Pops Pride was an adorable, rustic place to stay! Their property was beautiful and we enjoyed listening to the sounds of nature surrounding us while in the cabin. It rained one night and we were able to stay dry and cozy.. it was a magical stay and would recommend to others!

We loved staying at Pop's Pride. The cabin is rustic (no electricity etc.), but if that is not a problem for you, this is a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful cabin, the environment is filled with nature, art, and good energy.

Absolutely magical! Pop’s Pride at Rocky Top preserve exceeded all of my expectations. There was so much to explore and the site is super close to so many beautiful beaches. I can’t wait for next summer to book again!

We spent a weekend in Pop's Pride at the Rocky Top Preserve and will definitely be looking to return. The cabin was perfect for two people with plenty of space for our things, a picnic table, and fire ring all to ourselves. The port-a-potties were very clean and we had a wonderful time strolling the property with our dog while we weren't out and about. It's very close to the beach with a little restaurant / bar right near the beach as well a few miles down the road from Rocky Top so those were certainly a plus. Definitely would recommend to friends.
Heidi was extremely responsive to all my questions, given the ongoing Covid pandemic, and helped me determine what our best course of action would be while we waited to see if it would be safe for us to go through with our stay. Ultimately, it was and we are very glad that everything worked out!

We loved staying at Pops Pride!! It was a bit cold in early May as there is no heat and the front is a screen however, we just bundled up! The glamping "tent" was adorable and had most of the essentials (matched, kindling, picnic table, etc). The port a potty was VERY clean! The disc golf course right on the property was so fun! Heidi was very responsive the few times I reached out. My only tip is be aware of the Rocky Top Farms and Rocky Top Preserve as they are two different locations/entrances. We got a bit confused as we followed the Rocky Top Farm sign off the road which was not the right place, the GPS took us to the correct place though! We will definitely stay here again :).

Heidi was an amazing host and the Yurt we stayed in was wonderful-comfortable, peaceful, and had everything we needed. Heidi had lots of thoughtful and fun touches including a picnic basket and delicious biscuits and jam from their farm. The campsite is private and perfect for campfires, cooking, stargazing and relaxing by the pond or exploring the trails on the property. It’s a quick drive or bike ride to Lake Michigan and lots of other fun towns and outdoor adventures.
We will definitely be back!

Amazing place with a great little town right next door! Absolutely loved it here!! Falling asleep to the sounds of nature and waking up to the sun shining or rain patters was an incredible experience in Pop’s pride!!! Will be back :)

We ended up on one of the other properties (Yurt) at Rocky Top Preserve (Farm), and it was wonderful. Very peaceful, inviting and just what we were hoping and more. Thanks again for your flexibility and hospitality. Wonderful nature getaway to the North;)!

What a wonderful little spot! We had a great time exploring the beautiful orchards, making dinner (we were provided with a well-stocked picnic basket!), and playing cards by the bonfire at night. The tent was absolutely adorable and cozy, and the peaceful pond sounds were just perfect to fall asleep to. In the morning we went down to Barnes Park for a swim in Lake Michigan! Thanks Heidi, I'll definitely be returning!
