The property was purchased by my father more than 40 years ago and left to our family a paradise. As a escape from the city you can find a great place to view the stars and passing satellites in the night sky.
We are located about half way between Gladwin and West branch, about 40 minutes south east of Houghton Lake.
As campers ourselves we are focused on the experience and always working improving the land.

T-1 Pond side group site
The property is beautiful and the site was really big. I would totally recommend this place if you have a group or multiple tents. There were trails in the woods all over the place. My dog loves it. The bathroom was very clean and didn’t smell at all. Great spot.

4 Oaks KOI Pond and play
This is the prettiest and perfectly tucked away campsite! It is peaceful and quiet, especially at night. We loved falling asleep to the crackling fire and sounds of the forest. We camped here in the fall, so the trees were beaming with color, making the site look particularly beautiful in the morning. Our host was very friendly and accommodating, providing us with wood and visiting with us briefly. I definitely recommend this stay and will come back again.☺️

The woodsy Knoll
Great spot, with everything you need and more for a perfect getaway. Beautiful site that is far enough away from the other sites to feel private. Plus Greg couldn't be nicer host. The other thing as a minor note is there is a little road noise,

The woodsy Knoll
First of all, Greg’s property was absolutely pristine. From the campsites, to the fishing pond and the outhouses in between. Very spacious campsite with a nice campfire set up. Greg was awesome, briefly checked in a couple of times and invited us to fruit from his property. I would absolutely recommend to a friend! The only misconception I had about the campsites were about how far they were from each other. Closer than I anticipated, but infinitely more private than a campground. Thanks for having us Greg!!

T-1 Camp Site
The tent site was beautiful and quite secluded which is what wanted. The trails are well maintained. Greg the owner is so nice he came and introduced himself our first night to make sure we had everything we needed and was quick to response when we needed more wood. Will definitely be returning one day with some friends and 10/10 would recommend for a nice relaxing camping trip
