Milo has mant tent sites, car camping sites (for retroverted cars & sprinter vans), 6 cabins, a luxury guest space for you to stay! Sorry we DO NOT have any RV spots at this time. Our cabins are the Hippie Trailer, which is located near the west woods near the Fairy Forest. Then the Bunkhouse just past the big barn on the north end of the property. The lodge, where the Airbnb and pool are is centrally located on the land. We rent out the lower level guest quarters for non-campers. We have a Hobbit Hut near the Frog Pond, a Boho Bus near the entry way and several Vardos (gypsy wagons). For our tent campers there are tent sites in the Eastfield, including the Movie set location of the DM Cabin, and for diehard campers the beauty of primitive pack-in/pack-out camping of Freedom Field is a joy! Feel the energy of the sacred land.
We also have SO may attractions! There are 2 stocked ponds, miles of trails, pool, Zen garden, farm animals, a library and more. Find all the portals here!

Narrative about Selby Farm:
Selbys have lived on this farm since 1990. Doug and Brenda are retired from teaching at nearby public schools. Our Farm is now dedicated to boarding retired horses for their owners.
We practice rotational grazing for the health of the horses and the health of our pastures. The horses live in a herd as they would in the wild. Basically, they are hanging out with their friends! They also get regular care and feed and so are VERY happy. You will see and probably interact with the horses if you wish. They are guaranteed to come closer if you have treats like carrots and apples slices.
Our quiet county road used to be the main road along the river. A hundred years ago it was called "Shanty Road". The shacks that were along it housed workers that harvested food from farms in the river bottom. The only evidence of those shacks now is perrenial flowers growing in unusual places. The area is inhabited by professionals working in nearby towns and cities. In fact there are only five homes along our 1.5 mile section of Copps Chapel Road.
The Missouri River is on the far side of the bottoms now, but has been very close historically. There is also a large spring flowing from a cave nearby. These river hills are composed of soils blown in from the end of the last ice age. Being near the river, erosion has cut down the surrounding area making the scenic topography associated with Missouri River valleys and river hills.

D'Ranch at Clearwater is a small, 40 acre hobby farm located on the north side of the Lake of the Ozarks in Central Missouri. What started as a simple love of backyard chickens has now become a dream farm for Tracey Durant and her husband Theodore. Nestled in the valley between two forest covered hillsides, and running adjacent to Clearwater Creek on the east and the Lake on the south, D'Ranch could not have been a more perfect location for the Durant's to plant their roots and get their feet wet.
While they continue their love of backyard chickens with their small egg and hatchery operation, they have expanded their interests to an array of friendly farm animals including horses, milk cows, pigs, sheep, ducks, geese, and an occasional turkey or two. Guests are welcome to explore the farm, join in the daily milking, and participate as much as they like in the farm chores. There are excellent photo ops so come prepared, and don't forget to share those great pics!

We have two private sites, a primitive campsite directly on the Lake of the Ozarks, and a RV spot with full hook-ups (water, 50 amp AC, and sewer). The two sites are separated from each other, but both have access to the lake, including kayaks, a canoe, a paddleboat, excellent fishing, a boat-ramp, floating dock and a one-mile perimeter nature/hiking trail.
*** NOTE *** From January until early May, the lake level is dropped about five (5) feet, so boating and fishing access range from difficult to impossible (though, arrowhead hunting is a fun activity you might enjoy during the low water months!).
Primative Campsite - A private 1.5 acre campsite with a firepit (and plenty of wood to burn in it) and direct access to the Lake of the Ozarks. Amenities and features of the campsite include: a private camp toilet with a door and a concrete pad, picnic table on a gravel pad with an umbrella, a fully equipped cornhole game, fishing pole holders, a garbage can, three (3) level wood tent platforms, and even a big swing set!
RV site - the RV site also has a picnic table with umbrella, a garbage can and a fully equipped cornhole game. Nearby, the RV site also has access to a very nice private pit toilet, a gazebo with lights and an electrical outlet, and a firepit stocked with firewood.

It's a cozy little spot in the cove. I liked that we could launch our kayaks right from our campsite. The only drawback I found that I didn't know ahead of time was that the ground was all gravel which was hard on one of our dogs' paws. Next time they will be wearing booties.

This place is magical! Michelle and Paul greeted us with open arms. We were very very late for the check in and they were very understanding. We absolutely loved the beautiful and private tent site, it’s easy access to the creek, the crystal clear water, the stunning star ridden night sky and the adventure of searching for arrowheads, gems and crystals and even fossils on the water banks. Unforgettable experience. Can’t wait to go back!!

Wow what a beautiful place! Katie and her family were so welcoming and helpful. The bathroom was clean and cool. The lake was lovely and fun. The sky views, 10/10! There was even a lil tarp over our camping spot’s firewood to keep it dry for guests (so thoughtful). My friends and I enjoyed our stay~ our only problem was that we couldn’t stay longer because we had to go back to work Monday - UGH!

My family and I loved camping at Such n Such Farm’s campsite! We setup camp in Site 1. It is close to the gravel road, so there is road noise, but it’s minimal during bedtime hours. This campground is great for group camping too! We stayed Thursday - Sunday, and we had the place to ourselves until Saturday. The group that showed up was lovely, and looked like they were having a blast! I mean, how could you not when you have your own swimming oasis in nature! Totally plan on coming here again and bringing our friends! Autumn and her family are very sweet, and have a great farm store equipped with your camping needs.

The place was gorgeous! The owner was super sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. The tent spots are far enough apart that you barley realize that you are at a campsite. The creek was amazing too. We went swimming every day and if you like to collect rocks like us there are a lot of cool ones. She also said that their are arrow heads around the creek too! Town is not to far away for anything you may have forgotten.

This property is top tier. I set my tent up in the treehouse (not nearly as daunting as I thought it might be) and everything was beautiful, very private and peaceful and serene. Doug and Brenda and Johnny are all incredibly kind, and so helpful when my car had issues, and despite the stress I still managed to have a delightful time because of the space they’re properly afforded. Awesome sunrise and sunset views, good stargazing, lovely horses and dogs. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I booked a reservation last minute since there was work being done on my apartment, and this place was the perfect escape from the stressful situation! Very nice camping site that our entire group loved! We tent camped right next to the pond with a group of 11, 4 of them being kids. There is a pavillion there with a bunch of hammock chair/sensor swings inside that everyone enjoyed.
We spent the entire day enjoying the property. We went down to the creek and hung out there most of the day. It is really cool down there with the bridge. It was in the 90s during our 2 days there, so the creek was perfect to cool off in. Some of us explored a bit going up and down the creek, which was very neat!
The close by bathrooms/showers/kitchen was awesome to have! The bathrooms only smelled like pine sawdust and the showers had plenty of pressure. Due to how hot it was when we were there most of us took cold showers, but there was hot water! We were able to recharge some fans/charging bocks/phones/lights up at the kitchen and there was a refrigerator there that we kept a few things in. There was also a coffee pot that we used both mornings.
Our campsite was nestled in the trees and we always had a nice breeze blowing through that made the heat tolerable with our nicely shaded location.
Elizabeth was a great host and was very responsive whenever we had questions. I would gladly revisit!

Our stay was wonderful! Kenny set our son up for some successful Birthday fishing! We jumped on the trampoline, swam, fished and enjoyed all the animals. The highlight was Finn’s catfish catch with Kenny’s supplied bait. Our trip even ended with the gift of a beautiful feather. Thanks for hosting a great night and morning!

My boyfriend and I greatly enjoyed tent camping on Tracey's land! The views were beautiful, and the environment struck a wonderful balance between lively farm life and peaceful surroundings. Tracey and her husband were thoughtful, caring hosts; they gave us plenty of privacy while also offering to show us around the farm and property, which we happily took them up on. We loved spending time with the farm animals and sharing the experience with them. We were grateful for access to the lake, where we fished, kayaked, and swam. This place is a charming, one-of-a-kind find that I highly recommend experiencing for yourself. We'll definitely be back!
