Situated in the Snoqualmie Valley, east of Seattle and about a 20-minute drive from Snoqualmie Pass, North Bend is best known as the main filming location of the cult television series Twin Peaks. Many RVers come to town just to see their favorite Twin Peaks sites, though the town offers plenty for those more interested in nature than pop culture. North Bend and its surrounding communities are great for RV camping, with a number of RV parks and plenty of RV campgrounds along the road to Snoqualmie Pass. Most are managed under the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest and can be reserved up to six months in advance, but you can also find private RV sites in the area, most on small farms. Many only allow one camping group at a time, making for a relaxing alternative to the area’s busier campgrounds and RV resorts.

This camp site is very private and peaceful! We will be open from May 1st through September, 2027. We have a 3 night maximum stay per booking. The site can accommodate up to two RVs or 3-4 tents depending on the distance apart. We allow up to 6 people per booking. The firepit and the Snoqualmie River are about 150' away from your tent or RV. We have a porta-potti at the camp site and also two picnic tables. Pets are welcome at our HipCamp, but we do require that you clean up after them. Near North Bend there are several hiking/biking trails including the trail up Mt. Si., Si View Park, and the Rattlesnake Ridge trail system. For shoppers, we have shops in town and the Factory Outlet Mall. For dining, there are several restaurants in North Bend. 10 acre homestead on the outskirts of downtown North Bend at the base of Mt. Si. Breathtaking view of the mountain, peaceful pastures, amazing wildlife. The parking area can only be located there, in order to maintain the ecology of Ames Creek. The entrance is down through either of two driveways from the main road, on a horseshoe loop drive-through, to the L-shaped parking lot. Tent camping is 4 to 6 total soft pads in the forest near the parking sites. Note: Ames Creek does dry up in mid-summer. For large RVs maneuvering skills are required to park on the level 23 ft long parking pads in the parking area down the hill from the road. It is a U-shaped drive-through, flat at the bottom of the small driveway hill. In an effort to preserve and protect this wild habitat, we have already planted 200 + Western Red Cedars, Douglas Firs, salal, snowberry, native current, and other native vegetation. This is a great private spot for an RV or similar vehicles and 2 tent circles. A firepit, and porta-potty next to each pad, another firepit in one of the 2 tent circles for each RV parking pad site. A completely natural untouched Pacific moss rainforest about 30 miles inland on the foothills of the Mount Baker–Snoqualmie National Forest in Washington State. Some areas it is likely no one has ever walked on. Bring mosquito repellent. Be aware of kids and dogs near road entrances, as well as near the creek in the winter. It is located near major fun sites, it is a wilderness playground! Ames Creek dries up mid-July and returns in Sept/Oct. There are a lot of little paths crisscrossing the creek, likely raccoon and deer trails. We are happy to have your dogs visit - they will love it! Please remember to bring an extension cord to access power. There are fire pits. When possible firewood is provided gratis in the woodshed. Deep lake is four miles from our house as well as Kanaskit State Park with a river. Mt Rainier is about 45 minutes away. Mt Peak, 1000 ft hike, is 4 miles toward Enumclaw from us. The potapotties were very well maintained and stocked. Even had motion detecting lights. The was a shower with hot water, which i didn’t discover until i was leaving but this is a nice amenty too. It was quite and peaceful. Driving into the feild is a little bumpy but not terrible. In the fall the grass in the feild gets a lot of dew so be prepared for wet shoes

Weekend Trip to Ravensdale Garden RV Camp

This site was absolutely perfect ! The back in site was level and you could back right to the gazebo where water and power were located . Nice concrete pad with party lights. Had a nice patio table set . Super nice fire pit but we did not use it . It came stocked with fire wood . There is a Treager but she is a slow one so we gave up on that as we had our own grill . The folks on the property were so kind . If you’re looking for a top notch out of the hustle and bustle site this is your stop !

1 night at Ravensdale Garden RV Camp

This site was easy to get to on off of Hwy 18 and helped us break up a long day. The site is in a beautiful area, and is meticulously manicured. We enjoyed using the table under the gazebo and walking around the area. We even got a nice bike ride in the next morning. Tyler and his family are exceptionally nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Tyler has a wonderfully peaceful and quiet property. We had just come from the AdventureVan Expo in Enumclaw so it was awesome to come to a place with water and power for a nice quiet night away from the crowds. We would definitely stay again!

We love the wide open horse pasture for RV and tent camping. Perfect for star gazing and playing our favorite lawn game (kubb). Portos are luxe with extra attention to details. Beautiful landscapes everywhere you look. The morning fog with horses in the nearby pasture and evergreen trees is a lovely sight to wake up to. My friends and I love camping here. Looking forward to camping there again.
