My land is easily accessible by main road, has ample parking, and yet cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, wildlife, fireflies and peepers are just outside the door. In the summer season, several organic farmstands and local picturesque swimming holes range between 5-15 minutes away. Autumn's glorious show is on display everywhere you look! Hopkins Center, AVA Gallery, the Lebanon Opera House, Northern Stage, and a wide array of restaurants are within 20 minutes. Despite the proximity to town and even to my home, the simple studio space is serene in its sumac baby forest. The space is one of a kind, with a giant salvaged chapel window, cathedral ceilings, a candelabra, a clawfoot tub, a quirky outhouse, on-demand hot water, electricity and wifi.Park alongside the driveway on the lawn and walk back behind the workshop to the studio. There is a single bed on the ground floor and a queen bed up the ladder in the loft. We are on a main road that follows the Connecticutt River ~bring your road bike as cyclist adore it! We also DO have a giant old halfpipe on the northern side of our house with solar powered motion-sensor lights. It is available by permission. IG= @halfpipe_farm
