WE SAW A LYNX! Easily the highlight! With the exception of the road you definitely feel like you’re camping in the woods in the middle of no where which was the vibe we wanted. No picnic table. I would highly recommend hammock camping here as the ground is pretty uneven.
The host was super nice.

This was our second stay in three weeks! It is a great base to explore the surrounding area, and many of the main tourist sites and seaside towns are pretty close by. Also, the property is minutes from Little Ossipee Pond, where there is a small beach and water sports options.

Beautiful, peaceful, private wooded site. Stunning view of the woods from the pit toilet. Well thought out amenities at the site. Hostess, Shawntel, was very kind, helpful, and responsive. Serenaded by loons every night.
Would have preferred a more level tent site but would definitely stay here again.

Robert is an accommodating host, making getting settled easy. The location is central to many points of interest between NH and western ME. The only caveat is that the second parking site is very near a road. There is no traffic at night, but there is during the day. I was gone during the day so it was no problem.

We loved our stay in Waterboro. Robert and his wife are exceptionally nice, welcoming people. The site is perfect, with full hookups and plenty of space. There was one other trailer camping while we were there, but we never saw them, and overall we had a very enjoyable and peaceful stay. Oh, and it is very well located, being close to the seaside towns of Kennebunkport, York, etc. plus Sanford is just twenty minutes away where you can find some great eateries (Jasmine Thai is excellent) and shops. We also visited the Seashore Trolley Museum and Maine Classic Car Museum, both of which were excellent.

Robert was a very welcoming host and his property is beautiful and peaceful and the dogs loved hanging out in the grass area. I enjoyed visiting with Robert about the area, traveling, and common places we visited. . Thank you Robert...it was a pleasure to meet you and I will definately be back if Im through the area again!

This place is full hookup in the backyard of a house. The owners don't bother you at all except for asking if you need anything. It's a corner lot (and the lot is pretty large) on 2 relatively busy roads- sort of busy during the day but quiets down at night. Not fenced so if you bring dogs which are acceptable here you will either need to leash them if not 100% good at coming because of the streets the lot is on. I would stay here again. I had 2 dogs and had temporary fencing outside the RV. I was here in July.
