Beautiful mountain views and open skies, perfect for star gazing. Quiet and close proximity to Deer Park Campground, Olympic National Park, Olympic Discovery Trail, and Hurricane Ridge. Some of the local recreational opportunities include hiking, biking, fishing, whale watching, beach combing, or just plain good ol' relaxing. Perfect location for Perseid meteor shower viewing in August. Beautiful spot! Sites are spaced out nicely so you don't feel cramped. All sites were full, but everyone is far enough apart that it's quiet.

Site 5 North Meadow
Beautiful location and very quiet. The campsites all have ample space. It was convenient to visiting hurricane ridge and Port Angeles. Lots of stars at night and deer were grazing in the meadow each morning and evening. Would definitely book again. Just be aware there isn't any shade at this site, but it cools off quickly in the evening.

Really beautiful views! And so quiet. Camp sites are nice and far apart from each other. The ports potty was super clean. Don went out of his way help us have a great stay. Highly recommended.

Site 1 East Meadow
Frog Creek Meadow was a great find! We loved how close it was to Olympic NP, with great views — made it super convenient for exploring without a long drive. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained, which made a big difference for our stay. It was also nice not having to bring our own firewood since it was available for sale right on site. Overall a comfortable, low-hassle camping spot — we'd happily book again.

Site 2 West Meadow
This is our second trip to Frog Creek Meadow and we brought friends with us this time. Us and our friends girls (4 total, ages 7-12) had a blast. Great space for kids to run. Neighbors were far enough away that we didnt have to worry too much about our children being too loud. Don was super friendly and came to check on us. He even brought bubbles for the kids. Close proximity to Crescent lake and is absolutely perfect for star gazing.

2 nights under dark sky and bright stars watching the Perseid Meteor Shower. Quiet with well spaced sites and ample firewood. Don was a very attentive and gracious host. We plan on returning next August for more stargazing!

Amazing stay!! Absolutely beautiful spot that feels incredibly intimate even with a handful of other campers around. Star gazing was amazing and the views are next level. Host is very responsive and the firewood you can buy there is very dry and great for campfires!

This is such a beautiful and peaceful spot. The sites are huge so lots of privacy even with other campers. The port a potties were also clean and well serviced. We would definitely return.

Site 3 The Point
Don was super helpful when we rolled in after 11pm and put aside our forgotten stuff for us to pick up after our hike. The campsites are spread out nicely, sani can super clean, solidly built, clean picnic table. We didn’t use fire pit, but I appreciated that it had an adjustable cooking grate. The whole campground is on a beautiful plateau overlooking surrounding wooded hills. We liked the whimsically chainsaw carved stump and that they have firewood for sale too. Would definitely stay again.

Great views from an open field. Plenty of space between sites. I had 3 bars of cell reception. It was a 20 minute drive to the ferry. Don and his wife were really responsive and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again.

Site 3 The Point
Don was the best!! This site was GORGEOUS!! We were at site 3 and could not have asked for a better view and experience. We set up and in the early evening don came by to check to make sure we were all good for the night. We could buy wood there and the port-a-potty’s were some of the cleanest I have ever used. This was an amazing experience and if I am ever camping in the area again Dons site is at the top of my list!!

Site 2 West Meadow
I don’t usually write reviews but this campground is a slice of heaven. Every evening brought beautiful sunsets, and star-filled nights. The meadow was so peaceful, and we even spotted deer grazing in the distance. It’s conveniently located near stores and also within easy driving distance of Olympic National Park. As unforgettable as the site was, the highlight of our stay was Don. He is the kindest and most genuine person. He made us feel so welcome from the very beginning and was always a phone call away, willing to drive over at a moment’s notice if we needed anything. You can tell he cares deeply about this property and the guests visiting. We are already looking forward to coming back!

AWESOME CAMPSITE! So beautiful. Campsites seem far enough spread out, though we had the whole meadow to ourselves. Deer wandering around at dinner time. I stayed at #4, I think #4 and #3 are elite.

Site 3 The Point
A lot of campsites are dirt patches you post up in between visiting beautiful locations. This site itself was one of the prettiest parts of our trip! The view of hurricane ridge was great, the field is massive we saw other campers but never heard them. Plus the cleanest camp bathrooms I’ve ever seen. Easy to access in my 2 door coupe.

Frog Creek Meadow was very nice with really great views of the mountains surrounding the area. Don was super accommodating and even gave the kids a fun camping kit :) We would definitely consider another stay next year!

Site 3 The Point
Don and his wife are incredible hosts! This place is pristine. The meadow is gorgeous and the views are breath taking. Waking up here was perfection while we explored the Olympic National Park. My boys had a blast exploring nature. Don greeted us with s’mores supplies and bubbles for the kids. Such a lovely touch 💙 plenty of campfire available on site. My kids had an exceptional time hunting for slugs, making friends with the cutest bunny, naming all the deers that wandered around, and smelling all the wild flowers. I absolutely recommend!!!
