The Field is exactly that - a large, open, grassy field. There are no shade trees so it is recommended that you bring your own shade, if you desire any.
The Field does not have any lighting - it is recommended that you do not arrive after dark.
The Silverline Resort is a no generator park, however we do allow generators to be used in The Field, but they must be turned off during quiet hours (10pm - 8am). All external noise devices must also be turned off during these hours.
Fires are allowed until Washington State or Okanogan County issue their annual summer burn ban. It is a different date each season, feel free to email the day before your stay to check if one has been issued for your dates.
Please book 1 site per tent or trailer. If you have more than one tent or trailer please book additional sites. These sites are dispersed and are first come first served. Assigned tent/RV sites within our campground must be booked through our direct website - they can not be booked through HipCamp.
Each site can accommodate up to 4 adults in the same tent/trailer, and up to 4 children in the same tent/trailer. Additional adults or tents/trailers need to book an additional site.
There is a port-a-potty located in the field, the bathhouse and showers are located inside the campground.
Our showers are quarter operated with a cost of $1.50/five minutes. Please plan ahead and bring quarters or stop by our store before we close and we can make change for you.
Our resort has a well-stocked general store where you can pick up camping essentials, including fishing tackle and supplies, RV supplies, soda and snacks, firewood, and ice. After picking up supplies, you can enjoy a family picnic at one of our large grass common areas. If you'd prefer someone else do you cooking, stop by the Wagon Wheel Kitchen, our onsite restaurant offering unlimited pancakes most Saturday and Sunday mornings. In 2017 I found the perfect property and to my dismay it had sold 2 days before I saw the listing.
I was shocked because this was the perfect property.
In my 2 years of searching I knew exactly what I wanted and this was the property.
It had a private lake with fish.
A solar cabin with a flush toilet and hot shower.
The cabins 8 foot windows faced West for magical sunsets and view of the storms that roll in from the coast.
It was beautifully treed with just the right amount of open meadow and forest with Hemlock, Ponderosa pine, and Larch.
How could this property be sold?
I tried to let it go but thought about it for the next year.
After a year and a half had passed and my search continued I came across an advertisement for this magical property, it was up for sale again.
I called the real estate agent immediately and found that an offer had been made but the buyers could not commit for 5 more months.
I made an offer that day not really knowing how I was going to pull off the money.
I knew this property was meant for me.
I wrote the owner a letter explaining that I was a land steward and that this land would never be developed.
I would be putting it in a land trust where no developers could put up condos.
The owner happened to be a environmentally focused human
and he ended up selling to me.
Come to find out when I had first saw the property sold a year and a half before, that transaction had fallen through.
The owner had just taken it off the market for the winter.

Nestled in the beautiful town of Methow, you'll have the sound, views and access to the Methow River right from our 5 acre property plus the views of nearby mountain ranges. There's local river rafting company nearby to raft the river or find a spot upriver to put in your own tube and float the river right to us. Area is flat, private and the perfect place to hideaway. Enjoy bird watching and other possible wildlife sightings too. You're pretty close to everything depending on which way you want to go. Pateros, Brewster, Chelan, Wenatchee, Twisp, Winthrop, Alta Lake State Park, other State parks, golfing, wineries, hiking, biking, skiing are just a few things and areas and even Leavenworth is about 90 minutes away. If you prefer to do nothing and just enjoy the relaxation of sitting by the river you'll find peace at our little Kountry Riverside Hideaway! Whether you want to stay a night, a few days or more we hope you love it here.

Loved the shower and bathroom. Wished there was more trees to provide a little more seclusion, but the spot had a great fire pit, plenty of parking space and access to electric, water, bathroom and a nearby river. We saw a large owl our first morning, which was really cool.

We had a great time! Spent a few days in the Methow valley, Scott’s property was the perfect home base. Enjoyed cooking on the barbecue and over the firepit. Really enjoyed the roster of animals that came over to pay their respects

Loved this quiet and private spot right on the river. Enjoyed sitting in the chairs in the sun, taking in the scenery. Plenty of room for our dog to run around, too. Bonus is the clean and stocked bathroom that has a shower. Would love to stay again!

We loved this site and will definitely be back! Peaceful setting, clean grounds, playset for the kiddos, dog friendly, and close to town and hiking trails. My husband loved hearing the history of the property from the host. Oh, and there are two dump stations which was very convenient.

Beautiful space with privacy between camps and from the house. Owners are quite welcoming and accomodating. We got lucky with us being the only ones out there, so we got our choice of locations, and went with the pre-set up tent on the wooden platform. They said it hadn't been cleaned yet so that's why it wasn't available online but if thats their standard for dirty then you're in good hands! It seemed clean and comfortable to us, saving us the trouble of setting up our own tents, and being able to set a mattress on the platform outside the tent for stargazing. Once it was too cold we retreated to the spacious comfort of the tent. 15/10 experience, highly recommended! The landscape is gorgeous and the stars were mindblowingly vivid. Muy romantico!

Magical little private spot on the river. The hosts are so kind and just really down to earth. Locals in the area since 1957. Beautiful Mountain View’s relaxing sounds of the river. We will stay here again for sure and hopefully rent horses because what a beautiful place to do so. Great place for bike riding. We were planning to stay at the Klipchuck campground and last minute decided to switch to this place and so glad that we did!

We had a great weekend in the Tiny Home! Lovely little getaway next to a river. Close to Sun Mountain and Loup Loup mountain bike trails. Scott and his family were excellent hosts. Meeting Sisu the dog was a highlight of our trip.
