We have an acre of land with an orchard, grapes, blueberries, raspberries, tons of flowers and peace and quiet except for some traffic on Veazie Cumberland Rd. There is a tree farm across the street from the campsite and a blueberry farm across Veazie. Picking time for blueberries is end of July into August. Deep lake is four miles from our house as well as Kanaskit State Park with a river. Mt Rainier is about 45 minutes away. Mt Peak, 1000 ft hike, is 4 miles toward Enumclaw from us.

We have noticed an influx of owners that do not let us know and show up with dogs as we need to go over additional information. There is no additional fee but since we have livestock roaming freely around the property, to ensure their safety, long leads are highly encouraged especially if dogs do not have exceptional training and recall. AMENITIES/THINGS TO DO:
-There is a communal bunkhouse on property available to guests with a flushable toilet and a hot water shower. It also includes a kitchenette and we welcome you to use any of the kitchen/cookware and appliances. Our 2 Frenchies also stay in this building but they love humans and all the attention you can give them!
-There is an infrared sauna that can sit up to 3 people located next to the yurt accompanied by a cold plunge as an add-on.
-You are welcome to wander around the entire property and grab fruit daily from the trees when in season or have us get you farm fresh eggs from the coop to eat for breakfast.
-Say hello to the animals (sheep, goats, chickens, cats and dogs) or go for a walk/run around the countryside roads with walking/running/biking adventures available to you along the beautiful and paved Foothills Trail extending from Enumclaw to Puyallup.
-Communal fire pit areas with picnic table and chairs available when fire ban is not in effect. We have a moveable metal one which we can transport to your camp spot if preferred. We sell a large milkcrate full of wood for $10 if needed.

You will be staying in a rural area with open pasture and a beautiful walking trail nearby.
A little about Orting - Nestled in the foothills of Mt Rainier between the Puyallup and Carbon Rivers, Orting is a quaint Turn-of-the-Century village that you will not forget.
The town center is anchored by three parks filled with giant maples and evergreens. You will be awed by the view of Mt. Rainier from Washington Avenue.
The levees on the east and west sides of town are perfect for hikes along the rivers. The 20 mile Foothills Trail meanders right through the middle of town and then takes you along the Carbon River levee. Bike, walk, take the stroller and the family pet. Enjoy the turn-of-the-century architecture of downtown and eat at one of the 15 restaurants.
If your timing is right you can take part in the Daffodil festival and parade the first Saturday of April. The Kingsmen Car show comes to town the third Saturday in June. Then there is the Pumpkin festival the second weekend of October. Finally the year is capped off with the Christmas festival throughout December. Then there are the many foot and bike races that take place on the foothills trail throughout the year.

Lots of large groups have reserved multiple or all sites for their large groups and for more privacy. However please keep in mind the place still needs to be cleaned up upon leaving.
Private camp area close and easy access to Forest service road 4517 that has ATV, dirt bike and snowmobile trails in amazing Cle Elum's Little Creek and Granite Creek area. Can take ride ORV from campground to Forest road, but no trail riding in campground or surrounding gravel roads. Vehicles must have spark arrestors.
Quiet and private for groups to hang out and enjoy the area, hiking, exploring, and enjoying the night sky. We often kayak at Easton State Park or at Cooper Lake and then come back to this private camp area away from the crowds.
Huge parking and camping area where 10+ vehicles and RVs can easily drive to and park before heading out on the trail or use as a base camp to enjoy the peaceful mountains around you and explore are area around you.
You will enjoy the peaceful hills and unobstructed views of a stary night sky.
No electrical or water hookups. This is not a KOA, it's a very private rough campground area with beautiful views. There are no manicured lawns, but lots of rocky areas and often wildlife walking about. Deer and turkeys often are seen and grasshoppers when its warm. Forest Road to campsite often is bumpy with good sized potholes.

This camp site is very private and peaceful! We will be open from May 1st through September, 2027. We have a 3 night maximum stay per booking.
The site can accommodate up to two RVs or 3-4 tents depending on the distance apart. We allow up to 6 people per booking. The firepit and the Snoqualmie River are about 150' away from your tent or RV. We have a porta-potti at the camp site and also two picnic tables. Pets are welcome at our HipCamp, but we do require that you clean up after them. Near North Bend there are several hiking/biking trails including the trail up Mt. Si., Si View Park, and the Rattlesnake Ridge trail system. For shoppers, we have shops in town and the Factory Outlet Mall. For dining, there are several restaurants in North Bend.

10 acre homestead on the outskirts of downtown North Bend at the base of Mt. Si. Breathtaking view of the mountain, peaceful pastures, amazing wildlife. Walk or ride to all the charm of Downtown North Bend (0.7 miles), The Snoqualmie River (0.5 miles) or The Snoqualmie Trail (0.5 miles). Close to Rattlesnake Lake (6.5 miles) and a huge variety of hiking trails. The farm is regularly visited by elk. We did enjoy a long walk out on the power-line right of way with our dog off-leash. Hosts were pleasant, helpful, and communicated well about our stay and how to get there.

Timi and Dennis were fantastic hosts, and the location was easy and well appointed. The property itself is at the end of a long private road and backs up to some open space so it’s very quiet.
We only stayed for a super quick visit but would highly recommend as an easy drop in.

This site was absolutely perfect ! The back in site was level and you could back right to the gazebo where water and power were located . Nice concrete pad with party lights. Had a nice patio table set . Super nice fire pit but we did not use it . It came stocked with fire wood . There is a Treager but she is a slow one so we gave up on that as we had our own grill . The folks on the property were so kind . If you’re looking for a top notch out of the hustle and bustle site this is your stop !

This site was easy to get to on off of Hwy 18 and helped us break up a long day. The site is in a beautiful area, and is meticulously manicured. We enjoyed using the table under the gazebo and walking around the area. We even got a nice bike ride in the next morning. Tyler and his family are exceptionally nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Tyler has a wonderfully peaceful and quiet property. We had just come from the AdventureVan Expo in Enumclaw so it was awesome to come to a place with water and power for a nice quiet night away from the crowds. We would definitely stay again!

Property was a Perfect Basecamp for our annual Huckleberry picking weekend and first trip in our new 5th wheel. Owners have installed quality elec and water system and built an easy loop access to a level parking spot. While there are chickens and dogs nearby it was peaceful and we all slept soundly.
Space is on the back half of the property behind some outbuildings which provides some separation and a semi-private feeling.
Direct access thru a back gate to a massive OHV trail system which, while Awesome for off-leash dog walking, iwould also be perfect for a young family building confidence with off road motor bikes.
Owners were very timely with communication and provided a wonderful warm welcome.
Planning to stay here again next year for our annual Huckleberry picking adventures.
