This is the beautiful wild coast of Florida's "Big Bend." Located halfway between Perry to the north and Steinhatchee to the south, Keaton Beach is an outpost town with a laidback, relaxing atmosphere. No motels, no fast food. The wild, natural public beach has a shaded picnic area, restrooms, a boat ramp and a 700-foot fishing pier. These are prime scalloping waters from mid to late summer, and the area is famous for year-round fishing. We recently bought this property with an old hunting cabin owned by a well known baseball coach. The cabin is currently transformed into a residence. We have 4 RV spots available in the front of the property.. Only an 8 minute drive to the sandy swimming beach of Keaton Beach (see pic above) or 20 min walking distance to Adams Sunset Beach. We are a small 50 acre ranch in the panhandle of Florida. Most of our property is pasture. Our mile-long driveway is lined with Oak Trees. We also have a few acres of Mayhaw trees in a seasonal pond. We raise Miniature Tennessee Fainting Goats to sell as family pets. We pasture a half dozen sheep for wool, live with several Peafowl for beauty and entertainment, and a couple dozen Guinee Fowl for pest control and more entertainment. A hundred and twenty-five chickens supply us with plenty of eggs. A dozen ducks offer up a few eggs a day as well. You can pet the goats and Baboy, our Potbellied pig. Walking in the pastures offers a glimpse at the local variety of flowers, birds, and insect life. Stay away from the dozen bee hives we watch over. This is a very quiet and welcoming place. We do have three Great Pyrenees gradian dogs roaming the property at night. They are mostly quiet but can occasionally spend a bit of the night barking and chasing predictors. Coyotes, foxes, and raccoons are better just off the property.
Hang out, relax, read, and feed the goats. Monticello has some great restaurants, antique shops, a well-equipped sporting goods store, and a hardware store.
If you are a cyclist, there are hundreds of miles of clay roads through the North Florida and South Georgia countryside. There are very few cars and lots of views. We have some routes to share. The clear-water spring-fed Wacissa River is nearby. Bring your own canoe or kayak, or rent one from one of the businesses at the head of the river. The Aucilla River is also nearby. Both are world-class trips. We can offer advice and guide services.

THE FARM- The farm started in the late 1800’s and has remained untouched since 2012, when the family farmhouse burnt. The farm's infrastructure is still present today, and we’ve started to uncover it after 20+ years. Purchased in 2023, Our new farm will provide a place to learn about sustainability as we practice being a good steward of the land.

Horse competitors going to local show barns need horse boarding too. COME SEE US.
Dog competitors and owners- Dog owners preferring not to stay at a hotel or relatives, when visiting. Dog competitors coming to Tallahassee or traveling through can come where there’s space for dogs to run.
**WARNING** We are a new WORKING FARM. We are now open to the public but please understand we are working everyday to make improvements. Its not perfect but we think you’ll love it. You will see and hear all the farm sounds! You can pet the goats and we have animal experiences available to bottle feed them. It's always a big hit and makes great photos. There are chickens and guinea fowl that are all personable and love to be fed. We also have two mini therapy certified horses, and two mini ZEBU cows that love to eat from your hand. We offer farm tours!!!
There are livestock guardian dogs that protect the farm. They sleep lots during the day and patrol at night so they BARK lots at night... **Again we are a REAL WORKING FARM.
SIGN UP for the animal feeding experience. It’s an upclose experience to help hand feed the whole herd, collect eggs and learn all about our special animals and see all the unique personalities we have here on the farm. If you are real adventurous you can help around the farm!!!
LOCATION- We are located in northeast Tallahassee and only about twenty minutes from FSU stadium - straight shot! We love to host parents and students! Great weekend getaway!
***We also offer primitive camping sites as well in The Orchard area. No electric at campsites. WATER is available.
*Need room for more occupants?? See optional add-ons for rental tent/screen rooms we will set up to allow for additional occupants at our units. Or pay small tent fee to bring your own and place near your site.
KITCHEN- *We have a small outdoor kitchen area with grill, griddle, stove, utensils, and picnic table. Basic cooking supplies are provided in your unit (oil, salt, pepper, etc) basic cookware, utensils, disposable and washable cups and plates. You are welcome to pick from the garden when its complete. There is also a common area, to eat and hang out. We will soon have a community fire pit for all to enjoy.
BATHHOUSE- In the Homestead area we have a small rustic community bath house with a hot shower and a running toilet. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and fresh towels provided. The Primitive Orchard area has cold water faucets and compost toilet. Both bath houses are close to all overnight areas.
CHECK IN/Check-out time may be flexible depending upon concurrent bookings! We ask that you clear your campsite by 11am, but you are welcome to spend the remainder of the day hanging out with the goats, riding or just relaxing. Check in time is 2pm or later. Unless you are a returning guest please arrive before 7pm. (ALL late arrivals must be approved ahead of time, unless emergency.) Late arrivals interfere with our chore routine and it’s hard to stop and show you around. Thank you. Feel free to message if you have questions! The herd looks forward to meeting you!!
PARKING- Temporary UNLOADING/LOADING- Parking for one vehicle near site.
Must park in nearby guest parking afterwards. It is for the safety of our animals. We have too many free roaming animals. Thank you for understanding.
BUGS- Please be aware that beginning in mid-May for about six weeks is yellow fly season in north Florida! Mosquitos are around all the time but heavier near wet areas. Note: This is Florida and a rustic farmstay. There are bugs and spiders on the property. One may even end up in the domes or tents. Please understand this before complaining about bugs. I want to make sure everyone knows it happens! We love our domes and tents, but you should know this isn't an apartment in the city :)

We have camped at Tony's three times already. This should tell other's looking to camp at Tony's that it is a great place. We were looking for a relaxing stay in the country and this is definitely it! Walking the property, hanging out in my hammock, grilling, campfires, and nature- what could be better? Nice pond which our four German Shepherds love. Plenty of space to relax and for RV to fit. Our rig is a 2025 Jayco Seismic 359, 42 foot 5th wheel and we had no issues with backing into the spot.
Site has full hook up, easy access and clean area. Tony is a great host and available if needed. He happily engaged my car loving husband with his antique cars too! We highly recommend Tony's Fruit Factory and can't wait to return.

This was a beautiful stop! Although my encounters with humans was minimal, the Lindsay was very friendly and ready to help in any way she could. It was super easy to get into the spot (you have ACRES of room to get it right!), and a very clean place. I love horses - grew up with them and miss them. But I know people might be concerned with any smells, and you can put that to rest. This place is really kept clean. I walked throughout the 113 acres with my dogs (OH THEY LOVED IT... places to run [note: not fenced. Make sure you have a solid "come" command!] and play) and came across MAYBE two piles of horse poop way, way, way off the beaten paths... Incredibly beautiful trees, blue skies in the daytime, and the night sky was black velvet with diamonds strewn across. OH MY! Peaceful - the only sound I EVER heard were a few horses whinnying from afar and contented nickers as I walked past others. It was fun to see riders, pet a few friendly horses, and love on the miniature horses. No WiFi, but if you want Wi-Fi while you're out there, you aren't paying attention to the important parts of living and traveling. I will return... and hopefully have more days!

Site was next to horse barn and was fantastic. Very level. Electric and water hookups were easy. No sewer available but we were only there for one night. Their property is very quiet and beautiful. At least 20-25 horses to watch. Will be going back.

Tony was an awesome host right from the start, welcoming, friendly and helpful.
His property itself was awesome, and the site very well equipped. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t as welcoming, with heavy rain for almost 48 hours which uncovered and I foreseen camper issue. Tony immediately offered to let us park under his spacious pavilion saving the remaining days of our trip.
The rain soon stopped allowing us and the family dog to walk the expanse of his property and feed the fish in his pond. The nights were honestly amazing— relaxing to the sounds of nature and wildlife while star gazing.
We very much appreciated how helpful and easygoing Tony was. He made our entire stay comfortable and enjoyable despite the weather. We will definitely come back.

Second stay and just perfect. My rv is self contained so I stayed out in a pasture under huge beautiful oaks. The owners are easily reachable if needed and very accommodating. The horses are wonderful to see. Very peaceful.

An excellent rv site, easy access, full hookups, well manicured property, serene and private location with no road noise. Pavilion and picnic table next to rv pad for convenience, an excellent pond, a great pet-friendly space with walking trails and plenty of space to roam, a safe area even for our reactive dog, a brilliant sky view, and a wonderful host. We enjoyed an excellent tour with the host, great conversation and a once in a lifetime opportunity to ride in his Ford Model T's.

This is a lovely, quiet, private location! There were so many birds to hear and see, as well as a cute pond area with fish and turtles. The RV spot is flat and easy to access. We went in mid-April, and there was not really much of any fruit to pick, but the experience was still beautiful and peaceful. We also enjoyed seeing the cows across the neighboring farm’s field. Overall a really lovely place to spend a couple days relaxing!

Mark and Teresa have a great site. It was easy access and level. We enjoyed the quietness and plenty of room for the dog to roam.
They are great host and met us to make sure we got set and hooked up to the power and water. We will come again !!!

We actually stayed at site 1 as it was easier to turn the van to use the hook-ups. The location was great. It was close to town and local amenities. The site was flat and quiet. Would definitely use again when in the area.

We had an amazing time camping at the Fruit Factory! The property is beautifully maintained and incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. One of the highlights of our stay was the pond — we had a lot of fun fishing and spending time by the water.
Tony, the host, was great and very friendly. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was clearly dedicated to making sure guests have a great experience. It’s obvious he takes a lot of pride in keeping the property in such great shape.
If you’re looking for a quiet, well-kept place to camp and unwind, the Fruit Factory is a fantastic spot. We’ll definitely be coming back!
