This is a wonderful off-grid cabin in the city surrounded by a forest! Great place to come back to after camping in the surrounding natural amenities and enjoy a healing and peaceful city with a long history of healing. What we don't provide, we make up for with a great price. This is the place for you, longterm or short term. This property has a composting toilet and wash basin no modern plumbing. Host can provide once a day housekeeping. Unit has camping stove that must be used with ventilation, camper must provide for all their off-grid electrical and charging needs. Linen provided.Tour the bath houses and drive 5-20 minutes to the forest or lake. Cabin in the Hood is a totally off grid tiny house with composting toilet, camp stove and battery electric. Downtown has old fashion charm, intown is peaceful, nature is a hop skip and a jump away. Stay as long as you want or a couple days. Connected to other intentional communities in the area.

Cabin in the Hood

The location was easy to get to and close to needed services. The accommodations were simple but clean and we'll taken care of. My host, Monica, was an absolute delight.
