Located right on the White River in Hamilton County, this property feels secluded, as though you're out in the country, yet it's only about 10 minutes from everything you need. The property is surrounded on three sides by approximately 200 acres of county-owned land. The northern half of the property is lower in elevation and has multiple access points to the river. You can walk right into the river to swim, float, boat, or relax on an island. Deer, turkeys, and eagles are regularly seen on and around the property. Nearby attractions: • 1.9 miles – Potters Bridge Park: Historic covered bridge with walking trails • 3.2 miles – Koteewi Park: Horseback riding, ziplining, ropes courses, and an archery range • 3.9 miles – Noblesville, IN • 5.0 miles – Morse Park and Beach • 5.1 miles – Schwartz Bait Shop • 5.3 miles – Cicero, IN • 8.8 miles – Ruoff Music Center

We camped at one of the RV spots, it was well maintained even after the area had experienced flash floods! The host was very helpful and quick to respond every time we had a question. The view from our site was absolutely beautiful! There was a porta john on the property that was also extremely well kept. We found this place randomly and will for sure return! If I could leave 10 stars I would! Affordable, clean and easy to find!

We stayed in one of the RV sites along the river with our truck camper and had such a great experience. The site was extremely well maintained, clean, level, and had power and water conveniently located right at the site. There is also a porta-potty-style bathroom on the property with a foot-pump flushing toilet and foot-pump sink. It was super clean and honestly such a convenient and appreciated amenity. River access was just a short walk down a well-groomed path. We were able to walk right into the river with our dog and spend time in the water, which was only a couple of feet deep where we were. We didn’t take advantage of floating the river this trip, but there are clearly plenty of opportunities nearby. It was fun watching groups come by in kayaks, on paddle boards, and on floats. Kevin was on site during our stay and could not have been nicer. He was friendly, hospitable, informative, and genuinely seemed happy to have people enjoying the property. Even with him on site, we never once felt like we were giving up our privacy. The property is near the road and easy to access, but once we were settled into our site, it still felt surprisingly private and peaceful. It was also a really easy place to have our dog with us. You can tell Kevin has put a ton of work into transforming this property into something really unique. I think it’s pretty cool that he’s created a place like this and is willing to share it so other people can come enjoy the river and the property too.

Kevin’s campsites were easy to find with a beautiful view of the river. Loved that there was picnic table at the site and he even supplied us with fire wood. I would definitely camp here again!

It was an amazing experience. Kevin was a really nice host and always willing to help us anytime we needed. Place was perfect friendly and had plenty of space for our tent and more. We will definitely be back.

Kevin was an outstanding host and the property is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. We booked last minute late at night, and Kevin was extremely accommodating. He made sure to greet us, help get us set up at the perfect spot directly on the river and was happy to give recommendations on things to do. This is the perfect getaway without being too far away from town, and we plan on returning again in the future!
