Two "canvas condos" for your "glamping" pleasure. Connect with nature and gather in peace at our sprawling sustainable farm location. Memories go home with you forever after. Our two glamping tent sites are entirely set up and waiting for you with either full or queen size beds made up with soft plushy linens. This is not a campground. We do not rent campsites for setting up tents or RV parking. We host a small number of guests. We want our guests to experience a personal, positive and joyful immersion in nature while providing a completely set-up accommodation for you to be hosted with comfort. You will have access to the Cantina which is a fully equipped kitchen cabin. There are tables for dining and a shared campfire ring with relaxing Adirondack chairs and lots of firewood. There is also a large shared barbecue grill. Shared access to the full bath in our main farm building, Harmony House, serves as the primary facilities available. The property is 100 acres large. Hiking trails and beautiful views are yours to absorb. Your own private paradise! Each of the glamping sites includes a fluffy queen or full size bed all freshly made up for you with soft linens, comforters. They are securely perched inside a raised tent platform and wood frame that is fully screened in above the ground with latching door. Each has a deck and lounge chairs. The tents are large canvas cabins. All four sides can be completely rolled up for a wide open, screened in and close-to-nature glamping experience. Relax in peace. Fall asleep to the Bard Owls conversing in the trees. Awaken to nature's symphony of singing birds. Gaze out south at the green rolling pasture below and the beautiful mountains and landscapes of Vermont.

Enjoy the beauty of Vermont at our private cabin. Situated on 5 acres of woods next to a babbling brook, the cabin is near Okemo Mountain, the Green Mountain National Forest and the Appalachian Trail. We are a short drive to towns for shopping. Featuring a queen bed loft, a double bed bedroom and a pull out sofa, the cabin is best for up to 4 people. There is a large grass lawn with picnic table and fire pit. The kitchen is fully equipped and an outdoor charcoal grill is also available. The cabin also has high speed fiber optic internet. There is a window unit AC in the living room that will keep the cabin comfortable in hot weather. Up to two pets are allowed. We live in a house just up the road, the cabin is private but we are not far should you need anything.

Weekend Trip to Riverside Retreat and Tiny Cabin

Wonderfully warm and curated cozy cabin! It was a wet, chilly, late fall weekend and we were so comfortable in Robbin’s tiny house. Everything was just as described and we likewise had everything + more we needed. Really enjoyed the sound system and super appreciated the ample water provided. Love the added space of the lofted bed. The pull down ladder went with the overall fun, creative vibe of the spot. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

We enjoyed the horse run in! The run in was clean and had everything we needed. Very much enjoyed the wood burning stove, hot tub, and fire pit. We found the dvd player, books, and record player charming. The farm is beautiful and we enjoyed the town of Londonderry. While the listed rules were a bit overwhelming, Ben and Loana were very kind and hospitable and easy to deal with (it was only surprising bc the rules had set a bit of a different tone). I would highly recommend.

The area is right in the middle of the forest which made for a fun drive and just a beautiful landscape. We got unlucky that the first night was uniquely cold and windy but the host was so great at trying to accommodate and keep us warm. She was very available and considerate. I would highly recommend this place for the scenery and the host!

Staying in Oma’s cabin was beautiful. The cabin feels handmade down to the smallest detail. You can feel the hosts’ Erin and Philip’s care in everything about the place. Excellent kitchen set up with everything necessary to cook meals and clean up. The stove kept the cabin warm and comfortable when it was cold and windy outside. Luna the dog came by to say hi. Fire pit is great for having a fire under the stars. Walking distance to a great hiking trail. Really just a perfect off-grid cabin in the woods.

Rebecca was super helpful in finding the camp and once we were there everything was perfectly prepared for us. We had everything we could have needed for any scenario we might have missed preparing for and everything was laid out and easy to access. Plus she even started the wood stove for us before we arrived the first night so the cabin was instantly cozy. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I visited Riverhaven in late October for a solo reading retreat, and the environment was exactly what I was looking for when I envisioned a peaceful, secluded place to read. The fall colors were beautiful, the rain and the running water added to the ambience, and everything necessary was provided to make my stay stress free and comfortable. Renel was very communicative leading up to my stay, which was very helpful with my trip planning. I would recommend Riverhaven to anyone and will stay again if I ever find myself back in Vermont.

Weekend Trip to Cozy Mountain Cabin

What an amazing find!!!! Super clean, well stocked, comfortable seating and bed. Beautiful location, was amazing to sit outside and listen to the stream, wander over to it and be mesmerized by the cascades. The wood stove heated the cabin right up and the fire pit under the night stars was another treat. Outhouse was clean and I loved the motion light that came on when you entered. Brought our 5 gallon jug of water and there is a shelf over half the sink to set it on and made cooking and clean up a breeze. Propane lamp lit the cabin up at night. Felt like we were staying in a luxurious Airbnb not camping as every need we had Rebecca had already met. Right down to the dog bed and treats for our dog. Highly recommend!!!

I love staying at Fernando's cabin with my dog. They had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. The hot tub in the sauna were a real bonus. Loana and Ben were not in the least bit intrusive, but we're quick to respond when I had a question. Their sweet lab Simon greeted us as we were leaving. Would definitely return.

Only stayed for a quick night in our way up to Maine. But it was easy to find and a cute location! Cabin gets chilly (no insulation) but manageable with a good sleeping bag. Loved playing with the farm dogs, and the eggs were delicious!

The cabin is in a natural setting. The amenities in the cabin and outdoors made for a flexible but relaxing stay. The surrounding towns were easily accessible for shopping and exploring. Everything is well thought out with the needs of guests in mind. Caitrin was a considerate and friendly host. I highly recommend The Little Red Cabin.

Beautiful remote location surrounded by hiking trails. Hosts definitely put a lot of care into the location and decor. Cute little outhouse and a firepit with a poker and chairs, everything we needed. Their son Noah especially helpful in getting us settled in and Stephanie was flexible with having us switch into a cabin last minute, since we accidentally planned our trip during an early Nor’easter. Nearby towns were cute and charming.
