This was a great spot for us to stop for the work week on our roadtrip. Peaceful, private, nice camper hookups, and the wifi didn’t let us down once! The parking pad is level and pulling in was super easy. The best part was the clear view of the night sky and the field of fireflies at dusk.
Kurt was a great host - very thoughtful. He came by to introduce himself but wasn’t intrusive. He sent timely and thorough communication.
It was a quick drive into town and Purdue’s campus. We’ll definitely keep it in mind for future travels.

Beautiful pristine property. Nice level campsite, full hookup with fire ring and the nicest picnic table you have ever seen. Most hospitable and generous host, an overall fabulous experience.

VERY private site. Everything was great. Kurt's communication was stellar throughout the trip. Firewood was provided, AMAZING SUNSETS. Very easy to find. Site was level gravel. Full hookups were functional and well kept. We LOVED this site.

Feels really private. Beautiful and quiet. Perfectly level and spacious parking pad. Full hookups. EV friendly. Nice picnic table and fire ring. The host was a really genuine, nice person. Great host and great spot.

This is our second time staying at Kurt’s this year. We will be back next Spring for sure. This site is private and quiet. Kurt has thought of everything. You can tell that he is a camper by the way that the site is designed. The site is easy to back into. The sewer, water and electric hookups are perfectly placed and easy to use. Kurt’s property is beautiful. Can’t wait to come back.

Off beaten path but still convenient. Easy access with electric, water, septic. Had a nice picnic table, fire pit & plenty of complimentary firewood.
Kurt was friendly but not ‘hovering’.
The location put us close enough to Purdue U for events but far enough to still be peaceful.
We will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed a relaxing and quiet weekend on this amazing property with plenty of privacy. The surrounding farmland was beautiful. Nice level site with easy in and easy out access. Kurt was a friendly and accommodating host. We look forward to returning.

This was our first HipCamp experience and we were not dissapointed. Kurt's property is beautiful; located far enough from town there is no light polution, so the stars were stunning. The campsite is thoughtfully located for extremely easy access and can accommodate any size rig. Kurt was a wonderful host, greeted us and offered to be available by text. He provided firewood! This spot offered us the seclusion and peace we wanted and we highly recommend staying here. Three days felt like a week to us, without the distractions of a noisy campground; just peacefulness.

We weren’t sure what to expect from our first HipCamp experience, but we were pleasantly surprised. Kurt was a great host and we had everything we needed- even a generator when an u expected storm knocked out power.
We will definitely stay there again!

Kurt is absolutely welcoming and accommodating. Often times when we go to State Parks and some Hip Camps we feel like we are more of a bother than a guest. This was the exact opposite with Kurt. He greeted us when we arrived but gave us our space. He accommodated us when we had a couple of special requests. Kurt’s property is absolutely stunning. As far as the site itself, he thought of everything from making sure that the approach to the site makes for an easy back in and departure. The electrical, water, and sewer connections are new and placed perfectly for most RV’s. The pad is a well packed, level gravel pad that handled rain like it never happened. We will stay with Kurt again. Thanks Kurt!
