I would love to! Except, I also don't want it not to be available. LOL. Alan, and his tenants Bob and Roz we're all wonderful! They accommodated us above and beyond. This is a five-star will return.

We loved our quick stop as we were driving through to Lake Michigan. Very quiet, primitive spot. The fireflies lighting up the forest at night was a highlight! Thanks for allowing us to spend a night on your land! We can’t wait to go back!

The site is beautifully located along the river. Good fishing, nice little fire pit. We had lots of rain so we couldn't stay the full amount of time. Plenty of space for a 10 person tent plus a little 2 person tent.

There is a lot to love about the land, the land was beautiful and site was spacious. It wasn't previously cleaned, cigarette buds laying around and trash in the fire pit. No where in the hipcamp listing does it say there's a boat ramp at your site that strangers will arrive anywhere from 5:30am to 8am to use. Blasting music, shining headlights in our tent at 5:30 a.m was VERY alarming to wake up to our first night there. It made us feel unsafe and uncertain when our privacy was going to be interupted. This boat ramp should be made clear in the listing and limited early morning use while you have hipcampers should be set in place. Simple curtosey for someone paying on your land to camp in private. A review last year was made about this issue and it has not changed. There wasn't any sleeping in, in your tent cause people were backing in boats both mornings. Our dogs loved it, we loved being by the water, bugs werent too bad, bald eagles and crane watching was fun.

Amazing spot!! Allen was such a kind and welcoming host. There are kayaks in the storage bin that you can use to float and enjoy the water. There’s also a great pond next to the farm with huge fish! The river is shallow, so it’s not really for swimming, but it’s perfect for relaxing and enjoying water activities. Totally recommend!!

The site by the river was beautiful, but the host failed to let me know there was a family reunion going on at the same time and I had people coming and going from my campsite that was supposed to be private. The host was also not at the property when I arrived, and someone else had to assist me with finding the site.

Had a great stay at the Riverside Site this past weekend! It was peaceful and quiet, with just a few kayaks and rafts drifting down the river, adding to the relaxing vibe. The canopy of trees provided plenty of shade, and a nice breeze kept us cool all weekend. Allen was a fantastic host—great communication and even let us check in early, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this spot for a chill getaway!

Allen is a great host and so accommodating, and his tenant, Bob, was a gem to chat with and took my son on a golf cart ride. I was so pleasantly surprised by the site and the property! We were only there for an afternoon and left the next morning as we were headed to TN, but we could have happily stayed longer! They have The site outfitted with everything you can possibly want and more! My son had a great time using the paddle boat, and we didn't have to unload a single thing out of the camper to enjoy the outdoor space. Truly a lovely spot!!

We loved our Riverside Stay! Tons of space, great tree cover, easy to put our kayaks in! It was the perfect set up for car & tent camping and we lovedbeing able to have our pups with us too!

This place is pure magic. We had the most amazing time at the pond site. It is stunning. Allen was lovely/ helpful and responsive. The other couple living on the ground were a a cherry on top they were so lovely.
Swimming in the pond is refreshing and gorgeous. We will absolutely be back.

Very secluded and relaxing.
Bald eagle nest brings in an awesome views of wildlife.
River access and was a let to get our boat in (small John boat). However, the river is very shallow and tons of rocks. It makes it difficult for anything with a motor unless you are very familiar with the river. Great fishing.
Awesome for a dog and there is plenty of room for the whole crew.

Campsite was not bad. However, very different than advertised. It is located on a farm property and backs up to a pond, not Tippecanoe River. Would have appreciated more information going into it. Our experience was fine but we definitely expected to sleep to the sound of a river outside our tent and watch the river. Simply wasn’t the case.

This was our second time camping here. It is a wonderful place to camp, but unfortunately at 6:30 in the morning we were awakened by 2 vehicle’s with trailers and boats they decided to launch their boats right next to our camper. Even though the owner did apologize, we decided to leave early. It was definitely not the experience we were hoping for.

Loved tent camping at Sycamore Springs! The spot is right next to the Tippecanoe River. There is a gravel parking pad, a fire pit area with inlaid stones, light tree coverage, a place to put kayaks into the river, and mostly level ground for a tent. There were lots of birds and wildlife. A raccoon and other critters visited us at night, so be sure to secure trash and food.

Allen’s campsite is perfect. Listening to the river flow is super relaxing. Not a single bad thing to say. There’s a bald eagle nest by the campground, which is pretty cool. Watching them fly around was majestic. 100% recommend this spot.

Had a fabulous time at our location. I was there to film for my Outdoors Unsupervised channel with a friend and will be back in the warmer weather to enjoy the fishin'. We were there for cold campin' and cooked some amazin' meals over the fire while watchin' geese, bald head eagles, wood peckers, crans and more. I'd highly recommend this quiet retreat in a heartbeat.
Allen the property owner was very fast at replyin' to my messages and I thank him for answerin' all my questions I had to feel comfortable about bookin' at this location.

LOVED Sycamore Springs! Allen has a true hidden gem. He cares for his land and it shows! The river campsite we stayed on was clean and all alone. not having water or a toilet was not a problem at all. We saw so many stars and lucky enough to see a meteor shower! The river was beautiful and amazing to wake up too. There is plenty of wildlife to see and hear. We saw Bald Eagles, Blue Herons many other birds, otters, and lots of fish jumping out of the water. We tried to fish but the river is to shallow. We only caught some suckers. Some other people (on a kayak) caught a small mouth bass. Curing the day there will be a lot of kayakers and boats cruising down the river and able to see your campsite but everyone is nice and don't stay long. The animals are loud at night and are not scared to come up to your tent. We had what I believe to be a raccoon sniff around out tent each night but we just scared it away and it wouldn't return. We did hear a small pack of coyotes behind the woods from us. So, to make sure put away all your food in a sealed bin or in your car at night. There is one small area that is level and soft for tents. We loved sitting on the bank watching the birds fly around.There is a general store 5 mins down the road with camping essentials if need be. Allen is super nice and quick to respond to our questions. Cell phone reception is spotty, go to the field or by the river for service but we didn't care. We will be returning again.

This campsite was amazing! The river is gorgeous and full of so many birds. It is very spacious and there is a nice firepit and picnic table. The check-in and check-out times are reversed on their page, just FYI, but they accommodated us anyways. I would definitely stay here again!

This was my second time staying here, and once again it was amazing. Was able to do some fishing in the river and had a beautiful night camping. The hosts are always so kind and responsive. I plan on coming back here in the future time and time again. Would definitely recommend for a quiet peaceful stay in nature.
