Come stay with us! Private RV and tent camping next to an acre sized pond in a woodsy warren just 1 mile off US 27 near Sun Ray, Florida. Situated at the Southern end of the beautiful rolling hills of the Lake Wales Ridge and part of Florida's wildlife corridor we're very centrally located to many of Florida's attractions. Frostproof, Lake Clinch. and Lake Reedy are just 10 mins away. Lake Clinch is a beautifully clear 1200 acre lake with a sandy beaches, pavilions, and a boat ramp, and Lake Reedy is a 3500 acre lake, both with consistent largemouth bass fishing, with anglers also catching warmouth, bluegill, and other species. Neither of the lakes are EVER that crowded even in the height of Snow Bird season! Other closeby attractions include: 15 miles to Sebring Raceway or Bok Tower Gardens 20 miles to Legoland, Walk-in-the-Water Preserve, or the River Ranches 25 miles to the Chain-of-lakes in Winter Haven 45 miles from Disney 60 miles from Tampa 80 miles from the Space Coast The property is located in Florida's wildlife corridor and there are short walking or biking trails that weave through and all around our pine forested acreage where all types of Florida wildlife; grey heron, sandhill crane, wild turkeys, bobwhite quail, armadillos, racoon, even have some otter have been spotted... even Florida's endangered Panther has been spotted recently just a few of miles away at the Kissimmee Preserve... we've never seen an alligator on the property or in the pond, but this is Florida, so use caution around any body of water. Don't stay in the middle of another loud, packed campground. Enjoy the peace and quiet that only comes from staying in a quiet rural setting with absolutely NO other campers onsite. At Koblasz Farms, the value is in the privacy. You get the property to yourself, guaranteed. Walk with the animals. Talk with the animals. Koblasz Farms is one of the few farms remaining in Seminole County, and the only breeder of registered Scottish Highland Cattle. These beautiful girls are part of the oldest registered breed of cattle in the world. They will take your breath away as they mingle in your surrounding pastures. If you are lucky, you may even see one born. Few things in life are cuter than Scottish Highland calves, unless you ask the mini-donkeys or the goats that will do their best to convince you otherwise. Feeding experiences available. And wildlife abounds. You can expect to see deer, wild turkeys, eagles, hawks, cormorants, cranes, turtles, and other wildlife. We are conveniently located 40 minutes from Disney, an hour from Daytona Beach, 50 minutes from New Smyrna Beach, and 20 minutes from downtown Orlando. We are also minutes away from parks for hiking, picnicing, kayaking and canoeing on the Little Wekiva River including the Wekiva River State Park, Katie's Landing, and Wekiva Landing.

This is the parking lot of my commercial building. It is fairly private, with no traffic other than 2 employees at the building. It's more of a staging location for something else you're looking to do, rather than a camping venue. I listed the site here because I realized there are no RV campsites within about a 20 mile radius. Why might you want to camp here, rather than Disney's Fort Wilderness? -You're visiting family in the area and need a place to stay and park your RV -You want to visit the many attractions in the Orlando area, but not pay tourist prices and camp in the middle of it all -Maybe you're waiting for parts or service at one of the many RV dealers in the area -You need a short stop for water, power and provisions What do you get with your camping adventure here? -Plenty of space, a 100'x40' concrete slab that you can use as you need. The parking lot is on a slight, 1-2 degree, cross-slope. -Parking for up to 10 vehicles -30A RV outlet and 110V power -City water supply
