It’s a great place to stay and Marci is a great host I ever seen. I am totally in love with place gave me a lot of good memories with my loved one. I would definitely come back again and even refer my friends for this beautiful experience.

Beautiful peaceful shout-out to marcis family for being very helpful i would certainly stay there again greenhouse shower was lovely to i would stay there again in a heartbeat 50⭐️amazing

Our stay here was incredible. Marci was welcoming and generous and the dome itself was so much fun to stay in. She lives on the property within view of the dome and is just a short walk down to the bottom of the hill (where the restroom and shower is, too). There are neighbors just on the other side of the dome, too, but wooden fence dividers retained our privacy. Everything was so clean. We even got to use the larger dome, meant for yoga retreats and group classes, as our own private yoga studio for a day. This is a beautiful place to stay and we’d love to come back!

We had a lovely time on Marci’s property - she was a great host. We walked the loop on the property which our dog loved exploring and sat around the campfire that night. The bathroom was beautiful - we were only there one night so did not use the shower but it looked very nice. Would go back! (We do recommend bringing tick repellant as you would with any wooded area)

The site was very well maintained and wonderful for feeling a part of nature while still having some shelter from the elements and creepy crawlies. The only negatives were the fact that the bathroom was down a bit of a steep hill that was completely dark after sunset so was hard to navigate down and when we did we found that the toilet was out of commission so we ended up having to leave pretty early the next day so we could find a working bathroom.

Had a great weekend alone here. It was exactly what I needed. Very clean, unique, and well made!! Marci was very kind and I was lucky enough to meet her mother who has lived there 20+ years (I think!). Can’t wait to go back and may also hold a group retreat in her amazing meditative dome. The perfect 50 min escape if you are in Columbus.

Clean and cozy - it was a unique little getaway for hubby and I. Even though it was a bit nippy outside, the heated blanket and small heater kept it comfy inside for us. Thanks Marci!

The landscape is picture perfect. A gentle rising hillside of tall hardwoods for 180 degrees is your view from the large, fully graveled parking area. Deer are on site every single morning and night of the 4 nights I stayed and as close as 30 yards all the time. A quick walk up a gentle single track trail on the right leads to the small geo dome where you have total privacy. The dome is awesome, the bed and pillows are SUPER comfortable, and just the space heater is all I needed to keep it warm in there while the outside dipped to 40 nightly. I didn’t need the electric blanket at all. The cedar wood greenhouse with on demand hot water shower was amazing, I miss it already. The plumbed bathroom inside supplemented the need for a sink and mirror. Hosting was flawless and Very responsive to answer all questions. Overall, my stay was amazing and I highly recommend this Hipcamp!

Earth Dome ~ "Comfort Camping"
Absolutely loved our last minute get away at the dome! It was so quiet and peaceful. The dome was chilly at night but the heated blanket was a god send! Woke up and watched a Doe search for food for a good 30 minutes before getting up! Marci was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Thanks again for a unique stay!

We absolutely loved Marci's place! It was such a peaceful and much needed relaxing location! We booked a little last minute and she was very accommodating and welcoming! We hope to come back in the future!

Geode Nature Dome | 36' Dome
Overall we had a great experience and it was something unique that I am glad we were able to share as a group. However, based on my entire interaction with the host she explained that she really doesn't like hosting groups in the larger dome in which we stayed in. She commented on unlisting it as a lodging option on this site and I agree that she would probably be better off listing just the smaller dome for 1-4 guests instead.

The place was absolutely amazing! We had a lovely time! MARCI is a lovely woman and really has a one of a kind property:) The facilities were absolutely stunning and well taking care of.
The shower house was amazing.!!! And the woods we stunning and full of wildlife !
I look forward to visiting again soon !

So Relaxing, Peaceful and well appointed. The terrain to the site was so easily navigated and while we came prepared for hot and possibly stormy weather, the Dome was the PERFECT napping space and Marci supplied all we really needed. We will be back!

This dome tent was very pretty and characteristic! Nice views inside and out, fans, mini fridge, and comfy bed. We enjoyed looking up through the sky lights when it rained. Bathroom and shower nearby. Perfect spot to get away with a cute trail on the property. We hiked at nearby Great Seal and Buzzard’s Roost. We’ll be back!

The dome was really cool and the campsite was nice, only problem we had was the bathroom was locked for us this morning and we had a 6 hour drive and things to get ready for today. We picked the place because of the amenities, little disappointed when we had to go to a grocery store to get ready.

I loved spending time on Marci’s land, called Geode Dome! If you are up for the getaway and mediate with the Nature and someone you want to share the night with, this is the place!

This was a great place with all of the amenities needed for a relaxing get-a-way. The bed is extremely comfortable and the space heater and heated blanket was more than enough to keep warm when the temps dropped to the 30’s. Perfect for the first time camper or experienced outdoorsman looking to unplug and recharge.

It's a beautiful area in such a cute camping dome. Works in the winter too since it has a space heater and electric blankets. The mini fridge was a nice perk! I enjoyed the half mile hiking path through the woods. A nice bathroom with shower is close by. The camping dome is a small hike up a hill from the parking area. It was a great overnight trip!

The Geode Dome was absolutely gorgeous and the comfort it provided was beyond expectations. I was worried it may be a chilly as we were traveling late fall but a space heater and heated blanket were provided. Full bathroom including private shower with hot water was also greatly appreciated. Additionally there was a half mile walking trail literally steps from the dome! Couldn't have asked for me. Thank you for a beautiful night's stay

The dome is beautiful! As a first time camper I didn't know what to expect but it was everything we needed. Come escape the city and camp here.

There was a lot n a lots of bugs. The place is great but they should maintain it well. If it was 3-4 bugs it would be okay but everywhere we see there is a bugs. So we have to left midnight. If you’re not afraid of bugs and spiders then that place is great for you otherwise big NO. But

The Glamping Dome was great for my quick overnight, Marci was super accommodating, especially with my last-minute reservation. The Dome was comfy and cozy. It is a bit of a hike to the bathroom/shower area, but worth it to be sleeping in the woods.
