There are open meadows, forested areas, and a trail that circles the property. Find the beginning of the wood-chip trail near the campsite and follow it through the trees. There is a communal firepit can be used by all campers until the Clallam County burn ban comes into affect. During the burn ban, the firepit will be closed off. We also have walking trails, more lighting and parking. We have not been able to get fish in the ponds yet, however some wild ducks stop by now and again to say hi. The hiking trail head is down the dirt road, west of the porta potty, it is roughly 316 yards to the trail head. Walking and biking is allowed. Weekend Trip to Deer Park Mountain View RV Campsite

We wanted a convenient "base camp" for a couple of nights to explore the northern part of the Olympic National Park, and this location worked out really well. Great location for access to Hurricane Ridge and Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge. Easy access, and I was aware ahead of time what side the hookup was on, so it did not pose a problem. And three deer showed up on the second day, so we got to enjoy their company for 10 minutes, which was nice.

Weekend Trip to Skokomish Park At Lake Cushman

We came here to visit last year and absolutely loved it, so we were thrilled to come back and stay this past weekend to celebrate our best friend’s birthday. Once again, this park did not disappoint! There truly is something for everyone — outdoor games, kayaking, fishing, and of course, relaxing around a campfire. During the summer months, they even show movies with popcorn, which adds such a fun and unique touch to the experience. The park is very well maintained, the restrooms are clean, and the store is well stocked with anything you might need. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to answer questions or help out in any way. We made wonderful memories here and are already looking forward to coming back in 2027!

We camped Saturday-Tuesday at this spot! We definitely want to come back after Memorial Day when they do movies in an adorable outdoor theater set up. The lake is large and beautiful. Staff is friendly, they had packets and a little scavenger hunt for the kids which was much appreciated. As noted in the reviews, the sites are very close to each other, we felt a bit like we were camping with the neighbors next to us. WiFi exists in some spots, not at our site. No cell service. We would come back!

4 nights at Harmony’s Retreat- Mountain View

We had a really great experience at this camping spot and are already planning to come back. The location was easy to find, which made arrival stress free, and the site itself was very well maintained. Everything felt clean, organized, and thoughtfully set up. We especially appreciated having full hookups, which made our stay much more comfortable and convenient. Backing into the site was a little tricky at first because the angle creates a bit of an optical illusion, but once we got oriented it was totally manageable. The wide entrance definitely helped and made maneuvering much easier than it initially looked. There is a tiny home on the same property, and someone was staying there during our visit who didn’t seem particularly happy about us being there. That said, the listing for both the Hipcamp and the Airbnb clearly explains that the space is shared, so this was not a surprise and didn’t impact our stay in any meaningful way. We also really enjoyed spending time in Sequim. It is a charming little town with plenty to explore, and it added a lot to the overall experience. Between the comfortable site and the fun nearby area, this ended up being a trip we thoroughly enjoyed. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to returning in the future.

Weekend Trip to the Rhizosphere

I love the privacy and facilities that was available to use. Hot shower and a community kitchen with propane etc..hot shower was really nice in the morning and a campfire that could be used. We reached late night and host were very responsive and helpful. Great stop, not like other campgrounds where you park near by. The title says it all car camp with added facilities for cooking and cleaning.

This is a new campground with work in progress easily accessible from the highway. Although it's close to the highway, traffic noise was not an issue. We were late arriving but Jeff communicated where to find our paperwork. The facilities and grounds were well taken care of. There is a dog area and play structure. Only negative is there is no shade. It's close to shopping, dining, ferry to Victoria, BC, and the Olympic Discovery Trail. We would definitely stay here again.

This is my second time staying here, and just like the last time I stayed, I enjoyed every moment. The site is clean and level, very quiet neighborhood. Full hook ups and not far from town.

Great spot across the street from a beautiful beach. Spots are flat, restrooms are very clean. 10 out of 10 and will return again!

12'x25' parking for RV, van or car campers. Site has slight grade and is gravel. Communal outside kitchen and bathroom are about 500' from this area, via wooded path.

Very peaceful sanctuary in the forest. The sounds of the forest so alive and happy. .Tyson was very helpful and friendly. The outhouse is so cool and unique. Everything is creatively done in natural ways and integrated into the flow of the space, which I love. It felt like my journey needed that kind of rest stop. Top Of my list for when I’m back.

After a few nights of camping in the rain Tyson’s Hipcamp was just the reprieve we were looking for! The property was easy to access, had plenty of amenities, and Tyson even had a fire going for us when we got there! Tyson was super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again!

The Ranger, ha ha inside joke. The GM was extremely helpful on finding the discovery Trail! He knew my first name, but I do not know his. This RV park has only been open for 2 1/2 months. What a wonderful facility. Very clean and well kept. Deer visited our campsite this morning! What a joy. Private individual shower/bathrooms. The whole facility is immaculate. It definitely checked all the boxes quite safe clean and friendly. Thank you so much! You made our visit to the Pacific Northwest a complete joy.
