The house was super cute, very thoughtfully designed, warm, and comfortable! Finding an affordable place to stay on the peninsula can be hard, I’m grateful we found this place available for the week! Thanks Eian for a cozy home for the week!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was just a basic site off of the highway but there was a very clean toilet and easily accessible water. It was exactly what I needed, and a pleasant place to spend the night on my bike trip.

It was a great and convenient location to camp. So close to Lake Crescent. We did not get a booking at Fairholme campsite so found this one and honestly we were very happy with it. Close to the road but the noise was doable. Porta potty was very clean so 10/10 overall experience. Would recommend!

Nice sized site but I did drive past it initially. If you use Apple Maps like me you may want to keep a watchful eye as you approach but it’s not anything to worry about if you do drive past it. I really appreciated how clean the porta potty was and would stay again.

Everything was fine. Porta potty was clean. Other campers remarked that the potable water tasted like “hose water,” so I didn’t use it for drinking. There was noise from the highway, but not too many cars between midnight and 7 AM.

Great campsite clean and convenient to Olympic national park. The water tastes a little funny for drinking so we just used it for cleaning dishes and stuff. Would stay again!

Great base camp if you’re out exploring the peninsula. Land was flat and grassy. Water, porta potty, picnic table, trash…just enough amenities to keep the family satisfied. 👍🏽

Site 3 has a little patch of grass and bushes so you get a little more privacy than the other sites. It’s on 112 so it’s handy for getting to the beaches and trails. Joyce store and the restaurant are both great! Sweet little property with water and garbage which is great!!

Camp sites are nice and flat, each has a picnic table. Port-a-potty was very clean. You are very close to your neighbors and right off Hwy 112 so expect road noise. There are some bushes and a few trees separating you from the road but you can still see cars. We stayed in spot 5 and having the water spigot to wash dishes was nice (it’s in front of spot 6). Not the most amazing spot but was fine. Don’t know if I would stay here again though because of the privacy and road noise.

Nice spot that's near lake Crescent. It's next to a highway, but I still had a good night sleep. Clean portable toilet and a nice outdoor shower. I highly recommend.

The location can’t be beat, it’s close to town, crescent lake and salt creek park and more. There was noise from the road and near by animals but the shower, toilet, potable water and location made it a great place to stay

Amazing shower and clean portable toilet! :) I was worried about the sounds from the road and neighbors mentioned in other comments but we had no issues. I loved that we were able to just drive right to our campsite since we got in a little late. I recommend this Hipcamp!

3.5/5 stars only because of being so close to the highway that there was loud intermittent traffic noise. If that had been absent, i'd rate this much higher.
Other than that, the host was very kind and responsive, the directions were accurate, the plots were plenty big and flat. I did not use the shower, but there was a good sized private outdoor shower with hot water. Bathroom is a clean portopotty.
If you're looking for a place between Olympic National Park and the Sound, it's good location, just bring ear buds for sleeping!

It’s so hard finding a place in the OP!!! Eian’s place was perfect for our little RV. His shower facilities were to die for (if you like outdoor showers!). Although the little campground is pretty simple, he has clearly put a lot of love into the place! Thank you Eian for the lovely week!

Great spot to spend a couple nights!! Beautiful outdoor shower with HOT water that felt so good after a couple long days of hiking! Great location to use as a base camp to crescent lake, Hurricane ridge, and Sol Duc areas! Beware, you will have some noisy natural alarm clocks from some near by roosters and goats and a little bit of road noise. But all around, a great experience and a beautiful view to top it off! 🗻

It was great honestly. I got there after dark and there was no one there which was really nice. I loved the outdoor shower, it was very roomy. The reviews that say it was noisy are absolutely right. I personally didn't mind but if you're a light sleeper this probably isn't the spot for you. As a place to sleep and shower for the night it was perfect.

Overall, it was okay. It is really loud but we were expecting it to be, the bathroom was gross, the shower was advertised unlimited hot water but the water wouldn’t stay hot. Would of liked to have a little more privacy in between sites.

Great price. The shower was a bonus! Use Google maps (instead of Apple maps or Waze which is not accurate for this campsite) to navigate. The host texted very detailed information about everything we needed to know before we arrived. Road noise was not a big issue for us as we brought earplugs.
