The Sanctuary is a unique hilltop compound with unobstructed 360 views from the mountains to the ocean. Pathways lead through the jungle like botanical gardens with plants from all over the world. The orchard has 25 avocado trees, 25 citrus, apples, pomegranate and figs to be enjoyed. Pool for summer days and a spa for cool nights. The ambulance accommodation consists of a sitting area, storage, couch that converts into a queen size bed, small kitchen with sink and stove top. The ambulance has an air conditioner and small heater to control climate. There are also two plugs for 110v electricity. This is a retired ambulance that has traveled all over North America for years, it is very comfortable and well equipped in its location with a stunning view of the San Bernadino mountain range, Camp Pendleton reserve and The cities of Fallbrook, Bonsall and rainbow.
