We bought this land in 2017, there were 7 derelict mobile homes on the property. We cleaned up the area and remodeled the house next door and put in the 5 RV sites. We hope you enjoy this property as much as we do, it is a one-of-a-kind beautiful, quiet place.
All of our sites have full hook-ups (water, sewer, and power). The sites are just a couple feet from the bay with access to miles of beach hiking. You can walk to Bottle Beach State Park which is approximately 1 mile north or hike about a mile south to Elk River. Enjoy unobstructed views of Westport and the freight ships coming into the harbor. Enjoy a peaceful beach with amazing sunsets.
Whether you are surfing for the weekend or tuna-fishing, this is your go to spot - you will not be disappointed. Westport is 7 miles by car and the Westport Winery is only 5 miles. There is two nearby boat launches - one off of Elk River just 2 miles away and the other off of Johns River launch just 6 miles away.
We are located in the middle of an outdoor paradise and want others to enjoy all it has to offer.

The property is a blend of ancient White Oaks, shady Maples and fields bursting with wildflowers in the spring. Several vantage points offer views of the Columbia River and iconic Mt. Hood.
During your stay, visit our seasonal farmstand that sits just outside the garden gate where a U-pick herb garden awaits. You will likely find us in our one-acre garden and we love to share our unique growing methods with interested guests.
Our camp features our Dreaming Tree site, an open one-acre field that sits alongside a quiet county road with minimal traffic. Big White Oaks provide a shady outdoor retreat with a view of Mt. Hood. This site is large enough to also accommodate large groups up to 20 guests.
There is a spring fed water spigot at the corral for washing up. While our family finds this spring water safe and refreshing to drink, keep in mind, its UN-filtered thus classified as non-potable water that needs to be purified before drinking.
This site offers a unique experience where you can take a closer look at farm life by encountering cows, pigs, goats and free-range chickens. While guest are welcome to pet them, please refrain from feeding. There are many plants that are toxic to them.
Don't forget to meet Petunia, our beloved free-range Kunekune pig. While shy at 1st and can SOUND intimidating, her affinity for belly rubs makes her favor easily earned.
Beyond the farm, you'll find yourself perfectly situated just 1.5 miles east of Catherine Creek Rec. Area. This prime location caters to a wide range of interests, from hiking and mountain biking to hunting and rock climbing at Coyote Wall. Wine tasting at four neighborhood wineries (two within walking distance) is also a popular activity. The area teems with wildlife, including deer, wild turkey, songbirds and woodpeckers.

Our private Campground is centrally located on the Olympic Peninsula.
We are a Campground, we are not a Hip Camp, we just advertise through them. Paying for extra days or rentals, wood, propane fire-pits, are done at pay station at Campground or by calling the office.
We have 21 tent sites on the West side of Pavel Road close to the river. 13 are river view sites. We have 15 tent sites and most are bigger tent sites, ones that are big enough for a RV on the East side of Pavel Road, Use our website dawleysrivercamping.com for details.
We have beautiful woods with trees, ferns, moss, and the Sol Duc River runs adjacent to our property. Beautiful views of the Sol Duc River from some of the sites and a short walk to the right of the parking lot to the Fish Hatchery, stay to the right there will be a boat launch and beach to fish and play.
Just a 20-minute drive to the Pacific Ocean and a 20-minute drive to the straits of Juan de Fuca.
Just a one-hour drive from our site to Cape Flattery, short hike down to a rocky viewpoint overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Tatoosh Island, which is the farthest NW Point in the Continental US!
We have sites with beautiful river views, 9 walk-in sites, and 12 drive-up sites. 4 of the walk-in sites are river views 4, 5, 6 and 8. The drive-in sites with river views are 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 20, and 21.
There are more sites on the other part of the Campground.
The Fish Hatchery is right next door and has a boat launch, beach, and lots of fishing.
The river at the Hatchery is great to float on, fish, and just play.

Adam & Sara purchased the property in 2018 to preserve it. We enjoy sharing it with nature aficionados who respect the sacredness of the unblemished land and help us keep it pristine.
From your mossy bank perched above the panoramic Pacific, beneath burley spruce tree boughs, magic sunsets unfold at your own super-private and secluded campsite with fire-pit.
Adjacent to Olympic National Park, this is the same beach and bluff that defines Kalaloch, LaPush and and other wild Washington coastal icons.
As the stewards of this land, we are now inviting respectful and responsible small groups and families to share its beauty. Without prior approval we allow only eight people per group— even when split between campsites.
Please make sure to check the site *title* for number of campers allowed in each site. For example only two people are allowed in sites 1 and 4.

848 Outpost is a small, off-grid basecamp set across 38 acres of woods and open field, with just four sites. Two designed for vans and overland rigs (+tents), and two set up for tent camping. It’s a simple, low-key place to land, with space to breathe and none of the crowding of a traditional campground.
Part of a larger 80-acre land group (including our family’s historic 28-acre farm), the property supports forestry management, wildlife habitat conservation, and low-impact recreation.
The outpost backs onto forest service land, offering direct access to rugged, unmarked terrain for experienced hikers and explorers. There are no formal trails—just open access to largely untouched landscape.

But, the more Roy worked on the Yurt the more it spoke to him letting him know how to proceed and what it should become -- resulting in this phenomenally peaceful and stress-free wilderness sanctuary where the
sun, the moon and the stars wink at you through the gentle undulations of the 100-year-old Douglas Firs Trees or through the ambient ether of the adjoining meadows.
Our property is located 1hr and 30 minutes from Mt Hood in Oregon.
We are located in White Salmon, Washington. There are enough things to do in White Salmon, including hiking trails, biking trails, white water rafting, waterfalls, and paddling spots to keep you entertained for a weekend, week, or lifetime!
NOTE: While we do accept Instant Bookings for both our Tree House and Yurt there may very rarely be a conflict with a booking received earlier from another site when the HipCamp calendar has not been updated to reflect that booking. My wife and I enjoyed this site so much. Easy to pull in to; all hook-ups exactly where you expect them to be; we were within an inch of level just pulling in where we wanted to be; super private, even through the other 4 sites were mostly full over the weekend. The site is enormous! There is a level spot to put a few chairs above the spot to watch the water from. And where you set-up camp, it sits down a little (see pics) but it protects you from the wind. Westport is about 8 minutes away and there is a cool little sausage place just down the road. We will be back for sure.

We stayed at king fisher. It was a neat campsite right by the water, very beautiful for sure. There was a ladder to get down to the water, but it wasn’t quite warm enough for us to enjoy this time of year. Would probably be lovely on a hot summer day!
The hike in really wasn’t too bad, this seemed to be one of the closer spots. There is one kinda steep hill, but it’s short.
I know the listing doesn’t claim to have a picnic table, but it would be really nice if they could add one in the future, especially for the price of the site.
The site claims to allow 8 people, but I think that would be quite cramped. It was the perfect size for 2 people, I would think 4-5 max would still be comfortable.

Dale is a great, helpful host. The spaces were clean and decently secluded (as much as you can be when you need RV hookups). The indoor shower and toilet were extremely nice to have and very clean. Everything was very stress free! You are also close to everything: 10ish minutes away from beaches and rivers and 15 minutes to town.

15 ft pop-up camper
It was fun meeting the goats and pigs. The farm stand was great too. We bought tomatoes and basil and had caprese salad for dinner. Nice place to stay. Thanks!

Byronville is where it’s at!! Very well kept campsites and a gorgeous river to hang out at. It’s far enough out there to feel totally alone, while being close enough to town to feel safe. This was my second stay this summer and will definitely be back:)
