, and acres of lovely forest and meadow to explore. PJ and Michelle were welcoming and helpful. Perfect place to unplug, getaway, and recharge!

My husband and I loved this little cabin. It was a great quiet getaway. We really didn’t need to be bring anything but food, drink and clothes. The cabin provided so much. It is surrounded by beautiful country and tranquil waterways. We would definitely visit again. Lovely host and great experience.

Privacy for nature-lovers
We love the United Cabin so much that we’ve stayed there twice! We enjoy the privacy and coziness. It is a great base for our kayaking adventures to come home and cook and relax in. We also had a great day just staying home at the cabin and hiking, cooking on our campfire, playing music and laying out on our own private hillside. I love that walking out the front door or standing on the back porch I can imagine that we are alone in the woods and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.

I absolutely loved the cabin. There was so much history and I loved that it was tucked away. It was very quiet, and I lovely place to disconnect
