3) Dispersed Camping: Outside of the campground there are nearly 100 acres available for camping. If you are up to roughing it a bit we'll point you in the right direction.
3) Cabins and Glamping: For those that like to settle right in we have rustic cabins and campers with modern comforts (some include AC, heating, and kitchenettes)
Activities and amenities include swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, a 6-acre foraging field and 9-hole Frisbee golf course, bouldering, zen/meditation deck, climbing, psicobloc and more outdoor pursuits than one has time to pursue. Children can enjoy the Ninja rope course with zipline, slackline, and rope swing and petting Biscuit and Buttercup – our favored Kunekune forest pigs. And, Woolly Hollow State Park, Cove Creek Natural Heritage Area, Persimmon Ridge Resort and Greer's Ferry Lake are a short drive away.
We invite you to our little piece of paradise on the Cadron. Bathe in a forest of tall standing pines and oak trees. Sit on the bank of a cascading stream. Embrace nature. And although we lie at the edge of civilization we have good cell phone service and water hydrants and electrical outlets for recharging phones and the such are freely available for our guests to use. From March through November hot water showers are also freely available.
Our place is a bit rough, rugged and unruly yet we call it home -- a place where everyone regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, political views, religion, national origin, or culture is welcomed to come enjoy nature's marvelous works and wonders. Less than a minute from the Kings River Falls Trail-head, and nestled alongside the headwaters of the Kings River in Venus Arkansas. This is a remote and rugged campground with caves, bluffs, swimming holes and river a plenty. This campground has a grand exhibition of the same sandstone formation that is responsible for the Whitaker Point (Hawksbill Crag) formation.
Clovis like points have been found here, and so one might assume the bluffs and crags here have been inhabited for millennia.
This 7 acre property is completely surrounded by Arkansas Natural Heritage-Natural Area. There are miles of trails and cooling waters at every turn.

Most of our campsites are just yards away from a public swimming area, which is shared between our property and the Arkansas Natural Area. You should expect local traffic at the main swimming area
during your stay.
We have a private swimming area on our property which is just a short hike from the developed campsites (Please ask the camphost for directions).
There are miles of county maintained bumpy dirt roads leading to the site. Expect your vehicle to get dusty. There is a creek crossing that is required to reach the campsites. We recommend high clearance and/or 4WD or AWD vehicles. If you are unable to cross the creek, you will need to park in the parking area and walk across the creek to reach your site.

Our office sells firewood for $5/bundle. We also have a small array of custom woodwork items from our woodshop, freeze dried snacks and hiking restocks, food from local vendors, and souvenirs!
All primitive sites have a picnic table, fire ring, and campfire grill grate.
Electric sites are 30 amp, if using for tent camping you will need a 3-prong converter (we can rent one to you for $5 if you do not have your own). RV/Camper MAXIMUM length is 28 feet.
Tipi rental is a camping experience only; it does not have electricity, a/c or heat. There are solar lights inside. We do have a Queen Sized outdoor bed and bedding available to add to rental for $10/night.
Bunkhouse is a camping experience - bring your own bedding. A/C, heat, electricity, TV & DVDs, Microwave, and Mini fridge are inside. Guests use campground restrooms
Campground restrooms and showers are a short walk from campgrounds.
We are pet-friendly. Dogs must be leashed at all times that they are not in a tent or camper and friendly with other dogs and people. There is a working dog on the property-he is friendly with all people and dogs.

Very well spaced out mature trees that provides shade and fresh air. Well house for water supply in property as well but no hookups of any kind in place at the moment. Also has concrete custom made swimming hole that freshly feeds off the pond and streams but may be dry right now due to extreme heat and no rain in forecast.
My space is suited best for well prepared campers as I don’t offer any amenities on site at this time. Land is close to everything Hot Springs, Arkansas has to offer. 1.3 miles away from Magic Springs 2.5 miles from Gulpha Gorge 4.9 miles from Oaklawn Racing & Gaming 6.1 miles from Hot Springs mall 3.6 miles from historic downtown Hot Springs and Arlington Hotel.

Most of our campsites are just yards away from a public swimming area, which is shared between our property and the Arkansas Natural Area. You should expect local traffic at the main swimming area
during your stay.
We have a private swimming area on our property which is just a short hike from the developed campsites (Please ask the camphost for directions).
There are miles of county maintained bumpy dirt roads leading to the site. Expect your vehicle to get dusty. There is a creek crossing that is required to reach the campsites. We recommend high clearance and/or 4WD or AWD vehicles. If you are unable to cross the creek, you will need to park in the parking area and walk across the creek to reach your site.

Electric sites are 30 amp, if using for tent camping you will need a 3-prong converter (we can rent one to you for $5 if you do not have your own). RV/Camper MAXIMUM length is 28 feet.
Tipi rental is a camping experience only; it does not have electricity, a/c or heat. There are solar lights inside. We do have a Queen Sized outdoor bed and bedding available to add to rental for $10/night.
Bunkhouse is a camping experience - bring your own bedding. A/C, heat, electricity, TV & DVDs, Microwave, and Mini fridge are inside. Guests use campground restrooms
Campground restrooms and showers are a short walk from campgrounds.
We are pet-friendly. Dogs must be leashed at all times that they are not in a tent or camper and friendly with other dogs and people. There is a working dog on the property-he is friendly with all people and dogs.

Also has concrete custom made swimming hole that freshly feeds off the pond and streams but may be dry right now due to extreme heat and no rain in forecast.
My space is suited best for well prepared campers as I don’t offer any amenities on site at this time. I’m so upset I found this spot so late in the game. I’ve been driving between Chicago and Austin for years. Out of all the places I’ve stopped to camp along the way this was the most comfortable, convenient and felt safe at. This place was breathtaking, if you love primitive camping & ATV trails, I went camping with my dog for some peace and hiking. The place is huge, the trails aren’t really marked very well for hiking so it was a bit of a challenge finding landmarks. I would highly recommend staying here if you love the outdoors. We had a great camping trip here at spot #1. We had the entire grounds to ourselves the first night, and only one other couple the second. The creek crossing to the site was a little rocky, so a good amount of ground clearance is needed. Overall we had a wonderful time enjoying this hidden corner of the Kings!

You have a fire pit basically on the river with a nice gazebo adorned with warm string lights. 20/30/50 amp power worked flawlessly and you have water as well. Great spot. We stayed for three nights in early December. The property is on a quiet road, yet under 15 minutes to downtown. Jason and Julie have created a full service setting, complete with toilets, showers, dump station, and water. We stayed at site 8 by the barn, which was perfect for our 27 ft rv, and nearly level. Bentonville enchanted us. As road bikers, we used the Razorback Greenway and biked from Fayatville back toward Bentonville (Fayatville is also a gem).
Jason and Julie were very easy to communicate with and incredibly accommodating. They went out of their way to help us with a something that could have been a challenge. They are great hosts. Recommend this location 100%!

Site 6 was a great piece of property and right next to the running creek made for some great sleep. Stars were unreal when we woke up in the middle of the night.
