Learn more about this land: The property makes a great base camp for exploring the area. Centrally located to all the Pacific NW has to offer including: Gifford Pinchot National Forest, Mt. Rainer National Park, Ohanapecosh, Packwood Lake, White Pass Ski Area and so much more. While you feel like you've stepped away from it all, you're only a few miles from the amenities of Packwood, including restaurants, breweries, groceries and gas etc. Our site is designed for one party but will accommodate an additional 2 RV’s. This is the perfect spot for family and friends to get together. This property has three 30 amp 120 volt receptacles one for each RV/pay per hookup/per night. As there are NO bathroom facilities on the property, tents MUST be in conjunction with an RV that has an indoor toilet/shower (no outdoor showering). NO TENT ONLY camping. Located in High Valley Country Club (HVCC) neighborhood, Golf at the HVCC, which is about 500ft away from the property, Guest Fees are $40.00 including Holidays or Swim-Guest Fees are $10.00 and Holidays are double. Let me know if you want to be registered as guests to use these facilities. The property is close to Packwood (4.5 mi) where you will find groceries, restaurants, pizza, The Goat (Mountain Goat Coffee Company) and two breweries. There are several hiking choices. There are hiking trails and public access to the Cowlitz River. Visit skatecreekpark.org for more information. Goat Rocks Wilderness and Mt. Rainier trails are a short drive away. During the winter months, White Pass ski area and snowmobile parks, Sno-Park Skate Creek and Sno-Park Orr Creek are in the area.Our site is designed for one party but will accommodate an additional 2 RV’s. Turns out it's a vacant lot in a neighborhood. A nice quiet little neighborhood though and very nice little spot.

This parking spot is on a spacious lot in a quiet neighborhood in Packwood. The golf course is at the end of the street. There are tall trees all around the houses in this neighborhood. Plenty of room to park here. It’s an hour to an hour and half to Paradise and Sunrise in Mt Ranier NP from here. A convenience store, restaurants, and a coffee shop are nearby.

This is a great campsite! We came with an RV and four children, plenty of space to play on the grass. Not far from Paradise Road in Mount Rainier. Make sure to clear your dump before you get here…

The Getaway

If you’re planning on just staying overnight and moving on like we did, then this might be a good choice. It’s an open lot in a nice neighborhood. We had electric and water hook ups, but that’s it. No shade. No facilities. The host was nice on the phone and was available to help, but we didn’t see her. We were visiting Mount Ranier. It was a little too far from the park and the road getting there was extremely rough.
