We are situated at the end of a private road with only 2 residences. 12+ wooded acres to enjoy(hiking/exploring). At this time, only Sprinter Vans, Truck Campers and small trailers are ideal for the RV sites. Tent campers set up at the back of the property in the woods. Several hiking trails and locations to camp. There are multiple fire rings out back and plenty of fallen wood to burn or you can purchase seasoned split wood bundles on site. Suggested Local Attractions: The property borders a public golf course, downtown Lake Orion or Oxford are less than 1.5 miles as is public access to All-Sports Lake Orion(the lake) as well as others in the area. Dozens of miles of hiking/mountain biking trails. Bald Mountain State Park and Addison Oaks trailheads 2 and 3 miles respectively. Disc Golf courses. Public beaches, paved trails, etc. Or you can just hang out and watch the various wildlife that frequent the property. At least a dozen breweries, distilleries, restaurants a couple miles away, easily able to walk/bike/drive.

Peaceful, beautiful site.
I enjoyed my stay! My campsite had a beautiful view, was peaceful, and Michael guided me straight to the site. The price is very affordable and anyone who enjoys camping will like this property. If I'm ever in the area again and need to camp, I would definitely stay again!

Great get away close to Detroit
This was a peaceful and beautiful place. sites are positioned so you have a good amount of privacy. Mike is a very kind and helpful host and provided everything I needed to have a stress free experience. I highly recommend!

Michael is super friendly and helpful and the site itself is beautiful and secluded. Had a great time camping — would definitely come back!

Great space!
This was a nice spot for a trip. Michael was great. There's plenty of tree cover and privacy and faces south-ish so the sun doesn't wake you up head on. The outhouse is kept well and an easy walk! The little nearby town isn't super walkable but worth checking out, nice mix of options.

Great camping spot!
We loved Michael’s property! Close to home and feels like you are up North! Micheal was very welcoming and helpful suggesting a beach to take our boys to for swimming. We will definitely be back!
