Year-round, catch the waterfalls from s variety of vantage points—all stunning!—on the park’s over nine miles of trails alongside 200 species of birds, 54 species of mammals and lots of reptiles. During the summer, swim at the bottom of the falls in 27-acre Interfalls Lake and spend the day on Pattison’s 300-foot sand beach. In the winter, cross-country skiing is the name of the game, and you can ski along the falls for breathtaking views. Apologies to the fishers out there, recreational fishing is limited in the Lake, but if you want to give it a go risk-free, you can check out equipment fuh free at the park office.
