We loved camping on Hannah’s land! Beautiful, clean, and sunny. Lots of wildlife, we even saw a porcupine! Hannah was very nice and responsive to us booking less than an hour before we arrived.

We loved Hannah's quiet peaceful spot! Very private. Picnic table, fire pit, water and trash/recycling all provided. Communication was exceptional. Hannah texted us a site map and photo of her mailbox within minutes of booking to help us find the correct spot. It was a great stopover on our way to Acadia.

Hannah's Field of Dreams was a great place to stay. It's further back and away from the main house than you imagine. Its a very quiet, peaceful campsite with plenty of shade and sun if you want it. Wild flowers everywhere. Lots of birds and wildlife. A starry night there would be amazing.
There are many places to setup a tent with level ground, even a large tent. The site would also fit a small RV with a minimal amount of leveling.

Very easeful experience. I booked last minute and the host was accommodating & kind. I was very tired and arrived late, but immediately felt very safe & welcome on the property. These are things I either feel or don't and it's hard to describe why. So thanks a lot! The nature sounds were divine too

Fabulous camp site! Directions were perfect, Hannah communication was perfect. She even had a jug of water and trash can right there for our use. Private, secluded and our 2 pups loved being able to run and play off leash. Highly recommend Field of Dreams. It was heavenly!

The sight was amazing and private. Hannah was very responsive and sent photos with a map that made getting to the site very easy. She provided a water jug and the was a little shelf at the sight that made the perfect spot for a make shift kitchen/out door bath for basic washing up. The site was level and plenty big enough. Quick drive to Augusta or Damariscotta for something to do during the day. Or just settle in at the site and read a book!

Beautiful campsite in a field of marigolds. The view of the constellations was impeccable and it is a great site for 3-4 tents. The host was incredibly kind and helpful and we had a wonderful time!

The peace and tranquility Hannah's site offered was exactly what I was looking for. The site is simple to get to with the easy-to-follow instructions provided. It offers privacy, nature, and safety.
The site offers a large fire pit, picnic table, potable water, small compost & trash bins, and exploration. I brought local firewood and had a relaxing evening forest bathing by a campfire.
Additionally, thank you Hannah for the warm virtual hospitality. I hope to stay at your site again!

LOVELY spot for camping. I spent two nights and did some exploring around in the middle. Site was easy to get to and conveniently located. Hannah clearly takes a lot of care and was great at providing directions and communicating.

Perfect, Private, and Peaceful!

I stayed at Hannah’s Field of Dreams for almost two weeks, and it was exactly what I needed!
I was moving from Florida to Maine and didn’t want to be held down by time constraints, so I decided to look for a place to live once I arrived. I towed a little camper trailer up from Florida and I booked a two week stay at Field of Dreams while I looked for a place to live.
Hannah greeted me when I was pulling into the driveway, showed me where to go, and told me to let her know if I needed anything. She had stocked the water jugs, had a small trash can at the site, and even had some firewood ready to go next to her fire pit.
The site itself it set back a long distance from Hannah’s house and is quite picturesque. It’s easily accessible, and I was able to tow my little teardrop back there no problem. There is a large field (of dreams) that was great for my dog to run through and play some fetch, and there is a a large wooded area behind the tent sites that provides ample firewood opportunities and some good hiking. Unfortunately I wasn’t able explore the woods as much as I’d have liked to because I was busy house hunting and seeing friends, but I really wanted to get back there and go for a hike. There’s a little picnic table near the fire pit that’s perfect for cooking hanging out.
I was able to find a place to live
In Maine while staying there, too, so I guess you could say my dreams really did come true at the Field of Dreams.

Hannah was a wonderful host, and I had a great stay on her property. She quickly responded to every message and ensured I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The land provided privacy, a nice view of the open sky, and good shade coverage.
The proximity to August, Damariscotta, Gardiner, and Hallowell meant there were plenty of great places to explore nearby.

Dreamlike Hipcamp Experience

This is a truly beautiful, private and highly functional site. Hannah told me that she wanted to summarize all of her years of travel and camping experiences into an ideal site she had always wished she found. She absolutely accomplished that and I will certainly be returning. Interesting and 100% true side note: on the second night of my stay, I woke up in the morning with memories of the most vivid, surreal, pleasant dreams. I found myself contemplating what might have caused them. Was it the smell of the freshly mown field? Was it the cool breeze through the surrounding woods? Then I suddenly remembered her site is named the "Field of Dreams". Indeed it is! Will the same phenomenon happen to you? Book your stay and find out... : )

The Perfect Getaway

Tent camping at Field of Dreams was the highlight of my year! The site is beautiful and private, we didn't see any ticks, we saw incredible wildlife and plant/fungi life on our walks around the property as well as the local nature center and arboretum. Having a convenience store close by was also a huge plus! This trip made my partner want to move to Maine, seriously.

This site is lovely! We had a less than great weekend, but none of which was Hannah's fault (lousy weather and several hours of neighbors having target practice and a stomach bug in the camper). But with a clear night, stargazing would be wonderful here. The site is level, private and comfortable. Hannah was a responsive and kind host, and I will be back with better luck next time!

Secluded site on historic homestead… this 1797 property sets the stage for a great outdoor adventure. Even though we had overcast skies this is a prime stargazing spot … bring your telescopes. Wonderful forest sounds will lull you to sleep. Enjoyed the fire pit and wash station our host kindly supplied as well as the wood. Lots of level places to tent. Our welcoming committee of 2 deer watched us set up amidst a thunderstorm from the edge of the field. Beautiful sunset . Our genuinely kind host Hannah was quick to reply and ready to assist if needed as the storm greeted us with a fury. All went well and the weekend was a success. Unplug and breathe in the country air. We found a rugged 3 mile trail worth checking out if you like hiking off the beaten path. Not difficult but remote and quirky which we love and is called Marrs Ridge Trail. Have a blast and you can’t go wrong with this booking. Highly recommended.

Stayed here again after lunch in Camden and kayaking & fishing on the local lakes. Also picked up some homemade goodies from the Amish in the area. Once again Hannah provided great communication, water, trash, and plenty of firewood.
