Our desert retreat is just that-desert. If you like to off-road, BLM land is close. But really we just enjoy the landscape and stars and the sunsets. Plenty of space between sites. We have a nice 29ft trailer for those who need lodging. There are two full hook-up RV sites and if you want to dry camp in your van or RV, water and a dump station are available on the property.

We have two full hook-up sites that are about 100 feet from one another. We also have a comfortable 29ft travel trailer on site for those folks looking for accommodations and don't have an RV. There are two dry camp sites and we have water to replenish your tank and a dump station. Your welcome to have a campfire but you should bring your own wood. No collecting wood from the property. Plenty of flat road bed to take walks with your pets, please pick-up after them. Pretty quite out here, a little road noise, but not much. Good place to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. Good cell coverage and my hot-spot works well for WI-fi.

Steve greeted us when we got there and the camp spot is clean and quiet. We had a great night's rest since its away from the freeway and there are not a lot of people or vehicles around. We ended up coming back for a second visit 2 weeks later.

This was our second stay on Steve’s land, and it was just as great as before. The property is peaceful, quiet, and feels safe and secure. Having a dump site and potable water on-site is a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Steves land is a great location and set up for anyone looking for a stop in Western AZ! We stopped for a night to take a break with travel! It was level, quiet and dark with no noises! Perfect for a good rest!

Steve is a super host. His contact with us was excellent and he met us at his gate to make sure we got onto the property with ease. The desert location is so beautiful and relaxing. The spaces are large and gravel so regardless of your rig size, it is easy to navigate. He was flexible, allowing an extra day because of the high winds. Highly recommend staying here and hope to do it again next year!
