It was great! The ambiance at night was incredible. We had crappy weather while we were there (rained 4 of the 5 days 😅) but we still had a great time. The yurt made the trip doable even with the rain. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely wonderful! The camp is beautiful, even at the end of the season. 2 of the 5 of us had never camped before and it was all 3 kids favorite place we stayed (over 6 nights throughout Michigan, a different town each day). The host was positively amazing and extremely kind. We will be back for sure.

It’s such a cute little place! Perfect if you want to camp, but don’t want to pack all of the stuff that goes with it! And…perfect for you-never-know-about-the-weather weather. Adorable garden and the alpacas are so darn cute!!! Nice a private!!

I really loved it! It was a lot like regular camping but without having to go buy a tent. Plus the tent was amazing inside and out. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to go again!

Wonderful stay!! This place is a true gem. The property is well cared for and the site where we stayed is so accommodating it would be great in any weather, rain, shine or cold! The host greeted us to ensure we found our spot since we arrived after dark, We will definitely be back!

My partner and I took our three teenage nephews (and dog) and we had the most fun, peaceful weekend at Blooming Bus Farms. This was the perfect place for nature lovers who enjoy some comforts of home. Melissa was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond, and made us feel welcome before setting foot on the land. She let us meet their sweet and funny alpacas, which was a real treat for us city dwellers. The entire property is enchanting and our campsite truly became our home for a couple days. We will be coming back for a couple’s trip, and the boys are already asking if we can take them again. 10 out of 10!

Blooming Farms is an absolute gem! It provides all of things you need for a restorative camping experience. Squad up with the alpacas near the garden! Visit the farm store for unique gifts and essentials. It’s a must check out. Looking forward to next time.

Beautiful place!! It felt warm and welcoming. It happened to go during the week and on short notice. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Once there the site was beautiful. I was looking for a peaceful night, and that's exactly what I got. Plus a lot of added extras. There was a nice walking trail that we found. They have tents and cabins. A nice garden, and very cool decorations. I do plan on visiting again!

Blooming Bus is a magical place! I stayed for just one night a couple of years ago with my youngest kiddo and finally brought the full family back for two nights at a larger site and it was amazing once again. We mostly kept to ourselves and enjoyed slowing down in our little cove of trees but it was nice to be able to wander out to visit the alpaca and enjoy the flowers. The port-a-potties are nice and clean and wood and essentials in the farm store were an unexpected ease. Town is only a couple of minutes out as well if forgotten essentials are needed. We were amazed to see so many stars (just shy of a new moon) and while there definitely is some road noise, and our first night included some unexpected fireworks (may have been from a neighboring property?) - our stay was tranquil and quiet enough for us to fully de-stress from the city and reconnect with nature. We had a delightful time and can't wait to come back!

Llamas, n campfires n yurts, oh my!

Go! Pet a Llama, sleep in peace and wake up refreshed. The grounds are clean and well kept. The owners are kind and attentive. I had everything I needed for a super cozy first ever glamping experience!

Blooming Bus Farms is a gem! We camped in the bungalow mid-September. After getting settled, we roamed the property and played best of 10 at the basketball hoop, played H-O-R-S-E on the disc golf basket, and hung out on the garden swing at dusk. We loved the vibe of the property that there was a camp store where you could purchase light up toys, hats, mittens, honey, etc and pay via Venmo. The light up helicopter you we purchased for $2 at the camp store gave us some good entertainment. They also had firewood bundles right at the site that you pay for via Venmo. So convenient that you don’t have to lug it from the store to the campsite. The kitchen kit upgrade was well worth it! We brought in brats for the campfire swivel grill for dinner and pancakes and sausage on the gas griddle in the morning. The part we were nervous about were the bathroom and shower setup. Although I’m a girlie who is fine skipping a shower when camping, I just had to try the outdoor shower. It was amazing - the temperature was already set at the perfect temperature and there was shampoo and conditioner there. It was nicer shampoo than I have at home! And the water pressure was great. There was an outdoor kitchen counter and sink that was great for brushing your teeth and washing dishes. The toilet setup worked out just fine. It was our first time with a compost toilet. It was ok, but I opted for the port a potties on-site for the majority of the weekend. Finally the unit itself was delightful.

A slice of peaceful heaven!

I love staying at blooming bus farms! This is the 1st time though staying in the bungalow. It was amazing! The bohemian decor really stands out and if you’re not impressed with that, just wait till night when everything is lit up. Melissa the hostess was extremely responsive to any questions that I had.

We had a great experience!! We were in town for a concert at Notre Dame, and this was a super convenient location for this. We opted to add on the tent and air mattress option, and this was 100% worth the money, it was great arriving to the site and having everything already set up for us! The hammock is such a nice addition to the camp site. The tent was very spacious, and the queen air mattress was comfortable, and included linens. The property itself is very charming. We loved visiting with the alpacas and walking through the flower garden. We would recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

Fantastic sta at Blooming Bus Farms

I stayed here as an overnight stop while traveling across the country and I was blown away by Melissa's property. The property is beautiful with a lovely garden/farm in the middle, little trails to explore, and anything you could need for relaxing camp stay. I stayed in a BYO camping site during a light rain that evening, and it was magical. I got some wood for a campfire at the farm store that had anything extra a person could need and more and enjoyed a warm fire under the tree canopy until I ended my night drifting to sleep to the sound of rain on my tent and in the trees. The glamping sites also looked fantastic with big spacious tents and plenty of amenities. The portapotties were also very clean and easy to find. I would absolutely recommend Blooming Bus Farms to anyone looking for a real camping experience, with any extras you may want or need!
