We stayed at River Daze and had a nice, quiet getaway. The host was very friendly and helpful — he was waiting when we arrived, guided us to our spot, and even had the water and electric hookups ready to go. The property sits right on the Tobacco River, which would be great in the summer for kayaking, canoeing, or tubing. It was beautiful in the fall. There are a few walking trails, and it’s less than a half mile to town, which is super convenient. There is a porta-john close for convenience.
It felt cozy and tucked-away. Overall, it was peaceful, clean, and the host clearly puts care into making guests comfortable.

Quiet, despite a nearby road/bridge, and situated on the Tobacco River, Riverdaze offered me a private retreat while visiting friends nearby. I stayed for 3 nights with two pups and enjoyed the hospitality of the host as well as the convenience of nearby activities and restaurants. The hosts are putting work into the property, with improvements, and I'll keep it in mind if in the area again. The sites are perfect for tenters, small trailers, or those interested in boondocking with fire rings and picnic tables provided. A new treehouse and available water activities are great for families and adventurists.

Beautiful scenery for fall camping!! Swing, beach, trail and volleyball net were all enjoyed. The property is well maintained as well. We fished and kayaked on the lake five minutes away too!! We will definitely be back!!

I'm really glad that I was able to camp at this site. First of all the Family that own it are really beautiful people. They helped me set up camp, offered me a meal and took me tubing with them. This made my weekend so enjoyable!!! Thank you very much for the hospitality!!!

The spaces to camp are great whether on river or not. Outhouses available. Host greeted us at the entrance. Amenities available soccer nets volleyball net balls included.
Access to river for kayaking. Hosts were very accommodating. Had items available when we needed. Accommodated our needs to be Have side-by-side campers. Dog friendly. Host helped with kayaking down the river by showing us location. Fun extra amenities for kids such as rope swing slide inflatable screen for movie watching. So many things we enjoyed would not hesitate to go back when we have the opportunity. Thank you!

I loved tent camping at Kristina and Kevins Land! Right on the River it truly puts you in a daze. There's a beach to hang out at and some short but nice trails. Super welcoming as having a campground runs in Kevin's blood. We will be back 🤟✌️

We had such a great time here, my kids loved it and can’t wait to come back. Definitely family friendly. Being on the river is incredible. The host were so great just like the other reviews said. Helpful, kind, and also not to overbearing. Rent the kayaks! It’s a great trip.

The host was amazing! He doted over us making sure we had everything we needed for a great experience. Quiet, incredibly clean and manicured. The river was fantastic. After I forgot what I needed for kayaking, the host offered their kayaks which we spent the day on. So peaceful. The town had a great ice cream shop, out of town was great BBQ. We will return.

We had a great time visiting the River Daze! Kevin and Kristina were very nice and accommodating! We definitely will be back. We love being by the water, relaxing, swimming and kayaking and this had what we were looking for! The property was clean, well kept, serene, and had areas to keep the kids entertained. Thank you for a great weekend!!

This little campground is such a gem. We loved that it is right on the river in a wooded area. A great spot for kayaking and fishing, and it’s close to the cute little town of Beaverton. Communication with the hosts was really smooth and they were so accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend!

Our RV site was perfect, no issues at all with the electric or water hookups.
Kevin and Christina were such kind and welcoming hosts. Kevin really made our last day special with the open-air movie night! He’s truly a great host.
The place had everything we hoped for and more: a river, a fishing spot, fire pits, beautiful nature, and great hospitality. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

This is a great place to camp. The host are great. Showed us all around the campsite, and was very helpful and accomodating when it came to booking. Kevin even helped me and my friend set up the EZ up tent.
Very clean too.
Even told us the best places on town to eat. Love this place.

We enjoyed our time on Kevin/Kristina's s land. We went off-season and it was exactly what we were hoping for. A nice, quiet place where we can take walks in his woods, kayak and enjoy a campfire every night. Kevin gave us a tour and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place to you.

Loved the view! Friendly gracious hosts! Sites are very large. Campsites are very close to town, with an out of town feel. Weather was supposed to be bad the weekend of our trip, and the hosts were very accommodating. We decided to stay and make the most of it despite the rain. Totally worth it!
