First Bikepacking Trip, 41st b-day
Great hospitality! We biked the dragon mountain bike trail (great campsite with easy access to the trail). We stayed in hammocks overnight and it was super peaceful (bike packed into camp). Outdoor shower amenity was a very nice touch. Plenty to do onsite and nearby. Mark was flexible, welcoming, and informative. We even got groceries delivered from Meijer with Instacart lol😆. We’ll be back…

Van/truck overnight - no electric
Super site
I love all the amenities. I can park at the back of property for seclusion but still have access to everything. Speaking of access… a quick trip over to the Dragon trail and lots of options for playing all day. Very near kayaking and hiking as well. The owners are super friendly and so are the campers

Foothills tent camp / solo or group
We enjoyed our tent camping experience. Appreciated the beer garden area that had a nice lit space that was great for playing games after the sun went down. Also, had a gas grill to cook with in this area and fire pits. We camped with our dog so we didn't bring our mountain bikes, but seemed like a great place to say for that with lots of trails nearby. We did visit Consumers beach (fun and lively atmosphere) while in town which was a short drive and 1/2 mile trail walk to get to the beach. Looking forward to seeing the continued development of this campground during a future stay. Overall, it was a good experience and would stay here again.

Site #3 - 30 amp electric and water
Dragon Adventures Base Camp was amazing. From an adventures stand point it was great, the trail is awesome, there is tubing, kayaking, hiking. the area is so beautiful. The camping was so nice, facilities were very clean, Mark & Amy Deering were amazing hosts, and the camp had so many cool features. Couldn't say enough about the Beer Garden. And the other campers were all so nice. Loved spending the evenings talking with everyone and adding to my "bucket list" Highly recommended

Site #2 - 30 amp electric and water
Really cool place to stay! We were only there for a quick overnight stop, but it was a clean, quiet, beautiful spot to camp!
