This is a very special site, which suited our hopes in every way. It was tucked into a very private spot, shaded by thick forest trees, w/ no campers nearby. We truly felt one with nature. The host has this set up wonderfully , with bbq prep table, grill, utensils, fire pit, benches etc. It feels like home, outdoors, with tons of space, just for us. The haycart, as an acommodation, was specatcular. We lived outdoors, with the sounds of the forest at night (the toads and frogs come alive with song!). I need to be honest, and say that, while the ad states it sleeps 4, it does not. There is a queen bed for 2, which was great. There is a daybed, but it is not covered from the rain, and it doesn't have a mattress. When we arrived, the daybed was set up with a bunch of wet outdoor pillows. Even if they had been dry, this didn't seem feasable for my kids to sleep on. Fortunately, we had over-planned and brought a cot, which we squeezed in next to the queen bed. Since we were able to solve this, we quickly moved on and had the most magical time here. The host is quite friendly and allowed my children to interact with her horses, chickens and turkey. She seems to delight in making the stay wonderful for guests. We enjoyed the trails, animals and sunsets across the cornfields. A spot to call home for a few days, away from the city life. We absolutely loved it!

Angela went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The site was lovingly created and well-equipped. The host is very responsive and the kids loved having their first riding lessons! This property is a well-stewarded oasis in the midst of monocropped fields, and we could tell that all the birds and butterflies were grateful for the biodiversity. We would definitely stay here again -- you can sense the love and respect toward all life that this spot fosters.
Had a relaxing stay and really enjoyed exploring the woods, such a beautiful property.

What a beautiful, magical place. Angela was so sweet. Property is beautiful.
The Grape Escape is one of the most magical whimsical fairyland-like "treehouses" you will ever experience. It truly is one of the coolest places I have ever stayed. Let's start with the fact that we requested to stay last minute super late and the host made a huge accommodation for us and even welcomed us by setting up the entire back area with candles. How romantic! The treehouse itself is the coziest and cutest thing ever. The decor. The journal. The bedding. The BED. BEST SLEEP EVER. The signs posted and the map? Helpful! There's also a pond area and the most friendly beautiful trio of horses there too! And everything is done/made by hand. How amazing!!
I loved the loft on Angela's land! The room is whimsical and storybook like! I will definitely be returning!

The grape escape fulfilled my wanderlust garden fairy needs. The sleeping accommodations were magical and cozy, provided with just the right amount of fairy lights and very fitting reading material. The outdoor kitchen was also accommodating, I didn’t need to pack much which was extra appreciated. This cozy little tucked in camping spot had fun trinkets and treasures inside the site itself and along the hiking areas. I spent most of my time in the hammock by the fire, which is heaven to me. ◡̈
We truly enjoyed our experience here. It’s set up beautifully at the camp. The trails were glorious. So incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Exactly what we were searching for. We will be back in the spring.

Just what I needed!
Angela’s property and the Fairytale Campsite were absolutely amazing! If you are looking for a quiet camping experience tucked in the woods with lots of privacy this is the place for you. The small hidden details all over the trails were amazing and I walked those trails 6 or 7 times and each time found something new. The time and commitment these owners have put into this place is mind blowing and made for a truly fairytale getaway. Be advised there is no electricity at this site so I would say that is the only downfall. 10/10 would recommend and will be going back again,
This place is absolutely gorgeous! My family and I had the best weekend camping here. It’s so magical with all the special touches that made it feel like you are in a fairyland. The Gnome Village was a huge hit with my two girls and they played there every day. There are many trails to explore and Angela and her daughter made our stay as comfortable as possible with quick responses to all of our questions and providing everything we needed to have a fantastic weekend. My girls also had horseback riding lessons with Angela and it was the highlight of the trip for them. Being surrounded by candles at night made it even more enchanting, we just loved all the care that was put into this place! I highly recommend staying here with your family or friends!
This is such a great cozy campsite that is really comfortable with so much attention to detail. My wife and I booked this for our anniversary and it was perfect. the fire pit and cooking area (with working stove) made cooking easy, the sleeping cabin/tent was so comfortable and great, and there were so many small elements that went above and beyond. Would absolutely stay here again!

Angela and Emma have decorated and accommodated their property beautifully for this rental space. They were super accommodating and kind. It was a lovely stay.
This place was every bit as magical as it seems. The campsite is fairytale themed and precious. The wagon was adorable and comfortable. I was surprised to find all of the amenities - even the stove was fueled and functional. I didn't really need to bring any of our camp gear. The trails were vast and so much fun to explore - little trinkets and art all over. The pond was stocked and fishable. The hosts were delightful. I would absolutely recommend this stay for anyone looking for a whimsical escape.
This was the most magical, enchanting camping experience I have ever encountered! My dog and I were able to explore the forest, relax next to the horses, and stay in a campsite that felt like a home. I’m so glad I found this place and definitely hope to make it back again.

We loved our fairy tale camping experience! Perfect easy camping night with our two small kids. The trails are so much fun to explore and the whole campsite feels magical.

Cozy little spot tucked into the edge of the woods. The site I stayed in is not quite as secluded as I would have liked with a neighbor's back yard clearly visible through the trees, but, the space is well curated and definitely worth the stay!

The Grape Escape sleeping quarter was stunning in it's own right, but the thoughtfulness and curation of the whole experience was incredible. Everyone who came to visit during our stay, from ages 11 to 75, were blown away by the spot. There were flashlights, candles, lighters, and small firestarters to get the light and warmth going. The kitchen area is well-stocked so as long as you are resourceful, you really shouldn't need to bring much more than food, clothes, and a bit of bug spray (there weren't many at all during our stay as it was dry and breezy). Whether you are going for a little romantic getaway, dragging your kids to the woods for a weekend, or needing a pause just for yourself, this is the spot!

This was a prefect getaway. The wagon was adorable and comfortable. The fire ring is right next to an outdoor kitchen with a propane stove. We were able to make meals with more ease than the usual camp cooking. We visited the horses and brought them apples to munch on. Lots of great bird noises including a few loud owls. The stars were beyond ridiculous. Magical stay

Perfect location and beautiful decor! The trails were fun and whimsical. We enjoyed the outside kitchen and hammocks under the mature trees.
We absolutely loved this place! 100% would go back. There was so much property to explore, and all kinds of cute things to find around the trails. The area set up was so cute and looks like it had so much effort put into it. We loved all the small detail around the campsite. Like the homemade wreaths! The wagon had a lot of detail as well. The set up inside was very pretty. And although the fairy lights would only last about 45 minutes once the sun went down, they really brought the look together. Our only complaint, is the mattress being extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get comfortable and get a good nights rest. The site was equipped with just about all you need, including two towels!
