Learn more about this land: It sits upon a meadow with surrounding trees and a cow pasture in the distance. Spring time offers a small pond (please see below), but the Lewis river is close by with tons of recreational activities (swimming, fishing, hiking, wineries, etc.). There are only two sites, far from each other. It is a rural property with some farms AND residential homes/Airbnbs along the river, so, be aware there are cars that drive through the one lane road. Town is not far (six miles) to get supplies and the Heisson convenience store is less than a mile away. Privacy is better here than at a public campground and it's perfect for a quick trip out of town for a day or two or just a quick and safe stop in your travels. This is a beautiful property and I enjoy sharing it, please be mindful of the rules. *This winter was tough, lots of wind, so some trees fell, but they are all cleaned up and lots of small trees were planted. Can't wait until they grow to help for more privacy!!! Please, read each site description carefully! There is NO electricity or plumbing at the sites. I did install a BPA safe hose for water at the top of the hill for your use (I usually have it on but if not please feel free to message me and if I haven't responded within a half hour please feel free to knock on my door). Site 1 does have a camp toilet (composting bucket with seat and lid) because it is mostly a tent site (some small RVs and trailers can fit). Site 2 is for RVs (and tents with them) that already have a toilet so if you are a tent camper and want to book this site you will need to bring your own camp toilet. Dogs are most welcome, and may be off leash for a run in the field, however, they MUST have high recall. Please be mindful of my own dogs and chickens down below so please do not let them go beyond your site or the field when using. *We plan on making the pond to be a swim pond that will hold water all year long (the creek that runs into it is seasonal so it dries out depending on how much rain we get in any given year). Currently, it is dry.

Your space is 60'x14' on a fresh concrete driveway adjacent to our beautiful 2 story home which blocks the on shore wind nicely! 30 Amp power, sewer, and water. Additional parking, wifi, and trash. It's a three minute walk to a couple of grocery stores. We're a friendly married couple with a 16 year old son. Could most likely help you out with most anything you didn't bring! Bicycles, skate boards, surfboards, just ask. We're 1/2 mile from Seaside skate park.

This place was beautiful, but what really made it amazing were the owners. They are kind and hospitable. Anna brought us a basket of fruit from her garden when she met us. Our elder dog unfortunately passed on our trip and we had to skip a day to bring her home. Anna brought flowers and helped to lend some comfort to my children, and then offered to refund our trip. When I refused and assured her it wasn't necessary she still refunded a day. She and her husband are thoughtful and kind, and I couldn't recommend this hipcamp enough, if only to meet some truly wonderful people.

High on the walkability score! A few blocks away is a pedestrian crossing over Hwy 101 which gets you to the lovely beach and promenade in 1 mile. Easy walk to Grocery Outlet and Safeway. The RV site is a smooth level concrete pad with well positioned hookups. Streets in the neighborhood are narrow, so backing in is tight but doable. The owner who is polite and chatty moved vehicles to make it easier. We would stay here again if we return to the area.

My daughter and I took our dogs out to Anna's beautiful RV spot. The view was wonderful, very private, and peaceful. We knew going in there were no hookups and were prepared. She thoughtfully checked us in, ensuring we had everything we needed, assured us that she was right down the hill if we needed anything and had great advice on what to do in the area. There was one other camp spot being used, but far enough away that we did not disrupt each other. Very private, very FUN! We will definitely be back.

Our camper is about -28 feet with the tongue and we had plenty of room in back to set up some chairs for four.

This is a great, private spot close to everything in Seaside. If you’re willing to walk you can get anywhere in just a few minutes and keep your vehicle parked here. The site is plenty long, but if you are shy about backing in a trailer into tight spaces, you might consider other options. But you won’t find a cleaner, more convenient in town spot, especially if your aren’t into giant RV resorts. Hosts were friendly and responsive!

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable spot. It was the perfect location to walk in to town, and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. We have a 22 ft travel trailer with a slide, and while it was tight backing in, it’s doable. Everything fit fine! We definitely recommend!

100% recommend! Huge sprawling green hills (perfect for my dog to run off leash!) The area is beautifully maintained and little cottontail bunnies hop around the property. A field of adorable cows borders the property and provides an idyllic nature atmosphere. The owner, Anna, is the sweetest human ever; she made us feel SO welcomed. I can't wait to return!

Beautiful location with lots of space. Anna is very friendly and welcoming. The yard is very clean and tidy. The cows on the other side of the fence were definitely a treat. It is worth noting that it felt like camping right in someone’s backyard, which may not be everyone’s preference for camping as you can see homes around you. We made the best of it and have no complaints. We camped with a 17ft trailer and had more than enough space. I would probably book again for tent camping and try out the other space. The pond in development looks like it will be awesome! Overall a great trip

We spent Memorial Day weekend at this amazing private campground with three trailers and two tents—plenty of space and privacy for our whole crew. The kids spent hours at the creek catching trout and “axolotls” (giant salamanders, but don’t tell them!). Speelyai Beach is just a 30-second drive away, with a calm bay perfect for paddleboarding and a roped-off swim area. We also visited the Ape Caves for the first time—absolutely stunning! The central campfire was dreamy for morning coffee and evening s’mores, and the bathroom was clean and convenient for our tent campers. We are already planning our next trip back and would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for a private, family-friendly camping experience close to nature and adventure. Five stars all the way!

We enjoyed staying at Anna's place. It was peaceful and private. We enjoyed the birds and squirrels on the property. The surrounding area was beautiful. We were met and directed to our spot and offered a list of things to do in the area. We would stay here again.
