Private 1 acre lot includes water/private septic, 50/30/20 Amp service, and garbage. Pretty pond nearby. Firepit with firewood supplied (during non-danger days) Spacious backin site. Rigs up to 40' .Pet(s) allowed upon approval. Nearby (3 miles) public boat ramp and access to Casco Bay. Slideouts allowed, parking for 2 vehicles. Parking surface is crushed rock. Area offers local restaurants, Maine State Music Theater, Reid State Park, Popham Beach, Sebago Lake, Freeport and more. Portland 40 minutes, Boothbay 50 minutes.Pretty wooded site situated on your own private acre with a short trail to the little pond full of frogs and wildlife. The site is in a small neighborhood and close to many established hiking trails, a 4 mile drive to the public boat ramp and access to Casco bay. The site is a spacious crushed rock base and convenient back-in with full hook-up. Can accomodate 40' length and 12' at the narrowest -20' widest. Guests must have self contained toilets. Portland 35 minutes, Boothbay 60 minutes, Freeport shopping 20 minutes. Many nearby restaurants, lobster shacks and shopping. Also nearby Maine State Music Theater, Reid State Park, Popham Beach, Wolfs Neck State Park, Sebago Lake, Maine Maritime Museum and Lands End Gift Shop. Fishing and Lobster Boat charters nearby. Plenty to do in this midcoast area or just sit and relax.
