Weekend Trip to BrandiLee Woods at the Woolley farm

We had the most wonderful stay at Sandi’s! We spent 3 nights in the pasture tent, and as we were having a great time, we extended our stay 1 more night at the cabin. Sandi is really welcoming. The tent is super confortable, well equiped (especially for cooking) amd decorated. The spot is quite, under the trees so it doesn’t get too warm in the summer.

Weekend Trip to Red Maple Farm Riverside Cabin

What a gem of a site! So thoughtfully put together with a great blend of camping feel with great amenities, including a high quality indoor space, a screened in pop-up with table, great quality outhouse, outdoor shower and sink, etc. We were stocked with wood, bug torches, a great propane grill (bring your camping pans!) and even a great two-person inflatable floatie for the water. The privacy was awesome, though Denise was just a quick text away. The nearby town is precious, with a great coffee shop and breakfast/lunch joint.

Weekend Trip to Good Night Moon Vintage

Absolutely wonderful experience. Me and my partener stayed on this lovely property in one of the two vintage Airstream trailers right on the shore of our fantastic host's wildlife filled pond. Our host and hostess were both very hospitable, and checked in on us regularly, while still oversight complete privacy. The amenities included were above and beyond what we were expecting, making the experience not only fun, but leisurely. Would 100% recommend giving this "glampsite" a shot, if you happen to be in the area.

Weekend Trip to Clay Hill Corners Blueberry Farm

Camping on Carol and Marty's land was wonderful! The site was very private, yet very close to everything in town. We were able to hear the hot air balloons starting up in the morning for the festival! The bathroom and cabin were quite welcome and they had everything we needed. Very thankful for Marty and his warm welcome, along with the pups. Anyone who can would be lucky to stay here!

2 nights at Clay Hill Corners Blueberry Farm

Perfect spot in Quechee. This was glamping at its finest. Carol and Marty rigged up a series of hoses so that there was a kitchen sink and a refillable solar shower. The cabin was comfy and even had battery powered lights. We will definitely stay again when we're back that way.

2 nights at Red Maple Farm Riverside Cabin

This is an excellent site with many nice amenities. We enjoyed fishing and swimming in the river, sitting by a campfire and a few nice nature walks just a short drive down the road. The Cabin is appointed very nicely with comfortable beds and kept the bugs at bay. Denise was wonderful and very responsive, thank you again!

Easy to find, with clear directions. Lovely rustic cottage with plentiful bird song, beautiful scenery and peacefully quiet.

Visit our Remote cabin with all the comforts of home. Cook dinner on the fire pit and then relax and enjoy the warm glow of the lights and look at the stars.

3 nights at BrandiLee Woods at the Woolley farm

If we ever go camping in Maine again, we're definitely going to Woolley Farm. When we arrived, Brandon greeted us with a warm smile and warm fresh eggs! The cabin is private and well-maintained. A well appointed kitchen, comfortable couch and bed, decorated nicely with many personal touches. The cabin had all the comfort of home. Just when I thought I saw everything, I’d see something else more beautiful. There are plenty of beautiful handmade quilts, all with the theme of sheep and horses. We woke one morning to the sound sheep grazing in the field. So idyllic!! I can now successfully imitate a sheep’s bleat! There is so much to learn here and Brandon and Sandi love to share their knowledge. They have many great books and I read "A Good Dog" by Jon Katz. Brandon is a sheep shearer among his other talents of building and planning. Their care for the land, sheep, horses, and chickens is abundantly clear!!! The woodworking on the bridge and the gazebo that he built is perfection. He is so talented. He and Sandi make everything themselves on the farm . One night while walking thru the well maintained beautiful and magically lighted path in the woods, we were startled by the hoot of an owl flying over us and then a turkey flying from one branch to the next. Awesome! We then came upon a Christmas tree farm! I could go on and on, but, to experience Woolley Farm is best!! Thank you Brandon and Sandi for sharing your lovely property with us!!!

Josh was spot on…easy to communicate with & available. He was able to accommodate my request to change from outside glamping to an indoor room, due to the weather without missing a beat. The accommodations were excellent, clean, practical & just as depicted. We had a great stay here. The yurt was spacious, remote, and comfortable, and Shannah had everything very thoughtfully prepared for us when we arrived. The bedding was comfortable. There was plenty of firewood for a nice campfire and there was a nice welcome basket with many helpful things in it. We'll definitely stay here again. It is a quiet and relaxing place to stay.

May Fest 2025 "Cooperation" was chilly so we burned a big pile of pine wood to keep our weiners warmed up. Our next adults only event is August 8-11, 2025 and it could get pretty wild so no minors allowed for that! Our Cold Water Hose is turned on for season! Camping, hiking, and living off grid is available here. We host full moon gatherings monthly to build the society we all opt-in to. We are usually adults only, but if you are 100% responsible parents we're welcoming to families as scheduling allows. Our main focus is to get Shit Done, improving the resort, building out hiking trails, etc. This is currently a "minimalist" camping experience, if you pack it in, please pack it out. There is a solar powered extension cord outlet to charge or power small devices when the sun allows. We have a composting pit toilet with small changing tent over it for privacy. Sprinkle ash from bucket on your poop and cover with dirt. BYO-TP Plenty of pine firewood to burn has fallen in the woods. Only if wind is low or nonexistent. Dispersed camping available in the pine forest anywhere around the parking areas and further into the woods, and along the creek you crossed near the CAT Excavator. The creek is available to dip into at specific times of the year, usually only a foot or so deep unless there was a torrential rain, where it can get 3-4 ft deep at places. There's plenty of forest and streams to explore and camp out further if you want to hike farther from the parking areas into the woods to camp. Please don't get lost! We can show you a few spots to choose from when you arrive based on your wants. We can accommodate large parties of campers. Nudity is allowed anywhere on the property but not directly on the shared driveway and next to neighbors property. Our neighbors are further down the road with an animal sanctuary so you may hear roosters, horses, etc. when they're hungry. Clay Hill Corners Blueberry Farm

Come stay on our quiet and scenic farm. Easily accessible from Rt 89 and Rt 4. Our Pick Your Own Blueberry fields open in July. Clay Hill Corners is a 10 acre working Blueberry Farm. We have PYO Blueberries and a farm stand open from mid July to August. We sell organically grown blueberries and produce locally. Learn more about this land: Our private Sugar Shack is at the end of our blueberry fields and faces the forest. The Sugar Shack sleeps two in a comfy double bed with clean sheets and a fleece blanket. I wash the linens and blanket in hot water for each and every booking. Please bring your own extra blankets or sleeping bag if the weather is cold. An additional clean quilt with duvet cover can be added for a $ 10 per booking fee. There is a small porch, a charcoal grill, four chairs, a hammock, a fire ring, fire wood, clean potable cold water, a solar shower, and an outhouse. We provide the firewood for the fire ring and we provide charcoal and lighter fluid for the charcoal grill. There is space available next to Sugar Shack in the field for additional tents or small RVs. (There is no electricity.) The upcharge for additional campers after the first two people is $5 per person per night. Hiking trails through field and forest start at your door. We have a 3 mile round trip hike to Harlow Brook with a map. We are on the edge of a wildlife corridor and often see deer, coyotes, fox, waterfowl, songbirds and the occasional bear. (Keep food in your car at night so that the bear does not eat it!) We are above the Ottauquechee River at North Hartland Lake. We have rentable canoes and a kayak. We can transport you to and pick you up for a canoe trip on the Connecticut River or to North Hartland Lake.. We are located two miles from Quechee, 7 miles from historic Woodstock to the west, and 7 miles to hip White River Junction to the east and 8 1/2 miles to Dartmouth College and the Appalachian Trail. There are fun casual restaurants with some sit down and take-out nearby and our local Jakes Market can provide you with a nice selection of groceries. Hot Air Balloon pilots often take off and land in our fields and it is always a magical site. We can connect you with local pilots if you wish to purchase a Balloon Adventure.

We will provide your first fire set up after that we offer fire wood at a small fee to abide by all state laws. (This protect us from invasive species entering our state) please do not bring wood for out of state. We offer towels for swimming ,a cloth line and solar light along with citronella candles .
