This is the best hipcamp site I've seen so far. We have stayed here 4 or 5 times and will definitely return. My son asked to spend his birthday here this year.
There is a wood stove, comfortable beds and even a little electricity for lights. It is very private and quiet. It is well kept and tidy. Dogs are welcome.

Incredible getaway. Thoughtful and well built cabin. Beautiful bench with a perfect incline to look at the stars in front of the fire. The wood stove kept us incredibly toasty. Absolute dream. Cannot beat it.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at tiny house. The home has windows on every wall, taking advantage of it's beautiful secluded spot in the woods. The hosts were not intrusive, but were quick to respond to my questions. There's generous amounts of firewood on the property and the bench near the fire pit is at the perfect slant for stargazing. Would definitely return..

Loved everything about this cabin. Perfect peaceful getaway to celebrate my good friends birthday. Wood stove heats cabin very well. Screened in porch is a nice added touch. Beds are all very comfy and it was nice having lights the worked! I would come back here again and again as it is just far enough away from civilization but also close if you needed to run somewhere for food or coffee! Also loved the amount of privacy the host gives you. I did not see the host at all during our stay but knew if we needed anything they were a call away.

The tiny house and property were nice but we had to leave a day early due to the crazy amount of deer ticks we were picking off our dog and ourselves. This is Maine but I have never seen so many! It is a lovely tiny house and a lovely spot but prepare ahead of time for the ticks!

The Tiny home made for a great 2 night getaway, with just enough accommodations to make a camping experience feel more like home. We enjoyed playing yard games in the well maintained yard space and cooking fun meals over the fire (such as plus that fire wood is provided!). Thanks again for sharing your space with us! We will be back.

My family stayed for the weekend at the tent site and had a great time. There is a bit of a hike to the tent site, which isn't too far but far enough that you want a wagon if you are taking a family of four's supplies for a weekend... well it's too steep for a wagon, even one with big tires like mine so I just ended up carrying everything. This is no fault of the campsite just good to know the less supplies you can bring to the tent site the better. Good workout though!

We had a wonderful trip with the dogs, peaceful sunny days and great food was made. Vibrant wildlife was seen on all our trips during the day. We hit up all the major hiking places like dodge point preserve and the hidden nature reserve. The hosts had everything we needed and you could feel the love that this home was built with. I imagine this being their first home daily and how much work went into day to day life for them. Thank you for letting us stay there, our dogs loved the porch immensely and just slept like rocks after hikes. We solar showered and they slept, good deal. We would Love to come back!

The cabin was really lovely and we had a great time staying there. Pay attention to what the space is stocked with before you come (we almost forgot to bring pillows and utensils). Overall great spot with lots of thoughtful ways that the space was created. A great little cabin in the woods for enjoying Midcoast Maine.

I had a great time camping here. This is a great spot for anyone that likes a bit of privacy when camping. Getting to the site takes some work depending how much stuff you have. Had plenty of fire wood on site for use aswell as other small useful amenities.

Really enjoyed our two nights here. We heard owls and coyotes each night, and roosters signaling the start of a new day each morning. Fires both nights with the ample, dry wood (thank you!), and the camp kitchen is a nice touch for space to prepare when cooking and hanging.
The hike up is about 2/10 of a mile, so keep that in mind. The privacy and atmosphere made it worthwhile. It took two of us 4-5 trips each, once loading in and again loading out. To paint a picture, we brought: two coolers, tent, sleeping bags, sleeping pads, a crate with food and camp supplies, one double camp chair, and a bag for each of our clothes.
I would 100% book again. The location is so ideal for adventuring around Newcastle, Damariscotta, Pemaquid Harbor, etc., etc. Right down the road from Oxbow. I can see a fall adventure already.

Staying at Logans Cabin was so wonderful. We had such a relaxing time, it was nice to slow down and live without excessive modern comforts. The solar lights were great and it was helpful to have the propane stove and water tank.

We absolutely loved being here! My wife and I have plans to build a tiny house once our kids are grown and this place just confirmed that even more so. The location was amazing. It’s so quiet and peaceful, the stars were unreal and the setup by the host was perfect. Thank you so much. We will be booking another weekend soon for just the two of us.

Honestly this place was a little piece of heaven in the woods, very secluded, very nice, the bed was very comfy, beautiful little cabin and a fairly well stocked kitchen. We both absolutely loved the place and would love to stay again. The only reason we have mixed feelings was the lack of AC outlets to charge a phone (were very happy to unplug but do need to be able to charge our phones for emergencies) and there were no sheets or pillows provided for the bed, which was part of the reason we wanted the house and not the tents. But they did provide a generator so that helped with the charging issue, and other than that the stay was incredibly pleasant, just a beautiful, serene area!

The tent site on Tucker’s land was perfect! Tent platform, camp kitchen and wood shed were a nice added touch! We definitely will be back to enjoy it again.

Loved our stay here! I was a little sad it was raining at first, but with the wood stove keeping us toasty, the cool solar fairy lights, the little library, and a few games provided, we had a super cozy night in listening to the rain fall outside, and the screened in porch was a great place to hang out too! We even got some tiny little tree frogs come for a visit, a sure sign that it's finally spring! Beautiful land, beautiful little cabin! Tucker was very helpful with giving us directions when we put the wrong address in our GPS and ended up stuck in the mud down what we thought was a dirt road. He even offered to bring his tractor to pull us out (we already had help on the way, though). Walking into the cabin with our pup Mabel made a stressful journey feel more like a fun little adventure and after changing out of our muddy clothes it was all just a funny story to tell. It was fun reading through guest book and the instruction booklet was very helpful. Be diligent about checking for ticks, a few hitched a ride on Mabel (to be expected this time of year) . Such a peaceful place! We'll be back!

Beautiful cabin! More spacious than I imagined with the high ceiling and porches really expanding the space. Plenty of firewood and potable water available. Cozy in all the right ways. Easy to get to local preserve for hikes, nearby towns for some antiquing. Such a perfect spot.
