The Slate Valley Trails pass through our property - providing direct access to 50+miles of world-class mountain biking and hiking trails. We are located mid-point in the network at a perfect jumping off point for adventure. There are also miles and miles of quiet dirt roads and abandoned forest tracks in the area, offering near endless opportunities for gravel cycling adventures. The property features perennial gardens, a pond, open meadows, forestland, and picturesque southerly views from the top of the north meadow. The tent, van and glamping sites are thoughtfully located in protected nooks in the forestland and along the forest's edge. We have hot outdoor showers (3) and a handmade wooden building that houses our portable toilets. There is also a communal fire pit.

Bike trails, walking trails and stunning motorcycle routes are all at your fingertips from the property. Village amenities, such as groceries, convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, and laundromat are all in walking distance (about 1 mile or less). Lake St. Catherine and Lake Bomoseen and others are close by for fair weather fun and park activities. Visit a local winery, see how maple syrup is made, shop the neighboring farm stands. Close regional access to hunting, skiing, snowboarding. It’s currently peepers season here at the retreat! As you settle in for the evening, enjoy a serenade of spring peepers (tiny frogs) calling out from our spring-fed pond, while the river babbles below. In the fall, feel free to collect crab apples from our 100+ year old former orchard. New additions: tiny house cabin now available with river and mountain views, porta potty on property, mini charcoal grills available for each site, new deck built for tiny house cabin, frisbee golf basket and green. Endless Grove is an 11 acre property tucked directly between the Endless Brook Trailhead (Slate Valley Trails) and Lake St. Catherine State Park. The property is a mix of mature Hemlock, Pine, and Maple trees overlooking a large clean seasonal pond and meadow. Gravel cyclists and mountain bikers alike will find world class cycling right from the front door. The Deane/Osborne Preserve, less than mile away, offers superior hiking with panoramic views of the Adirondacks. Just a short walk away, Lake St. Catherine is a classic Vermont glacial lake offering excellent swimming, fishing, and boating. From this property, one can ride or hike all day, swim in a glacial lake, and end the day with a campfire, all without stepping foot in the car. It doesn't get more Vermont than this. The Coop!

Located at the end of a dirt road, quiet with views of Killington/Pico and Salt Ash Mountain. Its a 15 min drive from Okemo/Ludlow, 10min drive from the Appalachian trail (7.9 mile walk) and there are 3 other Ski resorts within an hour of us as well as numerous lakes and hiking trails. Just 2 miles up the road is Star Lake and the quaint town of Belmont. Our 7 acres sits on the Northside of Belmont hill. Half of it is open with several gardens to meander through. There is a pergola filled with kiwis and wisteria and a hammock for lounging. A shady grape arbor filled with white grapes that we have made wine with. On property we have a tree fort, greenhouse, chickens and pigs. We do provide fresh eggs for sale. There is a medium pond in the back for swimming, a large fire pit for fires and but the Hip Shack comes with its own fire pit/grill combo. Wood bundle's are also available. There is a rudimentary outdoor toilet and shower. The shower can be filled with hot water using the faucet by the garage. All water from hoses, pump hoses and faucets is the same drinkable well water, collected from the many underground springs that also feed into the pond.
