"Elysium Heritage Farm" is situated on 120 acres in Northeast, MI surrounded by woods, trails, ponds and canals. Enjoy access to a small farm that includes fainting goats, chickens, turkeys, rabbits, and more. Bring your pole and try your luck at some catch and release fishing. Enjoy viewing numerous types of wildflowers, birds, and butterflies. Depending on the season, (and how quietly you walk the trails) you may experience a wide variety of wildlife species. Although we don't allow motorized ATVs, you are welcome to bring a golf cart. Most of the trails are improved enough to allow you access. The property is located just (5) miles off I-75 so it's also a convenient mid-trip destination for those on a longer distance excursion. In case you plan on fishing the local hotspots on Lake Huron (15 minutes away) and are trailering a boat, there is plenty of area to park your rig during your stay. It's only a ten minute drive to Pinconning, where you can experience Michigan's "Cheese Town" and all it has to offer. There's a grocery store, numerous cheese shops, and a variety of party stores and restaurants. For the outdoor enthusiasts, don't miss out on going to the ever-famous "Northwoods Wholesale Outlet". Also nearby is the "Saganing Eagles Landing Casino" in Standish. We have resided here for over 30 years and can assist you in many ways to get the most out of your visit. By the way, the definition of the word "Elysium" is "Place of perfect bliss" and yes, we labeled it that long before the movie with Matt Damon was created.

"The Cabin"
A Wonderful Start to Autumn
We had an absolutely fantastic vacation at the Elysium Heritage Farm! The autumn foliage was just starting to display, creating a picturesque backdrop for our getaway. The cabin itself exceeded all expectations. Nestled among the fantastic walking trails, and the water, the cabin felt like a cozy escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The interior was charmingly decorated with a rustic feel, complete with a fireplace that added to the cozy ambiance. Some of the highlights was the many Autumn Olive trees along on the trails, and getting to hear the owls at night! We also appreciated the deck, where we enjoyed our morning coffee while soaking in the serene forest views and sounds from all the local wildlife. The location was easy to find and felt like a little slice of heaven. Overall, this cabin vacation was a memorable experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway among the beautiful nature of Michigan’s fall foliage, we highly recommend this amazing site. It’s the perfect place to unwind and connect with nature.

"Farm Camp"
True farm camp experience!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Elysium heritage farm camp. We loved the property, the animals, and all the amenities the site had to offer. We have camped at many tent sites and this was our favorite spot. Kim and Jeff were excellent hosts and we would definitely stay again.

"The Cabin"
We had a wonderful time! The cabin was clean and well stocked (dishes, cookware, a propane stove inside and a grill out back, overhead solar lighting in the main room and lanterns for the bedroom), as was the outhouse (super clean, extra TP and hand sanitizer). We fished, kayaked, watched the birds, and hiked, and had a chance to meet some goats and the dogs as well. Overall, 10/10! We'll be back!

"The Cabin"
Top Place to Stay: Don't Miss Out!
We absolutely loved the cabin. It was clean, well decorated, and had absolutely everything we needed plus more. The kitchen was stocked, and we were given ample water, toilet paper, paper towel, flashlights, and were pleasantly surprised there was solar lighting. The cabin sits on a beautiful creek and we used the canoe and paddles to have a lovely adventure in the pond. The cabin is also dog friendly, and our pup Truffles had a great time. The cabin has an outdoor outhouse and I can say with total confidence it is the nicest outdoor toilet I've experienced in my life. Overall great place to stay, the owners are incredibly nice and helpful, and I am planning on coming back!
