Amazing land, amazing people, beautiful space to be quiet and enjoy the greatness of this creation. I was the only one there and must say it was awesome! Hector and his sons were amazing came out and checked on me to see if I needed anything.
The breakfast in the morning overlooking the rolling hills was the best. If you are looking for a relaxing peaceful retreat, book now!

We enjoyed our brief stay at the Promise. Just what we were looking for, a quiet place to stop for a day. With the recent dry weather the sand in the wooded area was quite loose though we had no issues getting in and out. I would advise a quick recon on foot before you go in mostly to confirm a route through the woods. There are a couple of options and it’s helpful to know which one works for you. Our stay was brief but enjoyable. Very quiet and heavily shaded site with options to stay in the field before the woods if desired. The shade was welcomed and cut the heat considerably compared to the field. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Unfortunately, I would NOT recommend anyone staying here. 2WD / 4WD - I don’t think it matters; the sand is WAY too soft & you will get stuck. We had to call a tow truck to get us out. It had to pull us out of two different locations & the driver almost got stuck multiple times, himself. No disrespect, just trying to save the next person. Our whole day is gone & we’re out $300 so 🫠 just think about it

This place was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Our hosts we super kind and generous. Not only did they have great communication, but they went out of their way to help us. We will definitely be back to the Promise Land.

Before paying and driving out to this location, please know that this site is about 300 yards from a prison. I wish I knew this before booking, and I realize some people may not care about this, but this was too close for the comfort/safety preference I have for my family.
The hosts were very nice, but I don’t appreciate the lack of knowledge for something as serious as a prison where previous inmates are released. I do not recommend this campsite as their are many other campgrounds in the Orlando area that are not a short walk from a prison.

Beautiful place, we went from Miami to celebrate San Valentiine and this is really the promise land. Karen was in touch we us until that we arrived, she wait for us until very late at night, thanks you.

This place was beautiful and so peaceful! Karen and her husband are very sweet and responded quickly to all of my texts. This was my 1st somewhat primitive style camping and it was a great experience. This place is close to a few beautiful hiking trails and there is a Publix close by in case you need anything. We will def be back. Thank you both so much for all that you do for people.

The place was in a forest on their property and was very pretty. We were wanting some peace from the city and had a relaxing evening. The hosts were communicative and made sure we had everything we needed.

We loved camping here! The view was really nice and there was lots of space. We got the firewood and the guests were very helpful and communicative! Highly recommend.

Karen and her husband were kind and quick to respond when I needed last minute accommodations to stay. The property had beautiful views and wasn’t far to get into the Orlando area while you really felt like you were out in the country. I would stay here again.

I enjoyed revisiting Christian and Karen’s land. They invited me for coffee and shared with me many of their adventures the Lord has taken them on. I even got to sit down and meet a new camper and some of their friends and relatives. Their woods allow for opportunities to get away in the nature without feeling like you’re in the middle of no where. Although, there is still much nature to be enjoyed. The land was big enough to find a nice spot to set up my tent. They have a few fire pits and I’ve certainly enjoyed putting them to use. They are nice at responding to messages and overall, I’ve enjoyed my stays. I thank the Lord Jesus Christ for an opportunity like this.

Great views and fantastic hosts! Went with about 12 kids and a few adults and we all had a great time. The tree house was a nice added spot to enjoy and the trials are wooded and wild. We will definitely be back to visit!

Wonderful little spot just outside Orlando. Hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Plenty of sites in the woods to choose from, some are more secluded while others offer a beautiful view on the adjoining farm. Just make sure to bring supplies and a shovel if tent camping as it's more of a primitive campground.

This place is great! Christian came out to meet us and was incredibly welcoming, generous, and helpful. The land itself was pretty and spacious, and we awoke to a gorgeous view in the morning of the nearby lake. I booked last minute and was thrilled I found such a welcoming gem to throw up a tent and park the family safely for an evening.

We had a lovely time at the promised land! It was so peaceful and there was such a gorgeous view. Lots of privacy too. We only stayed a night because of our travel plans but will definitely be back!

We got there and Karen was very helpful and made us feel so welcome! She gave me easy directions beforehand so we could find the best spot which was so pretty. They checked on us in the morning to make sure everything went smoothly and went above and beyond hospitality measures! Would 10/10 recommend :)

Great Land and friendly staff onsite. I recommend getting there with daylight to get the lay of the land. Soft soil so beware. They owner has a tractor in case someone gets stuck which is cool. Looking forward to another visit with more time.

Karen and Christian made our experience one of the most enjoyable ones we’ve had in a long time. Our view was immaculate, the location was easily accessible, and they were incredibly hospitable!
We purchased firewood and breakfast and they provided more than enough firewood and even offered to help us — it rained.
What we thought was going to be a simple breakfast was an incredible family style meal with more than we could imagine. I have a gluten allergy and they even made me a separate meal, cooked away from other items including gluten free pancakes.
They invited us for tea, spent time making us feel comfortable, and made our weekend getaway an unforgettable one! I would highly recommend The Promise Land to anyone looking to getaway and enjoy a beautiful tucked away staycation!
