Situated in the Snoqualmie Valley, east of Seattle and about a 20-minute drive from Snoqualmie Pass, North Bend is best known as the main filming location of the cult television series Twin Peaks. Many RVers come to town just to see their favorite Twin Peaks sites, though the town offers plenty for those more interested in nature than pop culture. North Bend and its surrounding communities are great for RV camping, with a number of RV parks and plenty of RV campgrounds along the road to Snoqualmie Pass. Most are managed under the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest and can be reserved up to six months in advance, but you can also find private RV sites in the area, most on small farms. Many only allow one camping group at a time, making for a relaxing alternative to the area’s busier campgrounds and RV resorts.

This camp site is very private and peaceful! We will be open from May 1st through September, 2026. We have a 3 night maximum stay per booking. The site can accommodate up to two RVs or 3-4 tents depending on the distance apart. We allow up to 6 people per booking. The firepit and the Snoqualmie River are about 150' away from your tent or RV. We have a porta-potti at the camp site and also two picnic tables. Pets are welcome at our HipCamp, but we do require that you clean up after them. Near North Bend there are several hiking/biking trails including the trail up Mt. Si., Si View Park, and the Rattlesnake Ridge trail system. For shoppers, we have shops in town and the Factory Outlet Mall. For dining, there are several restaurants in North Bend. Having the river so close was great to explore and the pond for swimming was awesome. The trails to walk were by far the best part. None of the sites are very private but it was full and everyone was quiet and respectful. The showers were hot and clean and the store stocked quite a lot of things, even fresh eggs!

Communication with Tyler was quick. He answered my questions promptly. Easy back in. Good map. Easy to find. Pretty property. Dahlias and zinnias were beautiful. Chickens and goats were fun to watch. The site was perfect. Covered with timed Edison lights. Good water pressure. 50 Amp electric. The closest dump station is kanaskat-palmer state park. You can purchase fire wood and eggs. It is close to the skeet shooting range, but the noise was not disruptive. Only heard it briefly. Lots of evidence of elk or deer, but didn't see any.

Beth was very welcoming in and friendly when we arrived at Blue Mist. Actually Shadow (the kitty) greeted us first (A+) but we felt very welcomed and it was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Lovely views across the farmland of the surrounding hilltops and mountains. Close to town if you want/need to grab groceries or coffee or a beer at the brewery. It was just what we needed on our journey. Next time we are near Enumclaw we would love to stay here again!
