Welcome! We are open for the 2026 season. We have been made some improvements like a new, level gravel area for the campsite firepit. Access to the old dilapidated stairs have been blocked off for everyone's safety.
Our one designated site, closest to the river bank we call the Riverside Site. It can be reserved for up to 4 people. It can only accommodate smaller tents, campers, pop up trailers, small pod-type trailers and larger rigs up to 15'. has a rustic firepit and your own deck for viewing the river.
For groups of 5 or more or people or camping with large 10 person tents or trailers over 20', there will be an additional fee and you will need to set up camp in our Riverwood Site, about 150' from the riverbank. You will still have full access to the deck and firepit in the other site but, larger rigs cannot maneuver in the site without tearing up the grass and leaving ruts on our property. **Please note**When you make the reservation you will add an "Extra", ADDITIONAL CAMPSITE.
We have indoor bathroom facilities for our guests! It is in the downstairs of our house and is a separate apartment. There is a small living area to hang out if it is raining, a dining area, kitchenette with barista bar, microwave and small fridge if you need it. It is about 150' walk from the campsite. It is visible from the campsites but, still feels private.
We also offer our little Bunkie, the Glass House for an extra fee.
The Bunkie sleeps two comfortably. It has a nice mattress (Please bring your own sleeping bags), a comfy bench, a coat rack, remote control lights and a nice electric heater. There are curtains all around for privacy. You'll use the bathroom facilities in the apartment.
All of our guests have full access to our personal dock to get down to the water. Feel free to fish off the dock, swim, Kayak, SUP or just enjoy the evening on the dock.
Our property is about a 10 minute drive to the Ocean/Hwy 101, just south of Lincoln City.
There is hiking close by and miles of coastline to explore. We are happy to help you have the best experience at the coast...Just ask!

This property at located on Avenue A in OR and consists of .5 acres of natural land within the Otter Rock coastal community. It is a quick 4min walk to the Otter Rock beach and a 3min walk to Otter Crest Beach and Devil's Punchbowl; perfect for a surf safari, early morning agate hunting, or those who just want to enjoy the quiet ambiance of Otter Rock.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Currently, there are no bathrooms on-site. For number one, let the nature be your guide. For number two, there are state park bathrooms located just before the stairs down to Otter Rock Beach. (This is only a 4 min walk away and open 24/7).

2. There is not running water or electricity on-site. Please plan accordingly.
3. Please keep noise to a minimum at all hours. Otter Rock is a small and tight-knit community built on respect, kindness, and a love for nature. We ask that you respect our amazing neighbors and the beauty of the area during the entirety of your stay.
4. No vans, campers, or RV's over 20ft.
5. There is a campfire ring on-site for guests use. No campfires outside the fire ring. Please keep fires to a responsible size and always use the spark stopper on top to mitigate rogue embers flying about.
6. There is no trash or recycling on site. If you pack it in, we ask that you pack it out.
*There is a trail cam onsite for monitoring entry and exit. The vantage point is focused on the road and not the campsite.

Yaquina Bend camp can accommodate 6 campers in all. The camp is 2 acres along the Yaquina River headwaters in the coastal hills, surrounded by forest and valley praries.
The fire pit includes a grill and seats so no need to pack chairs. Beach access along the Yaquina River is great for swimming and innertubing in the summer. We have some advanced terrain please use the rope to assist you in getting into the water.

All of Rock Crick Acres is on a stream!!!!! Who doesn't love water? This hidden gem is only 1/3 of a mile off the highway yet all you can hear is the flow of the water from Rock Creek which flows along the 2 acres. There is plenty of spots to toss your tent. Personally, I prefer the bank overlooking the stream. Cool your feet on a hot summer day in Rock Creek (the main attraction). Enjoy the evenings around the fire pit for an extra $15/day which includes the firewood. There are complimentary tables, BBQ, chairs. Did you know the coolest porta-party in the galaxy awaits your visit? Yep, true.

We ask if the ground is wet (rain for 24+ hrs) you keep your car on the gravel driveway and not drive in the grass (causing ruts). Don't be a turd. Respect the Hideout. If you plan on partying and/or staying up late around the campfire, don't book this. I have neighbors and respect them. Go do your party booking elsewhere, please. Lastly, if you are bringing dogs, you'll most likely get a bit of barking from the dogs to the east for the 1st hour. I just want to be honest and warn you.

Welcome to the 2026 Hipcamp Season. I am glad you found me. We are ready for fun season and can't wait to meet you! My camp is one of the most unique Hipcamp properties on the entire Oregon Coast.
Come and stay at my working licensed hemp farm! Since 2015 I have been regenerating the soil and improving this once barren property. There is now diverse plant life on-site which attracts diverse wildlife including insects, birds and reptiles. Half of the property is dedicated to growing medicinal hemp (cannabis) CBD plants for export to the european market. Your stay here helps us to pay the bills to keep making this small patch of earth better.
The property is on a sunny bench not far from the ocean and usually above the fog line. Our location gets ample sunshine most days and is surrounded on 3 sides by a small forest. The property is fenced and access is by gate. I offer multiple sites for camping and glamping.
All sites can use the portable toilet, shower and sink. We keep them clean, odor free and sanitized.
Bring your outdoor gear! Adventures aplenty here on the central coast. Your hosts are avid surfers, cyclists, hikers and can help direct you to the best spots to match your skill level. The property is close to town as well as bike loops, gravel roads and trails. We're also close to the beach. Within a short drive surfers of all levels can find something fun to ride nearly everyday. The 18 hole golf course is just down the street and the town of Waldport is 2 miles away. Yachats is a short 12 min drive to the south where you can find amazing restaurants like The Green Salmon Cafe where they serve fresh roasted coffee along with a large menu of drinks and treats.
White sand beaches are located just down the hill from us where you can walk all the way from the mouth of the Alsea river to the mouth of the Yachats river. Forested and easily accessible walking trails are also nearby. South of the property is Cape Perpetua - a natural wonderland with whales, tide pools, blowholes and a 26 mile trail system. Enjoy the scenic 15 mile drive from the farm to get there.

Green Crest is an active Memorial Park (cemetery) adjacent to Highway 18 between Portland and the Oregon coast on the South side of Sheridan. This property makes a great stop over while en route to your final destination, but is also a great getaway if you'd just like to relax in a natural setting while having conveniences near by. **if you have an rv that you are planning to back into the site, please enter via the 'exit' as it will allow better positioning to back in. otherwise use the drive marked entrance.**
If you have young ones, the park next door has a playground and a stocked fish pond. We also have a pond on sight that is perfect for viewing birds, beaver and having morning coffee. You're also welcome to bring your kayak and or paddle boards to get out on the water for fishing or just floating the pond.
There is the occasional Deer, coyote and raccoons all around on the property.
Two minutes from your site, you will find 24 hour gas and diesel; Subway, Riverside Cafe, Bennie Huies Chinese and the local Grocery store. Did I say there is a Dairy Queen 5 minutes way?
Nearby Ballston Road offers a great rural road system from which to explore by bicycle. Points of interest both out in the wild and more metro are all within an hour drive. We can direct you to some little known sites that offer a great day trip.

Rustic tent and hammock camping on 20 private forested acres, just half a mile from the Pacific Ocean. It’s peaceful, wild, and surprisingly close to Yachats. You’ll fall asleep to ocean waves, not generators. This isn’t a tourist campground. It’s our home. We’re opening a few of our favorite spots to people who appreciate quiet, nature, and thoughtful presence.
Our campsites were built for our family, not mass use. If you like forest stillness and a touch of wildness, you’ll probably love it here. If you’re looking for drive-in glamping with full facilities, this probably isn’t your spot.
What to expect:
• Walk-in campsites (5 minutes or less from parking)
• No RVs, trailers, or car camping
• No water, power, or trash service: pack everything out
• Shared outhouse: use for bodily waste only!
• Optional outdoor shower ($10/person) by request. It's attached to our home and rustic (some love it, others skip it - or wish they’d brought a bathing suit.)

You’ll park near our greenhouse and home, where you may see chickens, a kiddo on the play structure, or hear a tractor. Campsites are deeper in the woods and often feel totally private. A seasonal creek flows nearby. Depending on the time of year, you might spot wild mushrooms, huckleberries, and more.
The beach is about a 15-minute walk, including a short stretch along Highway 101. It’s walkable but may feel exposed to some. Yachats, the 804 Trail, and Cape Perpetua are all nearby.
This land once held a WWI-era spruce logging camp. We’ve lived here since 2013, slowly transforming bramble into trails, gardens, and space to grow. Our son is a cancer survivor, and our connection to this land runs deep. We’re not a commercial farm - we’re a family practicing stewardship, slow living, and welcoming guests who do the same.
We love hosting quiet campers, nature lovers, foragers, backwoods hikers, and families who understand personal space and come prepared. If that’s you, you’ll feel right at home.

Great beach access on a beautiful farm with a friendly lama as company. Close to the highway and buzzing power lines, so the noise can be annoying (especially at night). We were hoping for it to be a little more secluded and private, but the host was wonderful and place was meticulously kept (the wind barriers were especially thoughtful. Overall, our dogs had fun and so did we!

We loved coming back here this year. We go here at least once a year now for a few years straight already. I love that they are changing things when they need to. Last year the faucet in the water dispencer was a little leaky, so when we came back to a new one, we were really excited! I love that they care about making the campground better and more comfortable for the campers. And of course the llama and the sheep are always so wonderful!

All the sites are very close to the lake’s dock, but spaced out enough you feel like you have some privacy. I could hear other voices, but not what they were saying. Overall, everything from the ocean waves to occasional traffic (that dies down at night) to the frog chorus all blends into a peaceful white noise. The port-a-potties are clean and there are two available. Dave came by to introduce himself. He waters the plants and brings his dogs by to enjoy the land, too. He even lets guests stay for lunch as long as they’re packed up on time. The on-site, self-serve firewood was a nice perk. I liked that it was pet friendly for my adventure cat, and clearly other guests had also made sure to clean up after themselves. Forest the llama was friendly and the sheep also showed interest in seeing who we were. The lake is about a mile in circumference if you go to through the narrow neck into the kind of secondary portion of the lake, as well. There is some aquatic life (water lillies), so just be aware in case you have some crazy long fin or something. Was navigable on my SUP. Would recommend for small families and solo campers.

We enjoyed staying at the Lake Pasture for a quick trip to the coast. The mowed grassy meadow and lake access were big bonuses for our dog and we appreciated the easy walk across the street to the beach. It was nice to meet Dave, who is a congenial and outgoing (but not intrusive) host. We definitely give The Lake Pasture a big thumbs up!

What a beautiful camp! Thank you to Kim for welcoming us. We enjoyed two peaceful nights camping at this quiet spot, with the scent of fresh-cut hay and lots of bird watching over the field. The cider is a must-try, and the lounge area was so pretty with all the flowers. Although we did not stay in teh cabin, it was a really special spot. This was our first HipCamp experience, and Roshambo set the bar high for such a welcoming, lovely spot.

Honestly 10/10 one of the best camping trips we have ever had together. And personally the best camping trip I have ever been on… we will absolutely be looking to stay here again. Spent 3 nights at The Lake Pasture and it was so peaceful. The land is taken care of so well. Dave is an amazing host. Welcoming and full of suggestions on what to do in the area… we expected it to rain the entire weekend per the weather report but still went and so glad we did. The rain was mostly at night and early morning.. but the rest of the trip was sunny with partly cloudy.. the lake is pristine will absolutely be bringing something to float on the lake next time.. so much to do in the surrounding areas or just walk across the street and play on miles and miles of sandy beach… I think we walked 6miles in one day on that beach..
