Kristy was an awesome host and there was one other group up by the rv pad, but we hardly saw them. Dogs were very friendly and Kristy let us use a propane fire-pit to provide warmth and a fire for our tent site. The bathrooms were clean and there was some water by our site, but we did not use it.
The camp, for the tent site… we arrived and she drove us all over her property and told us to just choose where we wanted to camp. We chose to stay in back of the horse area. While we could see the house from there, we didn’t care and if you want to move back in the woods further, there are spots back there too that would provide more privacy if you need that. This is a great site and a one of a kind experience being that close to the horses."

Glass containers/bottles, cigarettes/joints are not permitted outside of your campsite. You agree to dispose/recycle your own waste. Pack out what you pack in. Do not harm the wildlife. Dogs must be leashed (6ft max leash) at all times and cleaned up after immediately and cannot be left unattended in your Campsite. Speed limit throughout the campground is 5mph. Please do not park along any of the roads; they must be kept clear for emergency vehicles.

We are located on a very private property (the only houses you will see are across the inlet) surrounded by nature but only about 10 minutes from downtown Olympia and 5 minutes from I-5 and Lacey.
The property is situated on the very south end of Henderson Inlet. We are on the tide flats so twice a day (at high tide) we have the opportunity to explore on the water in canoes and kayaks. The property is spread over 16 acres and is comprised of two large fields (one in front of our home and the other is a smaller meadow off to the side (hidden meadow) and forest land. There is tons of space for playing, exploring and tiring out your kids and pups!
Wildlife is abound with eagles, hawks, owls, falcons, shore birds and a variety of forest birds make this place their home. We are also frequented by the local deer who wonder through and say hi.
About the campground:
The campground is located in the far northeast corner of the property on the edge of the forest and meadow. In the common areas you will find the porta potty, shower and sink. There is also a supply closet that has the yard games and extra supplies. There is a hot tub situated right on the edge of the forest with peek-a-boo views of the inlet. You will also find garbage and recycling bins.
There are trails throughout the forest along the 600 feet of water (tide) front. Along the trails you will find several different benches, seats and swings to relax and enjoy nature from. There are also fairies and gnomes who have been sighted in the forest. If you look closely, you might spot one too! We ware, if you touch a fairy or gnome they do lose their magical powers so please respect the mystical creatures. 😊
The sites are about 500 feet from our house and offer great privacy. You may see us throughout the day and evening coming and going from the campground, working on the property or playing with the kids on the trails!

I picked the campsite closest to the Crystal Gazebo and it was incredible! I reserved the Crystal Gazebo to propose to my girlfriend and the host was so kind to make it extra special! My fiancé and I took advantage of all the ammenities like the Gazebo, the firewood, and the farm fresh eggs. It absolutely did not disappoint and it was a trip we will never forget. We also took our two dogs and they were able to roam off leash in our spacious campsite, which they loved! Highly recommend this campsite to anyone who loves being in the heart of nature!

We had such an awesome camping trip! There are only a few campsites on the property, so it felt really private, peaceful, and spacious. The hot shower was a huge plus, and the views of the river and Mt. Rainier were absolutely unmatched. Such a beautiful spot.

My friends and I stayed at the Deck Site for our annual camping trip, and everyone loved it. While it's intended for an RV, it was the perfect site to accommodate 7 of us sleeping amongst 2 cars and 3 tents. The site is surrounded by trees and brush making it feel pretty private. You can see the other sites from a distance, but they're spread out enough for sound not to travel too well. The trees in at the front of the site also offer the perfect setup for multiple hammocks. The deck was also nice to have, and it was really great having the patio furniture as it created a little "living room" feel.
The shower was probably one of the nicest outdoor showers I've used. It was super easy to use and got hot really quickly. After seeing the hosts check the hot tub and chemical levels/pH every day, I felt confident trying it out. It was so nice and relaxing, and I almost fell asleep it was so peaceful. Also, the hosts have a closet at the shower structure full of extra supplies like extension cords that were super handy, and even a bunch of games and fun things.
Finally, the Henderson Inlet deserves a shoutout for being so beautiful. I took my paddle board, and I'm really grateful that I did. I got out on the water every day I was there, and when the tide is high, it's super easy to launch and not really muddy at all like I was expecting. We got to see the full sturgeon moon here, and it was even more beautiful reflected off the water.

Both of our hosts were lovely! The sites are well spaced apart and the meadows had beautiful wildflowers in them! We got the stargazer site and our view of the stars did not disappoint on our second night when the clouds cleared.
We bought a bundle of firewood from the hosts and it was a great value! It was delivered to our site and contained a generous amount of well dried wood and good kindling. Plenty to have two fires (one each night we were there).

It was a great experience camping out on fairy Queens property! When we arrived, she let us straight to our private camping spots give us the rundown of everything that we need to know regarding the rules. She also provided firewood for a pool, which was much more reasonable than anywhere nearby. We didn’t have any issues all weekend and if we did, fairy Queen was immediately available. Thanks again and we hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Jake and Molly’s Stargazer tent. It was clean, comfortable, and we loved falling asleep while looking at the sky. They thought of everything, with a charging station, power banks, showers, a great hand washing station. Their property is stunning, right by the water. We were just staying the night but could have easily stayed longer if we weren’t rushing to get home.
