A gracefully designed switchback driveway leads you to a cleared level landing. The spot is elevated nestled in among hardwood trees where you can pitch a tent or park a self-contained RV (No larger than 24'). Due to the switchback design of the driveway, a combination car/truck and towed camper configuration will not work.
It's a two minute walk to the neighborhood association dock, 10 minute walk to the open ocean and rugged Maine coastline.

A private wooded lot on a road with farms and woodland. Some road noise from Middlesex road during commuting times that quiets down for sleeping. Topsham is lovely and I'm grateful to live here and share this space with travelers!
My site is designed to be low-priced, easy in-out, and a convenient stop-over for the traveler.

We are not a campground, this is the back part of our land that we hope to offer as respite and safety for travelers looking for this kind of place to stay. We give absolute privacy to campers in the hours 4pm-11am. Please consider that we might be on the lower property during the middle of the day: 11am-4pm, which matches most of our visitors needs as they are using the property as an evening and morning stopover.
Fires are not allowed when the fire danger is High through Extreme. We will talk about fire safety if the danger level is Moderate. Thanks for being safe!
Things to do in area:
Midcoast Maine has an endless bounty of treasures for visitors in all seasons. Hiking, biking, boating, history, art, swimming, food, and cultural events with beautiful nature surrounding it all. Closest to site: The Tarbox Preserve, a Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust property with hiking and skiing, is 2 lots up the road. The lovely Head of Tide park with a small waterfall is 2.2 miles to the west.
Grocery: Our towns (Topsham and Brunswick) have several grocery stores: Hannaford, Shaw's, Market Basket, and a wonderful natural foods store. We have many farm stands with organic and locally grown produce closely nearby - ask us to help you locate them!
Food: Brunswick is restaurant and brewery heaven! Amazing beers, wood fired pizza, sushi, Thai, Vietnamese, Greek, German, Filipino, deli, Fusion and more!
Harpswell Heritage Land Trust trails are dog-friendly and on the beautiful Maine coast.

Good access road for your RV. The amazing views include Owl's Head lighthouse and Matinicus island in the very far distance, sunrise over Ragged Mountain and the Camden hills. To the north the Dixmont, and Bangor areas are visible. Watch the sunset to the west over Sennebec pond and Appleton ridge. To the southwest Mt. Washington may be just visible on a clear day. 75 acres of open fields and woodlands to explore at your leisure.
Among the hidden gems you might find are the original homestead foundation, a vernal brook, a distant field that is totally secluded and an oak tree with a heart! Deer, wild Turkeys, Hawks, Owls and Bald Eagles are frequent visitors. You may even stumble upon wild raspberries and blackberries, if they're in season.
The small town of Union also hosts the Maine Wild Blueberry Festival. The Lobster Festival is nearby in Rockland every August.
No other campers are visible from your site - so you get breathtaking beauty all for yourself - and those with you!
Note: Part of the land is a working Wild Blueberry farm and as such, on rare occasions, the quiet is interrupted to care for the crop. Should that take place we will credit you with a free day's stay.
Note: No Trespassing signs are posted for the farm operation - these Do Not apply to Hipcampers! Please drive past them through the open gate to the site.
Pack in and pack out! The 2 dumpsters along the main road are PRIVATE and are camera monitored. The owners require a $50 fee for unauthorized use, so please don't use them without permission.

Kari is an amazing host who provides her wonderful expertise of the surrounding area. The location is amazing and walking the loop it is situated on as it provides incredible views of the ocean.
Boothbay Harbor has cute little shops and the food is delicious at the Boathouse Bistro. Highly recommended if you are gluten free as they a variety of options to select from. You do need to get an RV permit ahead of time as there are limited spots.
Third year renting and can’t wait til next season! We can’t say enough good things about our whole experience.

It's a lovely small field surrounded by forest. We were the only ones there and were car camping. It was perfect for that. There's a bit of car noise from the street, but nothing that bothered us. We came in late and left early so we didn't have a chance to enjoy making a fire in the fire pit. A bit of a challenge to find the entrance in the dark and Jay warned us about that. Far easier to see in the daylight.

We had a great stay here and Stephen was very friendly and accommodating. It’s a driveway next to the house like the pics show but still offers privacy. It was super convenient to stop in and stay for a night as we make our way up the Maine coast. We have a 36’ RV and tow behind jeep and it was completely accessible.

It has all the RV hook ups, lots of woods behind the site that our dogs loved exploring, and it’s just a short walk from the beach! Craig’s land is a gem.
We stayed two nights. We listened to the loons and looked at the amazing night sky while we sat around the campfire. The site is level, super clean, and the gravel area is large ( no mud or weeds).
The lake was quite warm and it’s clean and clear.
If you go to Bath stop by the Maine Maritime Museum. It’s a wonderful representation of a boat yard that’s over 100 years old. The tour guides are great and we took an hour long cruise on the river.

Kari has a nice concrete pad, easily accessible electric, water, and dump tank. There is a road in front of you and woods on the other three sides. Nice fire pit and picnic table. Fifteen minutes or so into Boothbay Harbor. Both Kari's spot and Boothbay Harbor are great spots for dogs.
