June Bud Farms was established in 1960s. Blending two single parents, each with 4 kids. While June & Bud raised 8 kids, they collected Registered Holsteins for their quaint dairy. As the Dairy grew to 110 acers home to 120 heifers', they soon had to add an additional milking parlor. From milking 4 cows to a staggering 12 at once, Bud made the paper for the cutting edge technology! As time marches on, the kids all grown, the little farm retired. Fast forward to 2020, its time to breath new life into this stout and sturdy barn. Cows are not in the current foreseeable future, but flowers are. We will carry on the name of Grandma June and Grandpa Bud. The play on the names is still quite fitting, and June Bud Farms continues to live on.

Eden West is a 2/3 acre lot nestled along the banks of the Skagit River roughly 3 miles west of Concrete, WA. Whether you seek adventure or a quiet basecamp, this is the place for you. Camping and fishing onsite and adventure everywhere you look. Hiking, biking, kayaking, local shopping, it's all here. We have a well graded camping area complete with power, water and sewer. Bring your outdoor spirit and we will provide the scenery. The area is noted for the large population of bald eagles so bring binoculars because there is almost always something to see on the river. Waders are recommended if fishing at our site. Water depth can very greatly depending on time of year. The Skagit River along with Baker Lake and Shannon Lake (just to the north) are great places for fishing so check the WDFW guide to see what is open. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Welcome to our little slice of heaven on the banks of the wild and scenic Skagit River! The spacious Group Camp overlooks the beautiful Skagit River and is located on five riverfront acres adjacent to our family farm of 43 years. In addition to the Group Camp, there are just 3 single campsites on this property. Get ready to watch Canadian geese fly overhead, dip your toes in the warm sand and experience Peace Like a River. Take a walk along miles of dike, launch your kayak in the river, cast your line and fish the glacial river waters, or just soak up the tranquil beauty. The Group Camp features a huge central wood fire pit with cooking grill, and 7 adirondack chairs/2 side tables that overlook the river. The large custom outdoor kitchen (cold water) is perfect for meal prep and easy clean up. There is also a 3 burner propane stove (propane provided) . Two-8' picnic tables and a 3' X 4' serving/buffet table give plenty of seating for meals. Just minutes away you can walk to the river on a private trail. During the summer months there is typically a long sandbar. You will find stunning views in every direction with partial shade under towering cottonwoods. For safety purposes, a camp fire is allowed only in the provided fire pit. This site has space for 2 recreational vehicles (20' or less) or up to 3 tents. Current COVID restrictions apply for group size/composition. Our family has great respect for the beauty and power of the river. Care for safety must be taken on the river edges as they are steep in places, the glacial water is very cold, and it has a strong tidal current and hidden undertows. Life jackets are strongly recommended for any activities on the water and we discourage swimming. We are located just 65 miles north of Seattle and minutes from I-5. This is your landing spot to explore all of the Skagit Valley, from the San Juan Islands to the Cascade Mountains. You will find epic hiking, biking, foodie destinations and endless opportunities to explore the natural beauty of nearby mountains, lakes and saltwater.

We are a multi-generational farm with chickens, a giant organic garden, a couple of horses [pasture pets], three dogs, a couple of barn cats [and one prissy house cat]. We also raise 100% grass-fed and finished cattle utilizing regenerative farming practices.We have a beautiful private mountain view pasture that we can not use to graze the cattle, so we decided to make it available for folks to have a gorgeous private campsite. All the money we make from this campsite goes back into our family farm and our endeavors to provide excellent beef for those who value small family farms and regenerative farming practices.

This is a hidden gem! This is waterfront on the river where you can relax, play in the river with your own beach for your stay. It's a Very beautiful private open RV and Trailer Site on the Skagit River. I have currently owned the property for 10 or so years. This is one of my happy places to bring friends and family and relax. This is where we get our river therapy. Nothing better than sitting by the camp fire watching the river flow and listening to the nature. There is a nice big fire pit as well as a log picnic table. Lots of room to lounge around and enjoy the peace and quiet. Watch the eagle and fish on the river as you sit by the campfire. Kayak down the river from RockPort bridge and pull out right at camp. It's about a two and half hour float down with a Kayak right to camp. Close drive to Baker Lake for the day to hike or sight see. An hour or so away from North Cascade Hwy passes. Or if you feel like a drive, head to Winthrop for the day and walk the town. Fishing can be done right at the site or a short walk to the point. Check the fishing regulations for the time of year you want to fish.

Such a great experience! This is the perfect Hipcamp for those that want a hub for surrounding activities! I enjoyed the site and the host was very appropriately communicative. The description of the place is perfectly honest. Expect a visit from fluffy dogs and lots of farm and wilderness sounds. I heard a barred owl when I first arrived. Tasty water and the sauna and bathroom/shower is perfect!

We had an awesome stay at Zach’s! Epic location. No problems plugging in my Tesla for some car camping before hiking to see the larches on Heather Maple Pass! We walked to the tavern down the road for dinner and met a cool local girl and made friends with the bartender Lori! The shower was such a nice treat after a long hike. Bathrooms were clean and the area was quiet. Trash cans available on site. Would highly recommend this spot!

40 miles NW of the camp site is Baker Lake and it's excellent for kayaking, swimming and boating.

Great, out of the way, place. Spots are well marked, wiht plenty of space between them for privacy. There are farm animals that free range, including sheep (that are very cute), so heads up that there's lots of poop around. Andrea has three incredibly friendly dogs that came to say hello, and lots of cats around that are friendly too. The sauna is a great feature. The only drawback is that the sauna/bathhouse is a bit of an uphill hike from the campsites. Just plan your bathroom trips. Otherwise, lovely overnight here.

Adam & Kira’s land is a slice of heaven and a fisherman’s paradise! The site itself is set up to be very comfortable and accommodating with plenty of space to stretch out and relax. There was great fishing on the river a few steps away from camp and a nice sandy beach around the bend where our dog loved running around and swimming. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets while grilling up some fresh caught fish and the view of Mt. Baker was incredible! We stayed 3 nights but wish we could have stayed longer. We felt very safe in the area and you can tell there’s a lot of love and good times that have been had there. We hope to return soon - thanks Adam & Kira for sharing your land!

This was our second stay at this site, and it was just as good as the first. Hospitality is top notch, yet private. All the walking trails are great and extremly pet friendly. RV parking is super awesome, just pull right in to a level gravel spot and a full turnaround to get out. Can't ask for more than that. Although some would complain about no water or power, there is an outhouse and people should simply plan accordingly. All of the spots are private and great. We will be back, my dogs are already trying to book online.
