Little Creek Canyon Homestead

Peaceful and quiet country homestead near Utopia Texas.   Relax on the porch or take an early morning or evening walk on the paths that wind through the meadow on the seven acre property.  The view of the surrounding hills is amazing.  

Dark skies here make for incredible star gazing.

Take a short drive  to Garner State Park, Lost Maples SNA, or the Hill Country SNA for hiking, birding, or swimming in the crystal clear  waters of the Sabinal  and Frio Rivers.

The country roads in the area have light traffic and offer outstanding bicycle routes.

Visit the Lost Maples Winery and the Lone Star Motorcycle  Museum in Vanderpool.

Located 10 miles from Main Street Fredericksburg, this property has 6 private cabins with their own back porch that overlooks the creek. Enjoy the wildlife while glamping in your comfortable cabin!

We hope you'll enjoy beautiful Spring Creek, many deer, and the private hot tubs on the porch!

There is plenty of nature to explore on our property - you can walk/hike around, go fishing, and pet/feed the ponies on our property! If you'd like to check out the surrounding areas as well, we are within 15-20 minutes of Enchanted Rock, Lady Bird Johnson State Park, Sacred Cross Mountain Park, many wineries, local shopping, and dining in Fredericksburg, TX. 

Other Things to Note:

- You can stay connected if you'd like to, as cell reception and wifi are both available on our property. Feel free to unplug during your stay though!

- The cabin is quite private, though you may see other visitors in passing during your stay. 

- Furry friends are welcome! Simply add the "extra" of a pet fee when completing your booking on Hipcamp.

Hello campers! We are a small, private RV park with several RV lots and tent spaces available for rent daily, weekly and monthly at reasonable rates. We are right across the street from Medina River on private property with river access. This beautiful, shaded, quiet place away from the city has plenty of space between other camp sites unlike most commercial rv park sites. There is plenty of space, trees for shade, starry nights and wildlife to include deer. We ensure all sites are clean and the property is maintained, mowed and trimmed regularly. Our full hookup sites include electric, water, sewer, trash, free wifi and include access to the river, community park, boat launch ramp area & fishing pier, etc. 

We also a couple tent sites available. We offer Kayak rentals and firewood for sale when it's time to relax for the night. So if your down visiting for hunting season, headed south for the winter, a fulltime rv'er or just want to get away and camp, come check us out. We offer Kayak rentals and firewood $5 bundles for when its time to relax by the fire for the night.  So if your down visiting for hunting season, headed south for the winter, fulltime RVers or just want to get away and camp, come check us out.  We are pet friendly (with some restrictions on breeds).  There are so many things to do and see here in the Cowboy Capital.  Give us a call or send an email for more information. Mickey's recently retired from 21 years traveling the world with International Joint Special Forces and Vicky's a Cordon Bleu Chef who also recently retired. We are living our dream "retirement" in this gorgeous wooded Texas Hill-Country, caring for and playing with all sorts of fun animals and welcoming lovely people to our ranch/wildlife preserve/nature- resort, personally ensuring everyone has a memorable experience, from customized horseback-riding experiences (everything from trail rides, to horseback riding lessons to weddings and vows-renewals on horseback), to serving as concierge to preparing that special "made to order" fresh country breakfasts, champagne brunches and romantic or fun meals and treats like chocolate covered strawberries for any special occasion, including anniversaries and birthdays.

The communal fireplace is incredibly built and perfect for evening bonfires!
