Katherine was a wonderful host! If you love animals, this is a great spot. We spend the evening hanging out with the goats (of course), ducks, cats, chickens, and a turkey : )

We had an amazing time camping on katherine’s farm! she was so kind and incredibly accommodating. We had the pleasure of being in the company of sheep, goats, roosters, ducks, cats and two of the sweetest dogs. 10/10 stay would absolutely recommend

What an awesome camping experience!!
My wife and I had a chance to get away for the weekend and this was a perfect choice. Yes there are goats and we LOVE goats but there loads of chickens, sheep, ducks, turkeys, cats and a couple of gorgeous Great Pyrenees dogs. As certified critter lovers, we had a blast and will definitely come back again when we have the chance.

The goats are unruly! Laura, a goat, was my admirer and the kids were the cutest things to watch. I laughed at their silliness the whole time. Many sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, cats, dogs, rabbits, turkeys, a horse and perhaps animals I didn’t see. It is a working farm that supports children’s education and love of animals. Catherine is incredibly hospitable and welcoming. Just a good, nice person. Her team of interns, volunteers and staff are so committed to the animals. Thank you Ophelia, Austin and Maddie Be aware you will be woken by roosters (many roosters) in the morning and you’ll have messy shoes in the evening. This is a no frills location and I liked it that way. Be sure to watch the sunset. Peaceful and relaxing I recommend Catherine’s Hipcamp.

Quirky and fun! The animals are all super friendly and abundant. Would be great for kids if you’re traveling with the family. I travel in my van conversion and had plenty of room, Katherine is really welcoming, an overall I had a good two night stay.

This is the second time we have stayed with Unruly Goats. We had another trip planned out but it fell through at the last second. Our last minute reservation was easily accommodated and our stay was quiet, quaint, and filled with lots of fun animals.
Communication with the host was a breeze.
The site was clean and well kept.
The porta-potty was clean and available even during winter.
The animals were curious about our set up but never overbearing and never messed with our stuff.
Parking was easy and made set up a breeze, no need to hike to your site.
Thanks for another great stay!

Beautiful Farm Life Experience! Some are hesitant about primitive tent camping, but this site offers 2 porta potties and the one I used was exceptionally clean. I made several four legged friends who just wanted a friendly scratch behind the ears or check out what I was cooking for dinner. I would love to stay here again when I am traveling in the area.

Katherine was a kind host and has a lovely property. I was hoping to be a little bit more secluded and when I got to the farm learned that there was going to be a birthday party and two yoga classes hosted at the same time that I was camping and the property isn't large enough to be isolated from the other activities. I wish I knew this before coming because it might have changed my plans.

This is a camping trip your kids will remember! Katherine was very nice. My kids couldn't wait to help and pet the animals. I'm so happy we got to stop here on our way through.

It was a lovely property. We had dinner with goats, chickens, ducks and cats one of the nights. It was in a nice community and close to Columbus.

Katherine was a terrific host from the time we arrived to when we departed. The goats were hilarious ( but be aware goats can unzip the tent) the other animals were all friendly. I would definitely return for another camping trip.

The spot was gorgeous. The animals were adorable. I did not get a chance to use the porta potty so I cannot say how clean it would be. Everyone seems super chill.

Katherines farm was beautiful, and her animals were very friendly, especially the orange cat who stayed with me most of my trip. I definitely intend on returning soon!

Wonderful farm, wonderful animals. Feel as though there should be some disclosure on the industrial facility down the street that is loud and operational all night/morning long with large flood lights making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night of star gazing.

Katherine was an excellent host and gave us a tour of the areas we had access to. The goats, chickens, ducks, and cats were super friendly and kept us smiling. There was a TON of rain the day we arrived which made the site a little muddy but nothing that risked our truck or travel trailer getting stuck. We recommend bringing ear plugs to sleep in unless you naturally wake up at 5:30am like the farm animals, lol. We had ours and slept great. Portapotty was very clean. It was also great being in the countryside but also very close to Canal Winchester (we enjoyed dinner at Harvest Moon). Thanks, Katherine!

The grass could have been cut lower in a small area for the tents. The photos from the site made it look like this would be the case. But I understand it’s a working goat farm. Katherine and the goats were wonderful though!
We planned two nights but left after the first night as my son had developed hives all over his legs and didn’t want to make things worse for him.

We chose to stay here because the unruly goats sounded fun. We were pleasantly surprised by this place. What Katherine had done with her family farm is very impressive and we can’t wait to come again when we find ourselves in the area.

Second time here and definitely NOT my last. I LOVE everything about this hip camp. It's an experience like no other. And the host Katherine is AMAZING. If you. Love animals... You must check it out.

Beyond expectations, best way to sum up our stay. Katherine was a great host, the animals were a blast, property was refreshing and pretty. She was flexible with our 2 cars from different states, 4 unruly dudes that loved camping with Unruly Goats. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway or just a night out of the house.

This was such a unique experience! A twist on camping, just added some new fury friends to your camp site! Very chill experience overall and was nice to have the fire pit at night.
