Welcome to Lochloosa River Retreat! We are a small hobby farm on a little over 6 acres of partially wooded land with nearly 700 feet of river frontage on the beautiful Tippecanoe River! We offer primitive tent and primitive dry RV camping with indoor restroom and showers. There is a lovely creek that flows through the property, perfect for exploring and having fun for kids or the kid at heart! Lochloosa is like a sanctuary for wildlife and humans alike! Spend some time watching the many birds, arrange a tubing or kayaking trip on the river, fish off the riverbank, relax and have fun at the in ground saltwater pool complete with slide and diving board, or kick back at your campsite near the creek, gaining some ZEN while listening to the sounds of the babbling brook and watching the amazing sunrises and sunsets! Explore nearby Lake Maxinkuckee beach, named one of Indiana's top twelve lakes to visit and browse the shops and restaurants in Culver. Whatever you decide to enjoy while you're here, we welcome you and hope you love this little slice of camping paradise as much as we do! We offer a limited number of tube and kayak trips. Please message me for more info and to arrange your float in advance of your stay. All campers have shared access to one indoor family/unisex restroom with two toilets and two showers. Please be sure to check all info and rules for the particular site that you book. We allow pets in sites north of the creek only as our pets and farm animals live on the south side. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. There is a nearby country store within 2 miles that offers chicken, pizza, ice and miscellaneous items for your convenience!

Lullaby Creek Cove
Such a great time there!
We enjoyed so much our time at Nicole’s land! Great space for camping and relaxing. The pool has saltwater which is amazing and the 4,5h kayaking on the river was so peacefully and relaxing and so needed to recharge our battery. Both Nicole and her husband Jack are amazing hosts, so friendly and helpful!

Site 2 - Brighter Days
Nicole's property is beautiful! The pool was well kept and a highlight for the kids. They also appreciated having restrooms on site. There were lots of other campers with it being Labor Day weekend but everybody was respectful and friendly. I would absolutely camp here again.

This River View
Would definitely recommend
The kayaking and tube floating is on a beautiful stretch of the river. We seen deer, river otter, eagles, osprey and tons of fish. The pool is very nice with a slide and diving board. The hot tube is great after a long day kayaking.

Site 2 - Creek Side Night to Remember
I loved my tent site tucked back into the woods along the creek. It felt private without being too removed from everything else. There was a perfect breeze that came off the river and plenty of shade. The bathrooms and showers were always clean, even with lots of children and families there all weekend. The pool was wonderful for cooling off. Nicole was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, especially as a single female camping alone. I look forward to staying there again!

Fireflies Way
Our tent site was fantastic. Clean and perfectly spaced out from other campers. The saltwater pool was a great feature as well. We paid for a 4 hour kayaking trip and it was extremely affordable and worth every penny. The on site showers and bathrooms were suitable as well for every site they had. Nicole and Jack were great hosts and took care of anything we needed. Will definitely be back in the future to camp here!

Lochloosa RV Stay
Great Glamping experience
This had everything we were looking for in a quick night getaway. Great views, and camping for the adults, tubing and the pool for kids, fishing for my son. And even fresh eggs! The hosts were very accommodating and made our stay even better. We will be back!
