We stayed at Natalie’s for three days and it was an amazing, magical place in a quiet neighbourhood. We visited in November and believe me, the foliage season is just the best here. The convenient location near shops, a gas station, and an outlet also adds to the overall experience. The host was amazing and the place was incredible!

I needed a quick spot close to the Blackball Ferry that runs from Port Angeles to Victoria. I wasn’t arriving until after 7pm Sunday night and had to be at the ferry 15mins away at 7:20am on Monday. I needed close. I needed easy to find. I need clean and safe. I needed no issues for after hour arrivals. This place ticked ALL those boxes! I will return when needing to take the ferry again for more fun adventures on Vancouver Island. BUT I will also be back to explore the area. I’ve been exploring the OP for years and have my fave spots but they were too far for my needs on this trip. But they are perfectly located for exploring great nearby spots.

This site is T10. It is a dry tent or camper site. One of our favorites. Water access is at end of site, no power. We have showers, laundry, full kitchen in club house.

This place was great for us. We were in a van & needed to go to a wedding in Sequim so the showers were perfect. Super close to mtn bike trails and we rode a lot too. Really nice folks & facility. It's a big campground with a lot of spots. We normally camp dispersed but needed facilities so this was perfect.

Quiet, dog-friendly spot with great hosts Stayed here with our RV and 4 dogs - couldn’t have asked for better. The hosts live next door and sent crystal clear instructions beforehand. They were super accommodating about the dogs, which made everything stress-free. The site itself has good space with grass and mature trees. 50/30 amp hookups worked perfectly. It’s level once you’re in, but the entry is a bit bumpy so take it slow pulling in. Location is ideal if you want peace but still need Seattle access. Cold Creek Parkway area is perfect for dog walks, and there are tons of walking options nearby. Bonus: blackberry bushes everywhere on the property. The mechanical workshop on-site is completely unobtrusive - barely noticed it was there. Nights are genuinely quiet with minimal traffic. Nothing fancy, just exactly what you want from an RV spot: easy hosts, good setup, quiet location. We’d definitely stay again. Extras: porta toilet and trash pickup on site. Don’t be surprised if you get offered an espresso in the morning!!

This campsite offers fantastic value for money with incredibly welcoming hosts. The site comes well-equipped with water, 50 amp power, a clean outhouse, and a trash can. Located at the end of a quiet residential street, the site sees virtually no through traffic. While you can occasionally hear neighbors due to the proximity, the natural terrain provides excellent visual privacy. The only missing amenity was a greywater drain for dishwater, so we adapted by cleaning our dishes with disinfectant wipes instead. This minor inconvenience didn’t detract from our overall experience. We felt completely secure during our stay - comfortable enough to leave our camping gear unattended while we took day trips to explore Seattle and Tacoma. The combination of safety, privacy, convenience, and solid amenities made our experience so enjoyable that we extended our stay by an additional night. Highly recommended for anyone looking for well-equipped, affordable camping near urban attractions.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

It is recommended you check the flight schedule for dates and times the jets will be flying. Depending on the direction they happen to be flying that night, it can get quite loud. In those instances, ear protection is recommended. About a third of summer weekdays the OLF is used. The jets do not fly on weekends and holidays. Having said all of this, most campers enjoy the airshow, as it is a unique opportunity. The camp site is approximately 6 acres located in a quiet secluded forest area near highway 525. A fire pit is provided on non-burn ban days. A flat grassy area is big enough to enjoy your recreation activity of choice. Bring your binoculars and check out all the different kinds of birds. Nearby wetlands provide lots of food for birds, bats, and dragonflies. Other wildlife you may see are deer, bunnies, owls, quail, butterflies, garter snakes, and raccoons. Lots of native flora can be identified with your plant identification app or book. The beach is about a mile away where you can hunt for sea glass and enjoy the waves or build yourself a shelter out of driftwood. While this property is not very far off the Dosewallips road (35 mph), it is generally very quiet and peaceful. You may hear cars and motorcycles from time to time, but very faintly. The lot is at about 350 ft. elevation, so you may get noise traveling up the valley from the residential community below (to which I belong), such as dogs, people using chainsaws, etc. There is hunting allowed in the national forest, so you could potentially hear guns in the distance during the day, but that is rare. There are a few close neighbors, so please be respectful and quiet, especially in the evening. Please bring your own firewood when campfires are allowed and please do not forage for firewood on or around the property. Lastly, while the sightings have been few and rare, the neighbors have seen bears, cougars, coyotes, and bobcats near their homes and this property. So keep an eye on your children and pets, especially if off-leash (your pet of course!) The property also slopes a bit where the deck starts, so again, keep a close eye on the kiddos. You have a very good chance of seeing the local Roosevelt Elk that travel in huge herds around Brinnon (See pics). They sometimes lay down and hang out on the grass on the property! Make sure your pets have their flea and tick updates!
