Great! until the cloud of poison
I was there with two kids. It was wonderful, that is, until they started fumigating. We didn't get notice, and had to rush out of there because the back of our throats burned.
I'm not suggesting they don't fumigate, but IF you plan to host on Hipcamp, being clear of when poisonous gasses will be spread is a must. The people spreading the poison were wearing full hazmat suits. So, everyone knows how dangerous the poisonous gas is to people.
I don't know what long term effects of breathing what was being dispersed will be. In the short term, we couldn't breath, and our throats and eyes burned.
I paid $100 (once through Hipcamp, and second night through Venmo). It was the most expensive place around. And that experience at the end was horrible.
Could you please share what we got fumigated with? The kids' doctor wants to know so they can monitor possible effects.

Joseph's Fantastic Farm
Joseph's farm was fantastic! We were greeted on arrival by his business partner, Gary, who was more than kind and helpful. He also gifted us a bottle of sparkling apple cider! What a treat. The site was on a slight rise w/sweeping panoramic views of the surrounding farms and hills. It felt very private and secure, yet was close enough to Tieton, Naches and Yakima that we could get to a grocery or hardware store as needed. Also very close to a lot of hiking trails. It's a working farm and we arrived in full apple-picking season. It was fascinating to watch the trucks pull in and out, loading the huge boxes of apples. Gary also invited us to pick some apples to take home with us. The site was very quiet at night and Gary checked in with us midway through our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. So thoughtful. We really couldn't have been happier here and will definitely come back.

Awesome and cozy farm! We camped under the beautiful stars surrounded by orchards. Owners are super friendly and communicative, very easy to find. View was great too, can see the mountains/ridges. Perfect for stargazing!

Weekend Camping
The property was a perfect camping spot. I was so surprised with how beautiful the views were, especially sunset. There were a few options on where we could put our tent. The host was so kind to us and grateful he shared his land to campers.
The surroundings were quiet. Running water from a spicket and an outhouse were great to make things easier.
