We like to interact with people or you can keep to yourself and have a quiet getaway in the woods. Sorry, but the tree house isn't available to rent since it is my home. We are on a solar powered, off the grid 30 acre homestead that has 24 acres of wooded land and 6 acres of groomed land. Come explore our land and relax in the "Tree Web", see the 2 story tree house that I live in, have fun on the tire swing, or just sit and enjoy all that nature has to offer. You can explore our interesting topography that has close to 100 foot of elevation changes, our (mostly) dry creek system that starts with 2 springs that drain into 3 sinkholes or walk 3 miles of trails (if you follow each trail from end to end).
We love groups - Host your event here or have a group gathering with all your friends and family. We have spaces large enough to host hundreds of people.
We welcome pets for camping, but no pets allow in the Camping Cabin. Also be aware that we have 2 friendly dogs on the land that roam freely.

Small hobby sheep farm, with a sheep pasture surrounded by woods. There are two shepherd's huts, three tent sites, a small fishing pond with a log cabin and a quarter of a mile hiking trail. It is a bird lovers paradise with a large variety of birds. The fisherman's cabin has electricity and AC (AC is new for 2026 season). The shepherd's huts and tent sites are off grid. Each site is very private and has a fire ring and picnic table and benches. Cabin has a queen and a twin bed, linens provided. Shephard's huts have a queen sized memory foam mat with linens. Shower hut has hot water and is shared with all the campers.

At Perkins' Good Earth Farm, we offer a peaceful, scenic place to rest with convenient electrical hook-ups (50/30/20 amp options).
Our on-site farm store features our own USDA Certified Organic produce, along with other locally sourced foods, grab-and-go soups and salads made in our farm kitchen, gourmet hardneck garlic, and a weekly veggie adventure through our CSA program.
Guests can enjoy our beautiful half-mile trail that winds through woodland and native prairie. Leashed animals are always welcome!
Campsites are open year-round. Our farm store is open with regular hours from May through mid-November (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9–5 and Saturday 9–12, plus Fridays 9–5 in June–September). Even when the store is closed, items are still available for order and pickup through our online store.
On the day of your arrival, we’ll send self-check-in instructions, including how to make after-hours purchases from the online store. One last tip: we strongly recommend avoiding Chicago traffic during rush hour—or altogether, if you can!

Each site is in a wooded, shaded area with a flat area on the ground to place a single large tent. Each site has its own fire ring and a small wooden table. There is wood on the ground you may use for firewood, and ample twigs etc on the ground for kindling (do not cut any trees or branches off trees). There is a covered firewood shed with dry firewood as well. There are maintained trails with river access for kayaks. There are 2 porta potties near the campsites with a handwashing station, that is open year round. There is a single bathroom with flush toilet and sink with running water that is a short walk away (open May-Oct depending on weather) There is an outdoor on-demand hot-water shower at bathroom, with a water hose available as well. On-demand hot water heaters provide hotter water at a low water pressure, and cooler water at full blast.
We do provide a large trash bin near the porta potties for trash disposal. DO NOT throw trash into fire pits or burn barrels in the woods.
Campsites are a short walk (100-200 feet) away from parking area (you CANNOT drive directly to or park at your campsite). Foster Park is a short bike ride away where you will find greenway trails that run throughout Fort Wayne (ride your bike to downtown!!) Our property backs up to the St Mary's River, bring you kayaks and fishing poles!
(We reserve the right to assign you to a different (but equally beautiful) campsite in the case of property maintenance concerns, recent rain or weather conditions etc). All guests must be part of a registered group!

Nestled on nine wooded acres conveniently located just one mile off I-69 in Daleville, Indiana, this relaxing and peaceful property also features a five-acre, spring-fed pond. Surrounded by trees, this former stone quarry feels like a world away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The level of interstate travel noise that can be heard varies since the campground is within a mile of I-69.

Once the secret speakeasy after dark spot for local political big wigs this property has been transformed from swampland to hidden gem right on the edge of America's Hometown of Muncie, Indiana!
Welcome to Narnia! Or Atlantis!? Or... The Property? The Hidden Valley? We just haven't committed to a name yet so it's a little bit of everything all rolled into one! 8 acres on the magical Ganges, er, White River makes for a fun time. You can expect a certain amount of privacy while still potentially making a new friend or two depending on the night. You will be nestled under some giant sycamores, cottonwoods, black walnuts, catulpas, and a mess of bush honeysuckle that is always being battled! We have 2-3 sites directly on the river and then scores throughout with trails, hills, and other interesting features. Multiple firepits though I CANNOT guarantee firewood. There is often plenty to collect or available on site but if you can bring your own that'd be safest bet!
We are (somehow) located partially inside Muncie city limits right on the river. Yes you may occasionally hear some trains or even particularly loud cars while camping deep in the woods but this is the tradeoff for a one mile drive to bars, restaurants, and groceries! Best of both worlds. The Muncie Eagles, whose nest resides directly across the river from us, do not seem to mind! This location is also directly on two main bike trail routes and our trails are fun for low impact mountain biking! We also have a small armada of kayaks/canoes on site; IF arranged that option does exist for cost of transport! We have 2 porta potties on site as well and fresh water hose available at main house.

When we bought this property in 2013, it was a little run down. Many years ago, it housed sheep and cows. We revamped our little 15-acre farm and continue to improve its looks. Now it is our home and houses my riding stable. Many people have commented on how nice it is. I thought this would be a great opportunity to share its beauty and the animals with others.

We have 3 spots to pitch a tent, but we're pretty flexible. If you see another area, please ask!. Site "Woods" is most secluded. We now have a cabin!! Our "Chalet". It will sleep 4 and has some great amenities. The others are around our grassy barnyard area where you're able to enjoy all of our different animals!. All sites are 2-5 mins from the main house. You will be staying on our horse farm. We have many chickens, bunnies, a potbelly pig, feeder pigs (depending on the time of year), and our 4 house dogs. We offer overnight equine amenities as well. There are 2 showering options and restroom available.
You can enjoy a small fire (weather dependent) or listen to the crickets and frogs under the starry night. Actually, you can do it all. We offer trail rides on the horses as well, (extra charges). You can even book a trip to the state park to ride the horse trails, which is only 15 minutes away. There is a great fishing lake less than 1 mile from the farm, so bring your poles and kayaks. Or rent ours!
There is a Dollar General, 2 gas stations, and a liquor store in our tiny little town if you forget anything. Walmart is 12 minutes North of us.

This is a very nice stop! Probably more than I needed as a solo traveler with a tent, but I didn’t care due to convenience on my travel route. Safe, meticulously clean, great host, comfy chairs, firewood, and it felt very safe. If you need a comfy stop on a trip, I’d recommend.

It was absolutely beautiful. The cabin was so nice. It was quiet. It was great to see horses right when we woke up my daughter loved it. She was so happy getting to see horses. That’s all she loves. We loved getting to swim in the pond she loved using their little boat. It was just an amazing stay full of being able to relax.

The best hidden camping gem in Fort Wayne!
Want to get away but not too far? Don’t feel like pitching the tent, but still want to enjoy nature? This is one of the best glamping spots we’ve experienced! Private location, private bathroom/shower, a little bit of hiking, lots of relaxing!
Tim the host was awesome to help us with our schedules and was really quick to answer our questions.
The beds are deceiving- first they feel hard, but ended up being the best sleep I’ve had away from home!
The best part- the yurt has AC!! And a really powerful fan to stay cool even in the heat of July.
We visited during a rainy time, and while the ground around the yurt was squishy it wasn’t muddy! There’s hammocks, a dog run/line, fire pit, comfy chairs, bocce ball game, and did I mention a private bathroom/shower?!?

I would 110% recommend staying on Titus’s land! When we arrived, he was ready to welcome us and show us back to where our site was. He gave us a lay of the land and let us know to message him with any needs we may have. Something that stood out about this property was how much was accessible to us. For example, having a small pond we could swim in, bags of ice and farm fresh eggs for sale, a bath house with soap and towels for anyone who is unprepared, multiple bathrooms, disposable dishes and more!! The sheep roaming around was also pretty cool.
We felt safe, had privacy, loved the scenery and overall had an amazing time. I would love to come back again.

We have been to Sheepy Acres before. Titus is an amazing host that will go as far out of his way as humanly possible. Our family had the pleasure of staying in the Fisherman's Wharf cabin which is a plenty big enough cabin for our family. Our dogs were able to run and chase the ball, say hello to the neighbor horse, and even go for a quick swim in the pond. We spent hours together fishing, with a family best catch of a huge sunfish, bluegill, & small mouth bass. Peace and quiet was all that we were hoping for! Thank you, Titus!! We can't wait to return!!

We had an amazing stay. The evening was quiet and peaceful. We could hear frogs from the pond, which was exciting. And we saw HUNDREDS of lightening bugs. During our stay we were also joined by the barn cats, juno and multiple alpacas.
It was wonderful to get away from the business of life and the city. We will definitely be staying again.

Lovely property tucked back in the midst of crops - quiet and welcoming.
We stayed in an RV for one night in front of the red barn. We explored the property briefly. They had the large slide down the hill, a creek to wade in, a place to play basketball and ping pong, corn hole, tons of kittens, alpacas of course, and the two older dogs. Kids would love it here!
Important to note: While water is available to use, it is not available to hook up to the camper. We misunderstood this detail, so could not take showers. They offered to let us fill up our source tank for water, but we opted to not do this. They have two outhouse style bathrooms about 20 steps away. When you turn on the lights, a fan also turns on to help blow air around. It has a traditional toilet and cold water via a sink, but in July, it was toasty!! Electric worked wonderfully and the barn is a fun place to hang out (if it wasn’t as hot as it was this time of year)!
Needless to say, this is a super fun property, clean, safe, lots of space to explore, gorgeous barns, and would make an incredible fall or spring stay! We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend.

Jonathan’s set up at the apple orchard was perfect for a 2 night stop by Indianapolis. The carport, trees, and beautiful scenery was a nice point to break up our trip home. The spot offered an easy trip into the city for the day but allowed us to be outside the hustle of a big city. Jonathan was an amazing host and I would recommend this spot to anyone looking!

We went tent camping and chose spot 12 because another review said it felt like you were by yourself out there. It was perfect. A complete tree canopy of shade, trees on all sides like a barrier, and just up the path is a field where we set up our telescope to view the stars. The picnic table was a little worse for wear but it got the job done. The trees were close enough together that we tied a long line between two of them to let our dog walk around most of the campsite. Plenty of space for our 6 person tent and 2 person tent, car, 3 camp chairs, and the hammock (on its own stand). Spacious. The trails weren't too far away so we took the one called hills and creek. There were indeed many hills and a creek. My husband glimpsed a deer but it moved away before anyone else saw it.
Overall it was nice to feel tucked away and be left alone by society for a short while.

We wanted a campsite that felt secluded without actually being secluded because it was our kids first time camping and they aren’t the quietest. The view was beautiful and the trails were nice and maintained. We were able to walk the trails with our young children. They loved cooling off in the creek and the water spigot. Brian was also very kind and was able to get us some more firewood. We were a little worried about getting our vehicles back out with it being rainy, but we were able to get our cars out without any issues. Overall a great experience.

We ended up booking an extra day because it was such a peaceful, beautiful stay. Titus was an amazing host and even refunded me the extra booking and cleaning fee that the site charged because it considered it a separate 1 night stay. It literally hadn't even crossed my mind, and it is such an affordable get away to begin with on top of everything I listed in my previous review that i wouldn't have cared if he kept it.

This is my second time staying here and first time with family. Just love this place. The access to the pond is amazing, the area is taken care of very well, and just is a great way to disconnect. We booked the Hollow and Round Top and it couldn’t have went better. Highly recommend!
