Experience sweeping lake and mountain views from this private campsite nestled among the sagebrush and pines of the north Okanogan Highlands. Whether you're looking for adventure or serenity or something in between, there is fun to be had for each person and pup in your party: every water sport imaginable in the "Chelan of the North," hiking in thousands of acres of adjacent public land, exploring nearby ghost towns, mountain biking, taking in a local band at a nearby winery or brewery, or simply soaking in the campsite vistas with your favorite beverage and a good book from sunrise to sunset. Our property is located on 20 acres off of a private road overlooking Oroville, WA and Osoyoos, BC with Lake Osoyoos straddling the border between the two towns. Despite the expansive views, and proximity to town (~15 minutes), the site is incredibly private and quiet.

Toby Mill Cabin

1 site · Lodging200 acres · Loomis, WA
We’ve had this property in my family for over 30 years and it is been a potato farm, a cattle ranch, and a Lumber-mill site. We built our cabin from scratch from 47 tamarack large trees on our property. This is a very rustic and remote log cabin situated on 120 acres that is adjacent to DNR state land. It is primarily forested and teaming with wildlife. The cabin is about 4000 feet in elevation on Lemonasky Mountain just 1 mile below and an historical fire look-out. It is perched on top of a beautiful large meadow with a 50 mile view that has wonderful sunrises and sunsets.

Two E.’s Land

Located a thousand feet above the scenic Okanogan River Valley, and nestled up against State owned land, our little seven acre hippie homestead here on the western slopes of Mt Hull is just a few hundred feet from a year around creek and has an incredible view of the river valley and the many mountain peaks of the Okanogan National Forest and the Pasayten Wilderness. We're on a bench with a couple acres of nice flat grass covered fields. Sagebrush, Ponderosa pines, and Chokecherry are prevalent plant species. Deer, coyotes, red tailed hawks and the occasional rattlesnake wander across the land now and then, and sometimes we seethe Big Horned Sheep that are a protected species here.

Wannacut Lake retreat

1 site · RV, Tent157 acres · WA
Welcome to Powder Day Ranch! Our 157 acre property is a gem. It's completely undeveloped at the moment and just about as natural as it gets. There is a flat spot at the base of the property where you may camp. There is a road that leads up through the property where you can hike to some beautiful views. There are many species of birds, deer and other wildlife. Across the lake is a public boat launch where you can swim, fish or launch your boat. The lake is restricted to 8 mph. There are many other lakes nearby including Palmer and Spectacle where you can do towed watersports. We plan to add power and water soon but right now it's completely without utilities. Town is about 20 minutes away along a beautiful drive. This is a place to relax, fish and enjoy nature.

The Estate’ at Cordell

4 sites · RVs10 acres · Oroville, WA
Learn more about this land:We run a small scale farm on 10 acres in the Okanogan Valley where we cultivate food crops and cannabis as well as raise Chickens, Kune Kune Pigs, and Alpacas. We have farm fresh eggs and coffee available and lots of outdoor activities in the surrounding area including but not limited to; wine tasting, hiking, water sports, hunting, fishing, off road activities and the list goes on. For those interested in “Argo Tourism” we offer tours of our farm and on site training in how to implement Korean Natural Farming practices if arranged ahead of time.We do allow responsible consumption of cannabis and alcohol although tobacco products are prohibited outside your RV or Camper anywhere on site. In addition, due to the unpredictable nature of moving farm animals from pen to pen and our 3 Akita’s that live onsite as security and a coyote deterrent, we do not allow animals of any kind. Thank you for understanding and if it’s a deal breaker we do apologize. Depending on the time of year we may be doing anything from birthing piglets and alpacas to planting or harvesting our various crops to flipping our house blend of fermented mixed compost. Campers should keep in mind that conditions can deteriorate quickly during fire season if the winds shift so please check the local status before booking in late July and August. We’re surrounded by irrigated orchards so safety is not a concern but the air quality can be unpleasant if the winds shift so please be advised.
